This is only my 2nd time here. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and orderly it was.cant beat the cost of the washers, I had been spending a fortune at Skylars. There were only a couple of machines out of order. A very nice woman arrived while I was here this time and straightend up despite it was already clean except for dryer sheets left on the floor from users. I really like that its 24 hrs. The employee was friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Disgusting rundown hole in the wall. Bring plenty of quarters, you’ll need them to figure out which machines work. 8/16 dryers are out of order. Mold in the windows, floor is falling apart, unattended, fire extinguisher isn’t even charged. They try to keep it as clean as I can but you got some people that like throwing their dryer sheets on the floor instead of the garbage. And another thing they keep their bathrooms locked and will not let you use them thats the only bad thing about it

Washers are always down when you try to call the phone for this place its not a working number they need a big improvement on this place!!! I have lost so much money from dryers that supposed to be working but when you put the money in they arent working and you cant retrieve your money smh they must do better if they want returning customers such as myself!!!

Get new washer machines. Most of the washer machines had issues. They werent working, standing water, water on the floor from the machines in the back row that cost more. Broken compartments where the detergent goes.

Proud customer for many many years. I stopped coming to this place for a long time because it went down hill. Someone told me i should go back and I did. This place made some major changes in the past several months. I was there yesterday, 9-3 and it was the cleanest I have ever saw it. Machines inside and out were very nice and dryers dried my clothes pretty fast. Who ever is in there working, Definitely deserves a round of applause. I will definitely be going back

This place is always clean. The staff is friendly and prices are good. Ive been coming here for almost a year and never have any issues.

This place has standing water on the floor multiple machines are broken and trash all over. This place is beyond nasty!! Don’t use the big washer they don’t drain all the way. This place should close down!

Machines need to be updated, needs new tile. But, the last few weeks of going there to do laundry its been cleaned and the lady who is cleaning has done a great job, works very hard and she is very friendly and helpful. Glad to see someone in there cleaning. Its been along time since I seen someone in there. I hope she sticks around, she brightened up my day.

Its the dirtiest coins laundry I have ever seen and most of the washing machines dont work this place needs cleaning and maintenance.

The small washers are $1 a load. The dryers are very efficient so that you can do a big load for three or four quarters. So you cant beat the price. There are always a lot of machines out of order, though. Sometimes up to half of the washers and dryers are out of service. There is usually no attendant on site, which is fine, unless the machine breaks down in the middle of your load and your laundry is locked inside, which happened to me once. But after 2 minutes the door unlatched, so I was able to rescue my laundry, but then had to load into a new washer and start all over again. The location is very convenient. There is a kabob Restaurant next door and a Burger King across the parking lot. It is attached to a strip mall so you can get some shopping done while you wait. There are no terrific laundromats in this neighborhood. Most of them cost 2 or 2.50 a load so that you have to bring a treasure chest full of quarters along with you. You can save about 2 bucks a load by using Warren Maytag, so it might be the best pick for people who do large volumes of laundry.

I would rate is higher, however half the equipment is always down and the owner doesnt answer their phone when there is an issue.

Worst laundromat ever!! 5 out of 10 times their machines are down. And you dont get to know it until you pay and machine starts. like youve to pay just to know that the machine is down? Horrible!

Fairly clean, wasn’t that busy that Sunday at all. I spent a few dollars as well. Convenient. Easy. Smells great. Kudos.

Washers will take your money and wont start, half of the washers dont work. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Lots of the dryers didnt work. Had to switch clothes to a different dryer to finish drying them (then pay all over again because theres no employees present).

I was there 3 days ago and seen a roach!!!!The place is never really clean and most of the washer and dryers don’t work.! Your better off find a new place unless you want roaches

Dirty all the time. Half of the dryers dont work. Some of the washers take your money and there is no way to get a refund. Nobody works here. You are supposed to fill out a card for a refund but there wasnt any. I lost $4 there today. I filled out my own paper and left but but who knows if i will get my refund. It is the cheapest laundromat around if you can actually get your laundry done.

Needs more working machines. It is a very decent place with decent prices. The cheapest ive seen in a long time. I just wish that someone will make sure that the sewer smell it has often is fixed. And they need more plug outlets for people who want to sit and charge their phone and watch videos while washing. Add 2 tvs and a little cable so people can be comfortable or just add some satellite music

Both coin machines out of order, most washers dont work first time here and it was a bad experience

They only have one extra large washer and it’s $10 it made my clothes smell like mildew and their driers suck, you have to pay $.50 per start up which only adds 10 min and the time runs out way too fast it seems bc I’m constantly adding more time to the dryers . after the time runs out you have to keep paying an extra $.50 to start them up again. Over priced and a waste of time.

Nasty and dirty

Dirty place. Washer doesn’t work properly. Water doesn’t go out after wash. 5 hour flight with my wet clothes. I had no option. Very disappointed. Spend $20 for drying clothes. Funny ...,,,, bla bla blaaaaa

I liked the washers and dryers there but the dryers make take 1-2 dries to fully dry the clothes but other than that its pretty good and it has a Wendys, Burger King, Little Cesars, Family Dollar and other restaurants really close to it

Went in to use the dryers since mine broke down. Several dont work and were in, which then after my quarters. There were five open machines out of 20, and only two worked or at least partially worked. One lady was using 15 of the dryers. I put my change in one that was working only have it add time to hers, since both the upper and lower dryer use the same coin insert. The smell in here is terrible, and many of the machines are broke. Dont waste your time or money.

This place is completely disgusting the trash can over flowing literally poop on the floor. It looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks in not months. I came here after going to 4 others rhat were extremely busy and i walked in a literally walked out because of the filth. I will drive around and find another. This is completely ridiculous and unhealthy i wouldnt recommend to anyone

The worst thing about this place is that it honestly looks like its never ever been cleaned. There was soap and other mess all over the floor, its pretty gross! Plus, when I went there, there wasnt a single employee to find anywhere.....

Filthy, dangerous place. No one is monitoring this place and the city should shut it down or require laundromats to be attended while open. Its that bad.Mentally unstable homeless people hang out in here, especially when its cold they use it as a warming center and hover around looking for clothes they can steal and panhandling. Drunks or drug addicts like to pass out in here to take naps for hours on end. And you want to post signs claiming someone is monitoring the place via the security cameras in there? Yeah, right!The final time I walked in here there was a man completely nude from the waist down shuffling around with an adult diaper around his ankles. And the people inside already doing laundry were acting like nothing was wrong and none of them had called the police!Human feces and who knows what else can be found in the garbage cans inside and on the floor, due to said crazy people treating the floor of this place like their bathroom. If I went in right when it opened there I didnt see any vagrants but the place was still filthy.If you dont want to heed my warning based on that, here is what else I experienced at this place:I gave it a try multiple times when my washing machine at home was broken, and noticed they offered 75 cent washes Mon-Fri. Seemed like a good deal to me, but I dont normally use a laundromat so what do I know. Most of the cycles were actually $1.00, including a .25 upcharge. There are larger washing machines that charge more. I think their Sat & Sun rates are double the Mon-Fri prices. Plus the washing machines like to magically eat a quarter or two so you end up paying more.I never needed to use the dryers there but watched countless people lose money in machines that didnt start and wouldnt return the coins. Sometimes their change machine is out of order so you have no way to get quarters to use the machines, if you havent brought any with you.I tried different times of day, including right after they open, and the place was filthy. Garbage on the floor. No one comes in to clean the place during the night. Or when theyre open. Who knows when anyone who owns this place shows up. Once when I went the evening the place was packed and full of angry people fighting malfunctioning machines and some on the verge of fighting with each other.The standard washing machines have a lot of problems. Good luck finding a blank out of service form you can use. Ive wasted money and detergent setting up a load of laundry and the machine wouldnt start.At least half the machines have undisolved detergent, fabric softener or bleach still sitting the dispensing cups.One afternoon I tried going and every single working machine was in use by some group (maybe a church group?) that brought in mass amounts of laundry to wash for other people.People who use the dryers and dont stay to watch their laundry should not be surprised when some, or all, of their clothes are stolen.Also, the machines are dirty and were giving my clothes a musty smell (it took me a while to realize where the smell was coming from) that is problematic with certain HE washing machines, like the ones in this place.
