This is a great insurance office. I am well aware of other insurance rates and policies etc, as I check all the other companies every now and then; I dont even bother checking rates anymore because I know they are the best! Besides even if i could save a few bucks i would still chose to stay with this office because of the great service I get. Janice is my go - to and I know the other girls are awesome as well. Called in and with Donna one of the rudest people Ive ever had to deal with. As a sales manager at a very well known dealership here in the tri-state area where youre dealing with a variety of client, I have never been spoken to so rudely to. She doesnt give people a chance to speak and talks over them. I asked her could you just give me a chance to speak without speaking over her as its straight up rude . She quickly said call back tomorrow and speak with someone else. Asked if there was someone else to speak she said no its just me all with the intention of rushing you off the phone. When youre in the customer service business its not the way to deal with clients. She quickly said well Janice isnt in let her call you tomorrow. Who speaks to people like this?

Been with this agency for about 3 years and they tell me theyll lower my rate, that lasts for a month and then they raise my rate again. Unfair. Thankfully, just switched to Geico. Geico reduced 80 bucks monthly with much better coverage than statefarm.
