I absolutely love my hair style. I got overwhelmed with my hair and Jessica helped me discover a manageable style and color that I could embrace. She was very nice to me. I actually fell asleep. I felt refreshed when I left and everyone absolutely loves my new style. This wasnt a salon I thought could turn out such a look! My hair looks like I came out of a high priced salon and spent thousands!

This place is decent. Imo, they are very overpriced for a five minute basic haircut. They dont do a bad job, but they could do a much better job if they just took their time. Most of my visits, there is no one waiting, so why rush and miss small mistakes? Conveniently close to where I live but may no longer be worth it.

Im one of those people who rarely gets a haircut. I seem to always put it off till its entirely too long, but when I do, I always go to Supercuts on Hoover. They are professional and very nice. They always make sure its just as I want it and have no problem when I ask to have a little more taken off or something. They groom my ears and neck which is not something all places do. I am very satisfied every time I go and would recommend them to anybody.

I had Jessica, I was going from Black to Blonde & she did amazing! I had a mishap where a hair color I used reacted to the coloring she was using, & I allowed a lot of hair to be cut off! But she did INCREDIBLE! I never would have had the nerve to go short but it looked so good that I was blown away! :) I definitely recommend her! I now live far away from the salon, but she will forever have a statement in my heart because she was my first short hair cut in my life & it came out so well! Now I know how to be more careful with my hair, & sometimes, doing something a bit crazy with your hair can have the best outcome ever! She is incredible!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Jessica is awesome!!! Whenever I go in and give her ideas, she always helps me decide what and how to do my hair. And I walk out of there feeling extremely happy.

Its Christmas Eve and I was able to walk right in and get a cut and a wash after just a two minute wait tops. The stylist ( I wish I remembered her name) seemed very knowledgeable and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Im not super picky I just wanted it as short as I could get it but still be able to put it in a pony tail due to my line of work as a deli worker. And she really meant beyond my expectations because I love the outcome!

The front and sides are real cute. Too many layers in the back that Ill have to grow out again.

After the last place gave me a bad hair cut I was a little leary to come to another chain. OMG!! I am so happy I came. The cut is even and perfect Claudean listened to what I described and proceeded to make it perfect. I am so happy!!

In addition to her warm, friendly personality; what an artist with the scissors! I described what type of style (basically) I wanted; she used her fabulous skills and cut my hair beautifully. FINALLY, I can trust someone to cut my hair short again. I shall return in 3 weeks to keep my new cut looking sharp. I cannot thank you enough Jessica!

What a good haircut ..quick and efficient

I have been coming here for several years. Claudean always does a great job with my cut and color. However, when I tried to use a gift card apparently their system was not set up to process a gift card. Despite Claudean doing everything humanly possible to get it to work, I had to use a credit card. Tech support was ZERO help. No one else was able to check out during this time, and Claudeans next appointment was forced to wait while she tried to resolve this. Supercuts was happy to take my friends money when she purchased the gift card, it seems that there should have been a way for me to use it. Extremely disappointed.
