They put staples through 1000$ worth of designer shirts. No care for my garments whatsoever. I wouldn’t even dry clean a Hanes T-shirt here. First time I ever went to a dry cleaner for my “nice shirts” and they staple through them like it’s wal mart. No thanks. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not my experience but my nephew. Hes used same laundromat for 6 years. He likes it, says its clean. Machines usually no problems and always working. Has tv for e1.

Relatively clean and modern equipment. Only drawback is quarter-fed machines only.

Place doesnt even deserve one star. The girl who runs it is rude and the place is grimy. I would never go here again. But if you do, dont sit down anywhere....it reeks of body odor when you do.

BEWARE! My $75 Carhartt hoodie was never returned when I dropped it off a week before Christmas. Took a few days to notice it was never returned and the staff couldnt care less when I went back. Dont drop any clothes worth anything to young teen girls.

Drive a few minutes down the road to Launder Plus in Riverside for a cheaper, cleaner and friendlier experience. Also, they are sometimes just not open during their business hours. Even on the weekend when most people need to do their laundry.

The worst Laundromat rude customers, clueless female employee doesn’t know anything if you ask her questions she appears to be unhappy and miserable. The washer machines are extremely dirty inside with pet hair and human hair and dust, extremely nasty. NEVER AGAIN.

GREAT experience! Began badly; When I went to pick up my wash, dry, fold, some items that had previously just been moderately dirty, came back with serious stains. Tabitha worked super hard to restore the pink top and white rug to pristine condition. Tabithas a super hard worker, definitely concerned about customer satisfaction.

Terrible customer service especially for such a small town. The machines are always broken and its more expensive than the laundromat in Bristol. The employee on Sundays which is the busiest day is the most unfriendly person Ive met at a laundromat. You get better service and machines in the ghetto in providence.

Horrible customer service. Will never go again. Worth driving the extra 10 min to go to Bristol. No need to see the only person who works there on the phone the entire time Im there. Girl disappeared for 15 min the only time I needed help, then gave me trouble about closing when I got my clothes in the dryer well before last dry. When u get the response i close the door at 9 to friendly asking if i had plenty of time (as a courtesy because I was well within last dry time), Im all set. Spend 30 dollars a week to do laundry and Ill spend it elsewhere.

While I used to go there years ago, my recent experience was horrendous & Ill never return. The item wasnt cleaned well & the customer service (Kevin) was horrible. Usually write positive surveys, but customers beware. Unprofessional, unkind and filthy. Still waiting for the owner to call, as I wanted a positive outcome.

Its a laundromat they have a TV and a soda machine.

Rude attendants and unkept washers with mildew building up and the dryers suck.

Yelled at me within 10 seconds of walking in with an hour before close saying its too late!
