Been a customer since 2017 called to see why my bill was raised $50 and what could be done to fix it. She said I was already at the best rate and nothing could be done. I said I had a cheaper offer from Cox she said she needed it in writing... next time I called was to cancel. I love how when you call to cancel they tell you “well you will have to return the equipment so we can cancel” needless to say I told her I was in the truck around the corner. Was time to cut the cord. They really need to overhaul their customer service department with more caring individual’s they could have lowered it $30 and I would have stayed. Good employees are hard to find...

I have had zero problems with I3 great pricing destroying the local competitions. Also have had WAY LESS drop out since switching from cox.I see few reviews talking about buffering and lag. I assure you that is due to some kind of issue in your personal network. signed 21yr IT specialist.

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Every associate I spoke with was kind and friendly, but not the manager Janet. She was completely rude and acted as if she didnt even want to be there at all to help me. Would interrupt and speak over me constantly and never let me get a chance to talk to her about the issues and concerns I was having. She misinformed me multiple times as to what was going to happen with the issue I was dealing with and not take the time to explain in detail what it was that was going to happen and how I can be assured that it was taken care of. She either needs to be reevaluated as a manager and her calls listened too in how she treats her customers and handles issues. Everyone else Ive spoken with their was kind and willing to help with what they can, but she was absolutely unpleasant and unwilling to listen and help. Hopefully she learns to do better and learn from this as it can become a bad look for the company especially if she is the one managing things.

Cable, Internet, and phone all down since last night. Talked to a tech who said the problem was due to National Grid power outage. I asked about their own backup power for the phone service (critical). The tech immediately hung up. Called back and got the answering service who said they open at 8:30. The problems of an under-capitalized small company are showing up fast with I3 since I switched in October.

New phone line installed on Friday May 08th - the Technician Wayne arrived during the scheduled time and did a great job getting the line right where I needed it; got the job done fast and effectively. Great work. Glad to be with i3 Broadband.

Have been calling for 4 days, no one answers the phone. Have left detailed messages of my issues, still no return calls. On the weekend, answering service took messages and still no return call.Going with i3 broadband service was not a good move.

Switched over from Cox. Constantly disconnected throughout the day, speeds were poor. Called several times left messages was never contacted back. Was told I would get 3 mos free for signing up for autopay but was billed for the first month. Switched back to Cox at the same price I3 was no connection issues now and speeds are back to where they should be

I was a customer for years and the moment Full Channel switched to I3 Broadband, their internet service was TERRIBLE. It constantly lags and crashes. It takes forever to stream shows/movies and buffs throughout, even with a twenty minute long episode. If you are a gamer and play online with a group, the internet is so bad that it will affect others in your group. People in my group (always different people) would constantly complain that they have no idea why their internet is lagging so badly as it never does that. I paid top dollar with I3 Broadband for their 5G internet and constantly had channel interference which they apparently could not fix, despite coming to my home three times. When I called to cancel my internet service, I requested to not pay my final prorated bill as a courtesy since there have been so many problems over the course of two months. The woman, Robin, made it seem as though it was my fault we had internet problems as they sent someone to my home 3 different times and that I was responsible for paying my bill. Two days after I cancelled, I3 Broadband was at my apartment building again, this time to fix my neighbors internet. I knew at that point that I made the right decision by switching to Cox Internet and am very satisfied thus far. Furthermore, the guy who installed my internet with Cox actually laughed at my modem from I3 Broadband and stated that is the modem they install for their lowest cost internet package.I highly recommend contacting Cox or Verizon to see what they offer. I assure you that $15 to $20 more a month is worth it for the frustration saved,

Ive had Full Channel for over a year now and have always been extremely pleased with it. The service technician who installed it was very friendly, and all the people I have spoken to at the office are helpful and kind. I have cable and Internet through Full Channel and couldnt be happier!

In the time i have had full channel i have never had a time where my cable has ever worked right. Today a friend came over to look at it and within 15 min he had solved the problem. The techs need to be better educated on trouble shooting and less just replacing parts or blaming old wiring. We went through a few boxes and were told going to a high def box may fix the problem. Obviously it did not solve the problem. Instead of trying to sell or upsell product just fix the problems that are expressed to staff.

I was a full channel customer and they raised my bill a few times so I couldnt afford it anymore so I had to cancel service always paid my bill on time never late I call 30 days ahead of time to cancel service returned everything 2 days after service ended and was billed $ 1661 for returning Everything the very first chance I got the following Saturday call to explain talk to Janice and she was one of the rudest person Ive ever talk to I will never go back or recommend Full Chanal to anyone
