I have to give the manager/cashier that served me & my husband a shout out. Because moments before he encountered a mean & disgruntled customer. She was not a very nice person. My husband & I walked in after her & she made sure not to hold the door for people behind her.Which is fine. The woman didn’t owe us anything.While we were shopping we heard a woman yelling at the top of her lungs.We wrapped up our shopping...& finally made it to the front.Guess who is yelling? The lady that entered the store right before my husband & I.And the manager handled it the best way he could & continued to serve the customers in the long line.This woman came in with a nasty attitude. And I don’t think it was fair of her to have an outburst like that, in front of everyone...toward the fellow customers or to the cashier.So for that, the manager Randy deserves recognition for continuing to serve the customers with efficiency & with excellent customer service, despite being mistreated by one mean woman.Customer service can be difficult & mentally draining...so please, let’s all be kind to each other.

I have never given a 5 star to any store. But the employees were super friendly, the store was neat and the selection was great.

They don’t hire enough people at this location. I was stuck in line for half an hour because someone with a whole cart was checking out. Took 30 minutes and had no other cashiers who could check the massive line held up by these customers. Not going back to this location.

One of the gentleman that works at this Dollar store has the most amazing attitude and personality towards anyone who walks in or that he is dealing with on the phone, weather they are being nice or not. Thanks.

I stop in this store frequently after; the staff is courteous and I rarely have to wait in long lines. Manager Randy is so polite, and hard working. He treats his staff and customers with respect and kindness. Rare qualities that are so appreciated!

This store is always clean. The staff is so helpful you will get in and out quick. The manager does an amazing job and is very prideful in his work.

Every time I go to this Dollar Tree location, I leave happy! They always have what Im looking for; if I cant find what I want the staff will walk me to the item, every time. Not just point and tell me an aisle number, but actually take me to the item. The staff is so friendly and helpful, from the floor to the register, EVERY SINGLE TIME. This has become the only Dollar Tree location I will go to, even though there are a bunch of others around me. I definitely recommend visiting this location! (Oh, and there is tons of close parking!)

Cashier waS great and the store well stocked

I went to this location yesterday as its one of my favorite Dollar Trees. I looked through my bags today and saw I was missing 3 items. I called the store and talked to manager Pat. She was very dismissive and rude. I didnt request a receipt and she was aggrevated that I didnt know the exact amount, only it was $18 and some change. She wasnt helpful at all so I told her to forget it. I am retired and do alot of crafts and frequent this location 2 or 3 times a week. I am so disappointed.

I absolutely love, love, love dollar tree! I NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! Ive gotten everything I need and more. Hands down MY FAVORITE STORE!!!!! If I had a choice to only one store, ID PICK DOLLAR TREE!!!!!! I recommend it to EVERYONE I KNOW. NOT ONCE HAVE I BEEN DISAPPOINTED. Dollar tree has EVERYTHING, Im going today and I cannot wait. Im sooo excited that I feel like a kid in a candy shop. My advice to anyone who hasnt been there, GO ASAP BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER EVER BE DISAPPOINTED...I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE DOLLAR TREE. Store was suppose to open at 9am. Did not open till 9:10. There were 6 of us standing outside

Decently stocked, relatively clean compared to some others, but the cashier couldnt be bothered to get off her cell phone and put any effort into her customer service. There are plenty of other dollar stores to go to when I need to in the future.

Always has what I need in stock.

Customer service is great! But the store is messy. Had to move stuff around to find other stuff. With a good shelve straighten I would give 5 stars.

Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful, clean, well organized, well stocked with truly necessary products. Dollar Tree has been my go to dollar store for 20 years and Im quite certain this is the going to be my benchmark. In general, you have to sort though a lot of unnecessary products to find what you are looking for. Dollar Tree on 11 Mile in Warren is well and beyond having everything without wading though stuff. I found things here, such as freezable, flexable gel pack and an old fashioned ice bag ice pack that I wasnt able to find elsewhere. This store is a bit out of my way, but I wont hesitate to make this my store. (Im only wondering why I cant find it on Yelp so I can encourage people on that platform as well.)

Store was a mess, nothing was organized, Cashier was very rude completely ignored me and trying to start a conversation with lady behind me.Oh are you to good to get a cart, funny the lady ignored you just like you did me. This location has 4 worker from what i seen one just walking around lines are extremely long it had to take for me to say something to get help out the manager Lauren from the 13 and schoenherr store is the worst something needs to be done the 2 cashiers that was ringing up customers were nice its the other workers that wasnt doing anything at all

To get the best ribs go to Chicken Shack they have the old style coleslaw and I like to eat there
