The machine I rented was no way close to what they said it would do they did refund my money

I rented a string trimmer from here and was having issues with it (which was frustrating). The workers here gave me more time so that I could attempt to get my job done. In the end, I was still having issues, so they gave me a full refund with no problem. They were understanding and looked into my issue to ensure no one else has a problem with the tool. I really appreciate them for being helpful.

Nice friendly staff. Very helpful. Will be back again.
