My grandmothers phone service has gone out due to a bad modem, earliest they can get someone there is 5 days out. Try to call the store location to see if they have any modems in stock, since last time we needed equipment replaced (less than a month ago) they didnt have any in stock and it was a wasted trip. There is just the 800 number listed for store contact online, and when calling in, supposedly there is no way for them to get you to a store nor do they have a number to provide. Horrible service all around....this is what you get when a company has all but a monopoly in an area
Spectrum is horrible. I had AT&T for a year and never had one issue. Unfortunately, AT&T isn’t available in my new location so I had to get spectrum. I’ve only been here for a few months and I’ve already had multiple issues. I’ve had service outages at least 4 times in about a month or so, two of which have been back to back days. What’s the point of paying for services when they never work!? Will be trying to find a new internet provider soon. I will never get spectrum again if I can avoid it.

Well I guess most people would have changed Services or asked for discounts something because of the problems I had with trying to change my service from one address to another. I started trying about a week before over the internet then over the phone and internet access at the same time and that didnt work, finally I had to go to the spectrum office itself and thankfully Mr. Tim Gregory was working and helped me which took hours of his time. After a while of be on hold for a 2nd time he suggested that I could leave and if he needed me for any reason he would call me and let me know. A few hours later Mr.Gregory called me back and informed me that for some reason another spectrum customer Service representative wanted to speak to me about my move in person so I had to come to the store and to and speak to him. Luckily Mr.Gregory was thinking and started calling them back before I was able to return so by the time I did return the wait time wasnt as bad as it was earlier in the morning when they put him on hold and we waited and waited just because because the prior person who lived in the house owe on his or her account this house was blocked from having Service??? Hours of wasted time for what a block a house. How is a house going to pay? Anyways Mr. Gregory definitely deserved some kind recognition for his character, customer service and for seeing things through to fully satisfy your customers concerns. He did a great job.

You charge way to much for your cable and now you say that you cant come into a house and hookup your own equipment! I have an 78 year old lady that ordered your cable and internet. You sent it FedX and told her that you couldnt come in the house and hook it up. Well you are not getting a dime from her for no service. And the equipment is going to be sent right back to you. She is looking into the dish network. They will come in and hook up their equipment.
Terrible service! I just have basic cable and internet and my bill goes up every month. Prices are terrible. Our internet runs so slow and constantly goes out all the time... My cable boxes glitch all the time. I would go switch to a better company but we dont have one in our area and satellite isnt even an option because it sucks too. Spectrum get it together.... Quit over charging everyone and start giving us better service!

Went to exchange some old equipment for new. Staff was friendly and competent practicing social distancing practices by wearing masks and 6 feet apart with hand sanitizer present if needed. Making the appointment made it easy and convenient. I was only inside for 9 minutes to complete my transaction. Way to go Spectrum!
I think spectrum should also give 1-2 months free kids on demand being as parents are struggling right now keeping kids entertained at home with social distancing. Dish is giving away free HBO and others. Would be extremely a blessing for most families at this time...were all in this together

Other than it being extremely busy the visit was pleasant I contacted your customer care yesterday and told them that I wish to upgrade the gentleman told me that I needed to go to my nearest store or I could have it mailed to me to pick up my new modem and router I went today and had no problems getting it thanks again and I appreciate it that youre nothing like Time Warner Cable

Absolutely the worst service Ive experienced in my life. I was told I would have equipment in 10 days. The money came out of my account and 14 days later still no equipment and I call to find out where it is and it hasnt shipped yet. Then I am told I have to go pick it up. I wish there was other internet in my area becuase I would drop them so fast! Absolutely awful!

3 times Ive been in there to pay my bill on the kiosk machine and it wouldnt take debit or credit cards. Had to wait in the long lines to speak to someone just to pay my bill. I will just mail it like the good ole days.
Efficient and pleasant workers. Their work environment is extremely depressing... Dull, gray. Considering what we pay for Spectrum might be better. Also, only 2 or 3 waiting chairs and 8-10 customers. Not clear what to do when you enter to get into the queue for service. Poor signage.

I stopped in midday on a monday and the store was far too small to handle the volume of customers there as well as only having 2 people working. The wait was well over an hour when all I wanted to do was drop off some equipment.
Horrible customer service, will not give credit when services are out. I would not recommend them for internet or cable. When you pay for a service you expect a product in return and all I have received from Spectrum is headaches. I only rated 1 star because it wouldnt let me give it a zero.
Go mid afternoon or mid-morning to miss all the people coming in to complain.Clean friendly and somewhat faux high-tech.Service is quick they got us in and out.

I wished I could give this location 5 *s because they were quick to set things up including giving us an install kit, however....They automatically lose 2 stars because of actually quantifiable lies they told my girlfriend just to pad their sales. This is a major ethics issue that you should be aware of, and as Ive worked in sales for about a decade, I can tell you that if theyd done that in one of the many sales jobs Ive had the offending employees would be fired for said ethics violation.Im not rating this place 1 * because the rest of the visit was decent, all things considered with the Covid lockdown in Ohio. Also, the ethics violation was, thankfully, easily fixed by customer service.Where the ethics violation came was as follows. We wanted high speed internet as Im required to have it so I can work at home. Thats what we asked for, thats it, we dont need TV and especially dont need land-line phone service, which is what was communicated to them. My girlfriend was in the store, I wasnt allowed to accompany her inside due to company restrictions due to Covid. Whatever, I think thats a little extreme since the store was empty of customers, but I wont mark them down due to that. My issue is, and why I wanted to accompany her inside is that Im a seasoned salesman and as such, I know what to look for in a sales environment to identify and deter unethical tactics, my gf isnt. This is why Im writing this though, they took advantage of that situation to claim that theyll add Spectrum TV for free, claiming that it wont show up on her bill, but would be given to her free Due to the tough times were facing.. My GF also made very clear we werent interested in any add ons and she let me know that land-line service WASNT EVEN DISCUSSED with her. Recently we received our first bill and to my surprise, not only did the bill show a charge for the Spectrum TV but ALSO Voice!The issue isnt just this store in regards to lack of integrity and transparency, unfortunately, its an unspoken industry standard with cell phone stores and brick and mortar IP locations. I know this because that was a constant issue I faced when calling customers to see how they liked their new cellphone service (not listing the telecom company I did that for, but suffice to say that was for one of the major cell phone providers).Constantly Id get complaints that the person was angry that the store lied to them by saying that theyd waive the activation fee, or that all they had to do is call customer service and THEYD waive it. The reason for this anti-consumer industry standard, imo, is lack of accountability. Im not insinuating that telesales is any less deplorable, however, I can tell you confidently given my years in inbound telesales that we are more strictly policed and, if we conduct fraudulent acts eventually it WILL be caught and our calls will get pulled and we WILL lose our jobs or be put on a final warning where we will be under the microscope.The way brick and mortar locations get away with more fraud is, currently, you just plain out cant do that unless you are personally recording everything preferably via a hidden medium to high quality pen camera. That, STILL ISNT ENOUGH in most cases as that would have to go to court more than likely and only works in states that have single person consent laws. Whereas, over the phone, everything is recorded by the company and its fairly simple to pull a call if the company is incorporating FCC/FTC standard quality procedures. This is a level of security that stores simply dont have which means you have to rely on the store manager who, may be less prone to action as thatd be a hit against their sales and sales mean everything to a brick and mortar location, even moreso than over the phone in most instances.TL;DR: The staff were polite and friendly, the store was clean, yet the service was substandard due to clear ethics violations. Be sure to use clear verbiage to state what you do and dont want and dont let them attempt to say theyre adding anything.

Ive never been there when there wasnt a very long line with a very long wait. It seems like more people to wait on customers might help a little bit? I left after waiting an hour and only one new customer had been taken at the counter. I had to practically swim through people in line blocking the door, holding it open, letting in the cold. The older couple with walkers couldnt even get to the bench to sit for however many more hours they would have to wait.

My rates were raised from 77.00 to 129.00 in a 2 year span. Customer service has no fixes for issues much of the time. They dominate our area with no competition. I remember a time when customers came first, now its all about the money not about the people. They even gouge people on fixed incomes. 1 more rate hike from them I will seek an alternative. Its very frustrating!!!

The woman that helped me was very, very polite. She was super knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I also witnessed an older woman begin yelling at her because she could not figure out how to work the payment kiosk and the employee was very professional and walked her through the steps even with the older woman being unbelievably irrational.
I was kindly greeted as soon as entering the facility. Its clean, yet plain. The man behind the desk was friendly and quick to help. No issues to report.
Worst customer service ever. Deals on TV are all lies, promotional rate is always a fight and graduated meaning they raise rates all the time even when your in a locked contract but dont tell you that. Decent cable service most the time but updates randomly during the day. Internet is supposed to be fastest around yet mine had always been intermittent using various devices.

Unfortunately like many online reviews this place is in need of a tune up. The customer service is horrible in every way. The lobby was filled with tons of people, mostly unhappy like me. They might have a great package price bundles, but in my opinion you will get $1000 of grief on the phone trying to resolve issues or in their customer service lobby.

Constant price increases, existing customers pay more than new customers, and old hardware are what you can expect. We gave everything back, and there was not one question from the customer service representative as to why we were leaving their service. They didnt care. They said we had another cable modem, that we had for 11 years, that was replaced by a new modem when we upgraded to Time Warners phone system and were going to charge us $65 for it. We asked if we could file a complaint. We were told that there was no way to complain.

Loved my Time Warner Cable. Spectrum comes and buys TWC, promising to provide all these great services, but there are no new services. The only thing that has changed is my bill has gone from $122 to $153 a month. 😡😤
Time Warner using subcontracting company called Baker installations they also came out to my house to install the Time Warner equipment when I got home from work I noticed that something was missing . A router was messing I search the house up and down before calling Baker installations to let them know the problem. They had to remove the router from the home to install the new equipment .I call Time Warner to let them know what was going on they assured me the problem was going to be handled. They have not handled it . I have called multiple times demanding someone from management call me. Nobody ever did. Horrible company, horrible management, To top it all I have had nothing but problems with my service . They dont care if someone comes into your home and takes what they want. Someone needs to be held accountable for what they did. And I will not stop until something is done to fix the problem . A structure needs to be put in place to eliminate or at least reduce the odds of this happening to anybody else ever again. . And if you read the rest of the reviews youll see that theres more than one review talking about people getting stuff stolen from their homes. Time Warner wake up and interview your subcontractors before sending them to your clients houses, it makes you look bad. Bad installations equal low customer satisfaction. Cancelling time Warner, not going back to dish and direct. ( APPLE TV ) here I come :)

Its a Spectrum location so its hard to give 5 stars be default, but Opie might be the nicest service employee Ive ever met in my entire life. If it was any other company it would be a 5.
I cant stand that theres a monopoly on cable. This particular store has a few great people there but theres at least one in particular who seems to live to make others just as miserable as they are. Its sad really.
The hours of operation are perfect for a busy schedule and they are open on Saturdays.
