I highly suggest reading all the comments before doing work for this company. Got rushed to save them on the side of the road then company refused payment after saving the driver. Dispatchers were quick to use inappropriate language with my young staff and yell over the phone. After listening to these recordings we do not want payment for this work just to wash our hands of It and not deal with this company again.

First off, I know this is the correct company so dont tell me its the wrong one. Brokers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They had a breakdown while hauling for us. Which I totally understand happens. When asked where the truck was going for repairs so we could update our customer and possibly have another carrier make on time delivery Andre absolutely refused to tell us where it was going. He decided to argue and yell for 15mins instead of spending 5 seconds to tell me where it was going. From there I had to contact police to find out where our load was. Not once did I make a request that was outrageous or unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

Do not use this carrier the lied about where our load . There Dispatchers are rude and unprofessional. I would never suggest handing these guys your freight.

Fixed one of their trucks had to go 90 miles to do it and then spent 45 minutes fighting with them to get paid after we already took off half an hour due to traffic delays absolutely 0 professional courtesy

Dont haul any loads for this company, they 100 % will charge you for nothing, reporting to DOT for deductions that is nowhere on rate confirmation....response to, driver was not late !!!! no fines was issued by shipper or receiver, contacted both

Retracting my previous review of West UA Transport. Andre with West UA was professional in his follow up with me. Unfortunately the issues that happened seem to be more due to miscommunication vs anything else. 4 stars instead of 5 because his driver did make an irrational/unprofessional decision that left us high & dry. But that experience does not reflect the company as a whole.

I expected more from this small company. But instead got a very bitter experience out of the deal! Avoid this bitter experience like I did folks!
