Open only on Monday Wednesday and Friday? This shops gonna be out of business. Youre open only 3 days a week and only till 5. Not even a full 8 hour day. Your customers and employees are disappointed. Every other hair shop is open normal again. Lazy owners and management. Cant get ahold of anyone either. Better off buying clippers and doing it myself

Good luck getting ahold of anyone at this business, and if you are lucky enough to speak with a human, youll get met with a scoff for even suggesting the idea of making an appointment for a regular haircut. And if you like smelling ashtray while you are getting cut, go here.

They never call you back. They are barely open. Service good when you are there... they need more hours or a time put aside for calling customers back.

The lady that did my hair did a great job. Did it just as I asked!

My hair was going to be more than a cut and I warrend them on the call in. It was dirty, needed a wash, then cut. Going in I knew I wanted to tip well for the job. I thought the cut was satisfactory, but the washb was weak......! I still gave a good tip, but more so for personal circumstances and not so much the job. But keep at it.

Just had a really great haircut from Will! Will was accommodating of my schedule, friendly, fun, and informative.

The girls here are always so kind and good with my son. I would recommend scheduling a appointment with them for your next hair needs!

Stylist Audrey does a great job which is why I travel about an hour to the salon for an appointment. Today, Heather cut my son’s hair. Best cut ever and she made him feel so comfortable. Thanks ladies!

Never again will I go back in there. I went in for a low fade today. Nobody was in there accept for me. The girl working there didnt even take five minutes to cut my hair, I asked her to trim my eyebrows. She it her come in them and ran the clippers over each one time missing most of it and some is still in my line of site. Ive never felt so rushed in my life for a hair cut and I had military barbers cut my hair in the past. Absolutely horrible job and she charges me $15.50. I hope she is fired because I feel Im going to have to go get another hair cut elsewhere yet today. Absolutely the worst job ever done and she didnt even care. Not happy at all.... Will never go back, ever, even if they offer to give me free cuts for life.

One star is still too many. Just walked out. Was told to come in at 130. Im there at 115. Another lady has an appointment for 130. Fine. She gets her hair treatment (toner) and her stylists comes to me and asks while I cut your hair is it okay if I check on her from time to time? No problem. So the stylist washes my hair and starts cutting. Then just up and leaves me for 15 minutes. Not just checking on the lady but starts cutting her hair instead! Um... excuse me? I just asked for some layers..... but apparently they want to treat there customers like garbage. Screw this place.... dont go here unless you want to feel like you dont matter.

I arrived at my appointment on time at 10AM ready and sitting in my stylists chair, however we did not start my consultation until 10:35. Unfortunately as much as I love how my hair turned out after the 4 hours it took to complete it, I will not be returning. At times there were signs of unprofessionalism. I was given a price and the manager changed it. I feel the price should of been honored that was given (customer satisfaction) and then maybe discussed in private after with the associate if the wrong price was given. Working 12 years in customer service I was not impressed with Famous Hairs atmosphere. Most people go to a salon to relax and be pampered. However, If youre looking for a quick trim and decent price this would be the perfect spot.

Nice people work here but it was my hairdresser first day and the haircut wasnt what I wanted.

Had my appointment today. If the stylist didnt understand was an undercut pixi was or didnt understand what I was asking for she should have asked or passed me to another stylist. Looks like i had a cut using a tupperware bowl as a guide. She tried to fix it but it just kept getting shorter and shorter. Nothing left to fix unless i just go with a flat top haircut.

Got me in the day I called. Did a very nice job, and listened to what I wanted done.

I went for a cut and color once and the stylist took 3 hours to turn my hair into an ugly orange color rather than brunette. Other stylists could tell (and admitted that they knew) that I did not like the job done but said nothing until i came back the next day. A noticeable chunk was also cut out of the back of my hair. This doesnt reflect on all stylists there but I was disappointed with the job done.

Our family Loves Sam. Always flexible when we get appointments and she does a great job on all of our hair.

Worst hair cut Ive ever gotten. Very disappointed. Cut my hair in less than a minute and told me it was done. She missed majority of my hair what was cut is uneven.

I stopped in for a trim with no appt. only 1 customer was in a chair no others there, but only 1 hair dresser was working. I waited 20 min., told her I wanted to feather sides to top of ears and trim off split ends in back. I spent less than 10 min. start to finnish, NO feathered sides,No trim off the back, with only a clipper run around the ears! All for 14$!!! THE worst cut I ever had!!! NEVER going back!!! I always have the best treatment there, my girl Sam Genung always know exactly what I want and Im not an easy person to please when it come to my hair as Im a stylist as well. Only place I go and the only hair dresser I use 💖💖
