Be very carefull with this insurance agent. I have commercial insurance went up from $50 to $91 per week, without explanation. Ive tried to call and want to talk with Mr Mc Kenna, they said he will get back to you,. BUT HE NEVER DID.They are unproffesional and rude. Dont be fooled by other 5 stars review.Im in process to switch my insurance.Dont bother to use this agent, they will take your money away

Consumer BEWARE.The most unprofessional rude agent I’ve ever dealt with.Cannot get anything correct on the first try.Our rate went up $51 after a company name change. We’ve been trying to get an answer as to why but, we keep getting told I DONT KNOW.They say they are investigating it and will call me back. I find it odd that no one can tell me why my rate went up such a ridiculous amount and why or what it’s for. Very Shady!I suggest looking into another company. I plan on filing with the BBB and the New York Department of Financial Services. Looks more and more like I will have to get our attorney involved. What a nightmare this agency is.

It is the worst insurance agency I have tried since I have car insurance. is an agency where employees offer you a lot of help and many discounts when in reality it does not happen. The agency staff, are not professionals who give you correct information and are not efficient in returning calls to clients.They just charge me $ 700 just for a policy that lasted into effect 70 days (2 months and 10 days) when in fact I was offered a policy of $ 776 for a period of 6 months (180 days), that is called being THIEVES I would not recommend this office Allstate represented by Richard Mckenna to get insurance of any kind
