My first experience using a reloadable card for laundry. $2 to purchase the card and then you add money with bills or your credit/debit card. I used the front load large capacity washer which was about $5.80 per load and took 30 minutes. The dryers are .25 per 7 minutes to dry. Very clean and friendly. My washer was down, so I was glad to have found this place. Even the restrooms were nice, which was a plus!

Friendly staff, very clean, cheap, the price is wroth it for the people and cleanliness, big machines can fit my truck matts in which is an extreme bonus !

I have been coming to this facility for years and have to say that this is the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to and is very well maintained. MOST of the staff is always friendly and helpful.I would give a 5 star review but don’t feel like I can after the treatment of another customer I witnessed today at this establishment by an employee.This particular customer simply asked if the employee could empty the lint compartments for the dryers she was about to use. The employee came back at her with nothing but an attitude and rudely told the customer that couldn’t because “it’s not her job and her clothes would dry just fine.” Apparently, lint compartments are only emptied on the PM shift, according to this employee.The employee then proceeds to go behind the counter and start complaining to another employee about what the customer had asked her to do. I don’t think this is acceptable and I find it completely unprofessional to argue with a customer and then talk about the customer to another employee to where other customers can hear what they’re saying.Also, I’m not sure if this is a new rule that has been put into place, but two other guests were told that they were not allowed to fold their clothes and that they had to take them home to do so. It’s a laundromat. So I’m not sure what that was all about.Unfortunately, I do not have this employee’s name but with there being so many people out of work at this time, I feel like your establishment would be better off without this one. Rude for no good reason and that doesn’t sit well with someone who’s been doing their laundry there for years.

July 12th 2021-The Lady Attendant was very rude from the moment I entered did Not greet me at all, just began to ask me a series of questions, like what kind of items I was washing it was odd and just down right rude. And told me I didnt have to wash there. I felt like she was a little prejudice.Get rid of the rude lady and it was okay

This is not my first visit to this laundromat. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful.They have a machine that you purchase a card for $2 and refill it. You do earn free washes ($3) credit after loading so much. The machine takes cash, credit or debit cards.I have never been to such an excellent place before. Also, very affordable and staff is knowledgeable on helping you get the most out of your money.

Clean, plenty of machines, a bit confusing at first because Ive never been to a laundromat that used cards instead of quarters. Its been almost 20 years since I really had to do my laundry somewhere other than at home.

I may be a little biased.But Sams Washtub is the CLEANEST, and friendliest laundry mat Ive ever been too! They also use a laundry card, instead of coins! Which is definitely convenient!!

The lady that works there is super nice and helpful. I’ve never been here before, or to any laundromat for that matter in years, & she walked me through the whole process. It’s very clean and the machines are fast!! Possibly the best part, the fresh smell of bread coming from jimmy johns next door!

What a complete rip-off. You have to buy a plastic card to do your laundry. No where on this machine does it tell you that you are about to waste $2. If I wasnt stuck without a dryer at home and limited time on a Sunday afternoon. I would have loaded my clothes back up and went elsewhere.

Clean and orderly

Its a nice clean place, I love this place. Its solared, so no carrying quarters in your pocket. You load money on a card, they are not that expensive considering the attendants are always cleaning there!!! I had to bring my 2 year old with me one time to do our blankets and I was juggling quite a bit, the guy that was working came out and unloaded all of my laundry and brought it in for me while I was able to get my little one situated. Its not often people who are working are quick to help you.So thank you again to the man that helped me, that was very much appreciated.On the pricing:I would however rather pay an extra. 75¢ in a cleaner place than a cheap dump with nasty washers, they may be a little bit more money but they are sure worth it! Just wish they open were 24hrs.This place will always have my business as a loyal customer.

EDIT BEWARE OF THE TERRIBLE JIMMY JOHNS DRIVERS. THEYVE ALMOST HIT ME NUMEROUS TIMES IN THIS PARKING LOT.Ive been to some terrible laundry mats that are disgustingly dirty... once I found this place I knew Id never have to deal with that nastiness again! The staff is very helpful and friendly and always on site. The bathroom is CLEAN with lotion and feminine products if needed. This place is my laundry heaven lolEdit: to those complaining about the $2 card fee, my second time here loading money onto the card, i got a $3 reward... so the card pays for itself.

I have been coming here for a few months now. I do like this laundromat, but sometimes the other customers are rude. I would also recommend that the owners put a sign up with rules for the machines, what can and cannot go into certain machines.

Vary happy with the service at this laundry wash, the staff are very friendly. They will help you on how to use the washers and loading cards onto the machines i want to thank Bonny on helping my family use the washers and dryers very professional and clean.

Coinless system requires a custom card. The card costs 2$. NO SIGNAGE showing the cost for the card. I put in $10 and got a balance of 8$. Other than that, clean, a bit pricey, machines working. Here once from out-of-town. No allowance for single time users to avoid the 2$ toll. No reason technically they couldnt just let you scan the debit card at each machine. Irritating to get ripped off.

PROS : coinless machines (purchase $2 card and reload card with cash or card on self service machine), good customer service from staff, clean and well maintained, lots of washers and dryers, front loading and top loading washers, machines clean and dry well, large sorting area, tv while you wait, wifi available, drop off service, long opening hours, and a decent size parking lot at the front.CONS: slightly on the pricey side, have to purchase card as there are no coin machines, and limited seating.

Used to love doing my laundry there until they uped there price from $2.25 to $3.00 to do 1 load of wash!!!Outrageous!!!How do you up the price 75 cents at one time?? Once i use up the money on my card,its time to find a new laundromat!!!Good Job Sam!!!Way to let down your loyal customers!!!
