Very professional business… as soon as I pulled up I was offered a ice cold bottle of water by a gentleman named Kass who was very friendly and accommodating! The prices were reasonable! Full synthetic for $65 and they are also giving $5 off for all kinds of oil! No more dealerships! I will be back with my other cars!

First time.. saw when heading back to in office work last week.. thought I try them out. Awesome! Super fast, straight shooters, in terms of confirming need for extra quarts for bigger engines. Very nice dudes! Brought out ice cold water when pulled up and gave me accurate ETA when I would pull in... and they beat that by at least 5 minutes. Never going back to dealer for oil change again (except for the first one free) these guys have my business now. Bonus: stop in anytime for free fluid or air check between changes!.. and GM employee discount to boot!!

So I read many reviews and decided to give it a chance today. Very fast service, 20 minutes from the time I arrived until I left. Very happy with that. Very professional service with no upsell pressure. The reason for 4 stars is cost. Many reviews indicated oil change cost is cheaper than a dealership. I disagree with that, in my case. I go to Elder Ford often for oil change and I pay about $45 for full synthetic oil change, filter change, the usual fluid fill ups and safety checkups, and a car wash. I do get coupons from the dealership, but even when I dont the cost is about $45-$55+ vs. $65+ here without a car wash. This is for non bottled oil. Want bottled oil here, add $10 taking you to $75+. For todays cost I had a $15 coupon for non bottled oil, that can be used one time only, so I paid $50 plus tax/fees totaling $52+. Will I pay $65+ in the future? I dont think so.

I had never went to change my oil in my new car and found out that that my car was not set up for automatic alerts for oil change. I was able to get set up and also get a cleaning and oil change. They are very knowledgeable and help with everything my car needed. I would highly recommend anyone to go here they know cars and will help with anything you need.

Complimentary top offs throughout the week on vacuum and air for tires even if you don’t get a oil change! Top tier! Never going anywhere else.

The guys were nice and even brought me a water for the wait. There were 2 cars in front of me. They did the full service check and oil change probably only took about 12 minutes in and out. Prices were reasonable and today they offered $5 off all 3 types of oil. Will go back for sure in the future

I love this place I take all 4 of our family cars there, so I took my mini van there yesterday for a regular oil change, and my oil filter was stripped, but the Manager stepped up to the plate and got it out there at no additional charge . The guys at Planet Oil Change -Warren, were personable in a old-school kind of way. They took care of me, I felt like they really desired my business and cared about my best interests. Honest and professional. They showed me what actually needed attention and got it done quick right and for a fair price. Completely reshaping the mechanic experience. Clean shop too! Got all my fluids topped off oil change tires filled and battery cables corrosion scrapped off improving the connection . I have mechanical experience so this was much appreciated. Even cleaned the windows for free and aired tires.

The dealers have been so hard to get an oil change since covid so i had to reluctantly look around for an oil change shop. i would never usually go to a place like this. Ive only ever taken my cars to the dealer for years.. and these guys made my day. They were fast, professional, clean, very friendly, and most importantly.. GREAT PRICES. Uncle eds quoted me $120 just for my oil change... i was $75 out the door for my 8.8 quarts AND an engine air filter. Will be only coming here for oil changes from now on.

So I’ve been coming to this place for a very long time and now that I recently bought a new car, this is the only place I’m willing to come to. They have integrity. Meaning they do what they say at the price quoted. I’ve never had a problem with these guys not my wife. We are very comfortable with the maintenance of our vehicle. They are also safe. I’ve never felt endangered. This is the place to come to.

From start to finish these guys were professional and very friendly. Most oil change shops are just in and out with no personality at all. These guys were incredibly nice. Offered me a bottle of water the instant I pulled in. I talked about some problems my vehicle was experiencing and they stopped to do a full inspection. They found that the other oil change shop over inflated my tires, my rear differential was in horrible shape and the coolant flush I paid for at the other shop 3 months ago was never done as my coolant was brown. They gave me discounts off the services since I needed to have a few things done.My experience was great.The services were not over priced.I would highly recommend using Planet Oil for servicing your vehicle.Great company.

Went to Ed Rinke like I usually do for o changes. Today it was gonna be an hour and a half wait. I wasnt having it today because they usually take an hour anyways. So I was driving down van dkye wondering if there somewhere I could stop for a quick oil change. Then I saw planet oil change. Pulled in to give it a try.Let me tell you this place is 5 star service. They quickly went over the prices and recommendations. Have me a water and told me what other services could be done with prices without pressure. Gave me some coupons. In and out in 15 minutes.

This is the only place we will take our vehicles. They guys are friendly & quick. Just recently I went in there to get my tire filled (I was striking out finding a working air pump everywhere else) not only did they fill it, but he found the nail & did a quick plug.

There are quick lube locations about every half mile all over the metro Detroit area but customer service is what sets them apart in my opinion. Mike, Steve and the rest of the guys make you feel like you’re their only customer. Every time I’ve been they’ve welcomed me with a smile and a bottle of water. The building is clean and state of the art. The highest review that I give is in the form of referrals which I’ve given 3 so far. So you guys keep up the good work and don’t slack up because if you do they’ll be no difference between you and the rest.

No masks. I am just warning folks that these guys dont wear masks. I wish someone had warned me. I went in this morning. I was the only customer at the time. I encountered 4 or 5 guys, none of them was wearing a mask or put one on while I was there. They were consistently working in close contact with each other and kept coming to talk to me even though I was visibly uncomfortable. If you get stuck in this situation, theres not much room. I stayed in the waiting room but they kept coming in to talk to me.If these guys want to risk theyre health, thats fine. But when a customer comes in they should mask up.Otherwise the service was fast and friendly. But I wont be back.
