Fastenal is one of those places that is kind of hit or miss apparently. Sometimes they have the nut/bolt that you need and other times they can order it for you. Personally, I kind of expected a larger selection of fasteners...

Just go to a different location and save yourself the headache. Tried 3 times explaining what I need to both employees at the counter and they just looked dumbfounded. So either its a complete lack of training or they have a connection to a job theyre not qualified for

Stood at counter for 7 minutes. One guy walked by looked at me 2 guys seen me from the office no one helped me so I left. Will not return

Always a good experience.
