Paul always takes amazing car of me! My 2007 Ford Focus had power steering fluid all over my engine and Paul cleaned my engine so well that when I went to get an oil change one day, they complimented my engine and how clean it was! They even took a picture! So thank you for always being so graceful. I’m sorry I always miss my appointments and thank you for always taking care of me! I feel like I owe you the world! 🙏 Paul also made me feel so secure on my first solo trip driving. It wasn’t far at all it was a 4 hour drive to Ohio but I wanted to make sure I’d be safe. He made me feel like I could go so confidently that I enjoyed my trip without anxiety and fear! I am so thankful for all he does for me! 🙏🙏🙏

This was my first time taking my car to them, and I was quite impressed! Not only did they fix the issue I had it towed in for, they saw a problem I had taken my CRV to another mechanic for....but they couldnt figure out the problem! I highly recommend them to anyone, and their prices are very reasonable too.

They are honest and knowledgeable but I have just one issue. I was given a price over the phone and when the work was done it was 25% more. Always get quotes in writing. Ive taken my vehicles there for years. I will continue to do so.

I was recommended by my mother over 5 years ago, and I’ve been pleased with the quality of service since. I call them everytime I am having issues with my vehicles because I refuse to allow anyone else to touch my car. They have great customer service and I’ve never had the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. They’re honest. They’re knowledgeable. They’re reasonable. They’re the “Auto E.R.” for good reason!

We dropped our vehicle off Friday June 15, 2018 to be diagnosed for an electrical issue. We were told that they may need the vehicle as long as into Monday June 18, 2018. Received a call Monday that the problem had been located & they can correct the issue and have the vehicle ready for us on Tuesday June 19, 2018. Over all happy with the service thus far. Theyve done what they said they were going to do & have met the time line THEY set for us to expect to hear from them.

Auto ER has been my auto shop for over 15 years. They are honest, friendly, fast, knowledgeable and fair. They advise an aesthetic vs safety issue and whether it is worth fixing. Couldnt be happier with the Auto ER team!

This garage gives absolutely excellent service. My friend and I had a 2 and a half uear old child with us and a huge hole in the radiator. The gentlemen went out of their way to get our car fixed and back on the road as quickly as possible. They even turned down an offered bonus.

My car is getting low voltage, replaced the battery, worked for one day, then battery is dead again, took it to skip, paid $110.00 and was told they replaced the battery cable assembly, was happy, next day same issue again, I determined they did not replace the cable assembly, they just replaced the 2 terminals each cost $5.00, and left them loose, so I had to brush top post, install them, then tied up the nuts on each terminal which I solved the issue. I did not call them because I believe they lost a customer and everyone in our organization know about this dishonest place.

All the guys in this car clinic are very friendly and honest. My cars oxygen sensor is broken, but the dealer said the fuel injectors are not working, and asked a very expensive price. I repaired it in this car clinic, much more cheaper. Good store, usually very busy, need to make an appointment.

I originally came to this shop after reading all of their glowing reviews! I had to wait a few days after being told that I would be contacted the same day; which I was not. They fixed my car problem; however, I get the distinct uneasy feeling that I got hosed! My repair totaled $900.00. When I brought my car there, I had almost a full tank of gas. When I went to pick it up, I had barely a quarter tank of gas... hmmm....Skip, the owner, was a nice guy. He seemed pretty down to earth. Hes about the ONLY person you want to deal with there...

My boyfriend only comes to this shop. They even remember him and his car situations during his last visits. Honest, informative, and kind. Great customer care.

Skips always has great prices compared to other shops, you can even bring your parts ..I had tie rods and rack and pinion done and was reasonable priced, my only complaint would be not open Saturday but not a big deal as I have another vehicle and they get pretty involved work done within a week usually! Highly satisfied customer

Took my car in 4 days before Christmas. I told them an engineer had told me that my hood release cable was severed, and I also needed an oil change and tire rotation. They called me later to say the hood release cable was fine, but that the latch just needed lots of lubrication (no charge for this). The key for my locking lug nuts was broken, so they had to cut off the lug nuts if I wanted the tire rotation. They did everything same-day, and I dont feel that I was overcharged. Im very pleased and will return in the future.

Skip was friendly and accommodating (I walked in towards the end of lunch and they immediately helped me). He listened to my long story about what I thought I had done to my car, calmed me down, and was extremely affordable in the end :) Went because it was convenient for work but would go out of my way to come here because it seems like an honest and experienced shop

Skips Auto Body does great work. My hisband insists this is where we go for repairs even tho we live about 40 minutes away!

Very honest mechanic. I went in for an inspection that he said would cost me $50. He finished quickly and only charged me $25.

Had to take my car back to this place 8 times for brakes and one headlight that burned out 4 times brake noise never fixed went to another place fixed first time no issues.... Will never go back. Hacks!!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced !!! they over charge for nothing I called to get a hood latch put on my car that I Purchased which is a 10 min job they wanna charge me 60$ plus tax to install a part that I bought I would do it myself but I don’t have the tools honestly it’s unbelievable very rude people as well I wouldn’t even give this place a star as a rating I highly don’t recommend anyone going there to get anything done to there cars !!!!
