I just think its kinda stupid that there main office in in Warren yet they dont service the town there located in idk maybe just me

I have a major issue with this company. When I was at the Warren Area Student Union, I caught WestPA intentionally lowering our speeds not once, but TWICE. Any company that can deceive their customers and lie about it is morally reprehensible and doesnt deserve a shred of business.Updating to reply to WestPA. Its interesting you mention firmware issues, because the way I remember it, we were told that our speeds were accidentally downgraded instead of someone elses with no mention of any firmware issues. That leads me to believe that one of the reasons is a lie, the question being, which one? If this was the case before 2016, I was unaware of that and that isnt the issue at hand.

I am happy with them, enough that I had their service a LONG time ago, went with another provider, and came back to them.

Knowledgable and Efficient. Have used several times and very well satisfied.
