Westside Auto in Niles quoted my daughter $1,650 to fix her car. I took the car to Firestone and told them what was needed. They had 3 different mechanics verify that 90% of that work was NOT needed. My bill went from $1,650 to $500. There is nothing better than an auto shop you know you can trust.Thank you Firestone!!!

Went in for alignment and was treated great! Justin and Jesse took me to my car to show me an issue that was found and they were great. I saw it first hand. Art is a very tenured technician found a safety issue and showed me first hand. I would have missed this and possibly been in trouble with it. They quoted me a great price and then fixed it for the alignment. So nice to meet such honest and great associates. My family has recommended them for years and now I know why! I will never go anywhere else.

I cant understand how there are any bad reviews. They get you in as fast as they can. They are fair on pricing and listen to what you have to say. I take all my vehicles and their prices for diagnostics and repair are very fair. Very friendly and easy to deal with everytime.

I go here for almost all of my maintenance needs that I can’t do myself. Good deals and sales from time to time, and it is open on Sunday’s, which is awesome. The wait time isn’t the worst either, at least while I have been there. The staff seems to be pretty knowledgeable as well.

Booked online for an alignment, when I got there I found out I was the third inline for a 10am appointment. Been waiting an hour and my car hasn’t even been looked at. Why let somebody schedule for a time that’s already booked? Will update upon completion. After the inspection they were not able to do the alignment and didn’t charge. They did point out a more serious issue that I’m grateful to have been informed about. So in short the service is great but bring your patience because it’s a wait.

Emily and everyone else who worked on our car are amazing. We had our brakes go out driving through Ohio, and we fortunately made our way to Warren Firestone. They got right on the job and pulled out all the stops to get us back on the road safely within 24 hours. Thanks a million!

This place is horrible, every single time I come here it’s a run around. They don’t take insurance/warranty work. If it’s the smallest thing like a bolt lose they won’t replace tires or do other repairs. Before even looking into what I have the answer is no. Staff isn’t knowledgeable at all. Horrible experience today will be the last day I come here.

We have been going there for years and will never be going back. Im a mechanic and alignments are the only thing I cant do so my mother took her car in for an alignment and they said it needed a hub assembly and a tie rod on the passenger side and the couldnt do an alignment because of the worn parts but still charged her for the alignment. She told them that my father or I would fix the car abd bring it back and they wre a little upset. Me and my father looked the car over and found nothing wrong with it. I called down and was told the driver side which still had nothing wrong with it and was given an attitude about how the technician had been one for 42 years and he found something wrong. My father called and was given an attitude because I just called but this time he was told the passenger side and he said everythingwas tight and they told him he dont know what hes doing. I took the car in and when they tried to show the play in the hub the whole knuckle moves meaning theres no play in it. I said the whole knuckle is moving and was told Im an idiot and I dont know what Im talking about and was mocked because I said I have been working on cars for years. So I took the car to a mom and pop shop for an alignment and they found nothing wrong with it and did the alignment. My mother had to call and get a refund for work that was never done.

Jesse was extremely busy yet managed to get me taken care of. Was such a great job considering how busy they were and I had an emergency flat that needed repaired. The management team in general seems great! Thank you I will tell everyone about you.

This Warren facility is by far one of the better facilities around. Facility is an old gas station converted into repair shop. Neighborhood is good. Parking is good but on a very busy day it can get very crowded. The mechanic know their stuff and have been around for awhile. Justin great job keep up the good work.

Went in for a trip check before my upcoming trip to Florida and back. They found several things wrong (cupped rear tires, rear brake pads and rotors needed work, etc.) They made a list for me so I could work out finances and get it all fixed up before my trip. They got me in the very next day for every subsequent appointment I made. Theyre very busy, so do prepare to wait a couple hours, but they do great work. There is a T.V. in the waiting area, along with magazines if you choose to wait on-site. They adhered to the social distancing recommendations and chairs were seated an appropriate distance apart. The employees remembered my name and my face when I went in the second time, and the third. They made it a pretty personal experience, which is great because when youre worrying about your car and safety, the last thing you want is to be a number on a piece of paper. They took great care of me and my car, and Ill definitely be returning again for future automotive needs.

Amazing service across the board. Justin and Emily are always friendly and go above and beyond. Justin does it all from helping with cars to checking out customers and Emily sure does know her tires.

Short version: I bought 4 new Firestone Destination tires( Which I am happy with ) but I told the person who helped me that I wanted to keep my tires because they were still in good shape. I dropped my truck off and had to pick it up the next day and they said they didnt have my tires & couldnt get them back . The absolute only thing they would offer me was a free oil change so I kinda had to accept .. months later when i came in for my oil change, lifetime alignment & tire rotation which I scheduled the guy said Im outta luck cuz he doesnt have me scheduled I told him this place is messed up and... then he interrupted me before I could explain WHY.. I left and he FOLLOWED ME OUT SIDE and used fowl language. I will never go back

During this coronavirus pandemic they had my 2018 Kia soul done in 45 min with both filters changed and a wiper blade installed. Very impressed.

Have gone here for quite a few years. Routine services, like oil changes are done well. They take the time to go over the whole car so if repairs are needed you have a heads up and may be able to plan and schedule. Ten minute oil changes arent necessarily a bargain. Tire advise has been good also.

Great people. They worked well within my price range and most parts they install have a lifetime warranty rather than a smaller shop who could not off this. Awesome place.

Jesse and his team do a great job and make sure you’re happy with their work. They also offer a lifetime guarantee alignment option which is pretty cool for our area considering we have 200 potholes every 200 feet.

They are quick. Price is average to high but the higher end prices are for premium products and services... They do carry economical tires and services as well.They are definitely worth the price for the products they offer.

Bought tires here and within a day one went flat. Went back and it was valve stem which they fixed for free. Had to go back a week later and they had to fix it again.Bought a battery and had it installed. Went to pickup car after work and it wouldnt start. They called me the next day and informed me I had a parasitic drain. Which of course is a big deal. Took it to someone to see what it was. They didnt ground the battery correctly. The car is fine.2 simple things not done correctly. I wont be returning.

A recent purchase of four new tires from here resulted in my 4 month pregnant wife losing a rim and tire at highway speeds. This was purely due to the improper torquing of the lug nuts. After the incident, I checked the remaining lug nuts and 0/20 were even remotely tight. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away; it could save your life.

Got oil change and tire rotation. I have always gone to them for oil change but it is actually getting cheaper to go to the dealership for oil changes. Unless they get more competitive this may be the last one they do on the van. I already take my truck to the dealership because the dealer is so much cheaper.

Great staff reasonable prices.

This was our first trip to this facility. It is clean and large however, the waiting area could be larger. The only concern I have is the lack of urgency. The lady next to us had an app that at noon for new tires. We had a 1:00 apps for tires, alignment, and oil change. When my vehicle sat outside for 20 minutes past the app to time, I asked if we would be done in the allotted 2 hours. The lady didnt speak up and didnt leave much sooner than us.

Their price to repair my car was twice as much as my local repair center.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The first time I purchased tires they were great but the second time I purchased brand new tires and one was defective right away. I dont think that they pay attention to their handle their tires.

Impossible to get tires rotated. Must make appointment than when arrive you are told it will be a couple hours. Firestone had no problem selling me the Bridgestone tires, they had time for that, but when you want the FREE tire rotation they always seem busy. Go figure.

Service was terrible, had a tire rotation done and they didnt torque the front tire so Ive been driving around with my kids in the car with lug nuts I could unscrew with my fingers. Definitely will not be returning!

***GO TO SANDYS***Get a call from my grandma kinda late last week. She has a flat. Ok, no problem, I go out and get the spare put on on a cold night pretty quickly. Come to find out this was the tire these guys supposedly fixed. Thats irritating.So 2 days later we come in to tell them about the issue. Im certain its because incompetence, but they deflect and try to blame the flat on my Gma or a nail. Takes them an hour to look at the tire, and they still try to blame my grandma. AND they say the tires are dry-rotted (total BS) AND That the rim was bent(Lies.) So they try to sell us a new set of tires!!! I left in a state of insulted shock.I could only imagine how they might be ripping her off throughout the years. 2016 they charged her 500 bucks for one set of brakes and a caliper. Based on what I have learned about this place, I would bet she didnt need the caliper or they sold it and didnt put it on.Shame on this place for taking advantage of my sweet Grandma. They dont even deserve the one star.

I called them on a Saturday while I was broke down on the side of the highway and asked if they could get me in today, they said sure. So I got the tow to their shop. When I pulled up the guy came out and told me. “Hey, I was trying to get you back on the phone.. I forgot to tell you it’s 100$ just to look at your car before any work is even done.” He did not try to get me on the phone. Putting a set price on diagnosising is rediculous. I took my business elsewhere. They were not friendly after the mistake on their part either.

Hubby gets oil changes there and they are quick and always looking to add additional services to the vehicles.

Droped our car off at 8 am for a tire patch, said they were busy, they had five or so cars in the lot and none in the bay (yes i looked in both), they said it would be done by 11:30, we come back same cars in lot never moved one car ( that wasnt there before) in the bay. Dropped my mom off and went to work, they never took the car back until 12 and never took the tire off until 12:32 (i get email diagnostics) THEN tryed to force my mom to buy a new tire.Staff is:Super lazy or to understaffed to be openDishonest and shadyUnprofessionalStore is:Kinda clean (have to justify the star i gave)OverpricedIf you need any tire work done there are two other tire shops nearby, wholesale tire and south central (good year), dont give these scumbags your business you have options.Will also be forwarding this to corporate office.

Had an appointment for 10am to get oil changed and an alignment and I was quoted an hour to hour and a half I show up at 2 and they say its going on the life now give us 30 mins so I wait and hour and come back they say same thing its about to go on the lift give us 30 minutes. So again I leave. Come back 45 min later and they tell me the same thing its about to go on the lift give us 30 mins. Im livid at this point and ask how someone with an appointment has to wait 6 hours. I mean whats thy be point of an appointment if they are going to make walk in priority. I had other things I needed to get do e but because they took all damm day i didnt get what i needed done and my car still needs work. Dont go here they will give you the run around and get nothing done. I will never go back. I wasted my whole day for nothing.

Bad customer service. Reluctant to help fix a problem caused by their previous attempt to fix the car. Not ASE certified as far as I could see. Talked to me like I was stupid and wasting their time.

Left tools under my hood which didnt make much sense since they were just changing oil and also said my car was completely out of oil so they refused to change it (in reality the drain plug was rounded and I think somebody messed it up and didnt want to deal with it) ended up changing the oil at home.
