I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years. I have many family members and friends that can say the same, due to the high level of customer service, dedication to quality workmanship and honestly run business. It is hard to find a good mechanic, but here you find not just a great mechanic. Rays is a great team that will keep your vehicles in top shape at a fair price and back their work. I cannot think of better.

Replaced my transmission. Returned several times with problems. Ray stated his warranty company would have to take a look at the car. I don’t believe the company exist. My car continued to have trans problems. He never got it right! When I had another shop take a look at my car, I was told they put a transmission in that didn’t match my car. The worst experience ever!! DO NOT TRUST Ray’s Transmission.

This place is very honest and they will do their best to find out whats going on with your vehicle. That being said, I would also like to thank the manager Butch for working with me on the overall cost of repair. I would recommend this place to everyone hands down.

Worst service Ive ever recieved. Dropped car off on Monday, they said it would be ready on Thursday. NOT TRUE. They called 30 minutes prior to close on Friday, and since I live 45 minutes away they said I could pick it up Saturday between 10-11. Was up there from 10:20-10:45 and no one showed up. Had to return at 1:30 to be told that I now needed cash. Take your car somewhere else if you value professionalism.

Mr. Google I am sorry you feel that way. Mr. Google user when you brought your car in you stated that there was a leak you did not say take a look and tell me what if anything is wrong with my engine or transmission so we just took a look at the leak that is what you brought it in for so that is what the tech look for not to see if there was anything wrong internal in the engine or transmission all the techs that work here are good and certified by the state.

Worst experience ever. Got to rebuild my transmission again. Still runs now but only lasted a few days with Rays work. Did not stand behind their work.

Rude staffing. Read the other reviews and youll find customers just as happy as I am.

Just Dont go here! Save Yourself a huge headache and alot of $!!!
