I switched over to the agency about a year ago, and it really helped me out. I saved a bunch on what I was previously paying, and was able to update everything quickly and since I did, everything has been awesome. Highly recommend, especially since whenever I had questions or concerns, they were answered right away.

If possible I would rate them with negative review. Extremely rude staff and not appropriate language is used at they’re office very often. Strongly suggest to go els where.

Every time I called I would end up speaking with an underling who would take my number and tell me I would receive a call back. Allstate is a terrible company! And she is a prime example. I never received a return call from her yet! If youre looking for insurance steer clear of this agent! As a matter of fact steer clear of Allstate altogether. I have switched to Progressive Direct and I am much Happier! Allstate sucks!
