Used to go to the Watertown location, was able to cancel my membership due to covid. I moved and live in Florida now and I was hit with a surprise Waltham charge like many others it seems. I dont really post reviews but felt necessary to post in this situation since it took forever to cancel and then i get a new charge at a location Ive never been to. Its pretty clear they use bare bones systems (likely outdated and no longer vendor supported) to manage their customers demographic and billing info. Im sure the staff are great, but upper management should focus on using this time to rebuild their business, not try to nickel and dime people in their database.

Classic money trap sort of gym, there are a million ways to sign up but if you want to cancel your membership, you will have to go in personally or SEND A LETTER! They have an app and a website but you cant cancel from there. You cant cancel over the phone either (after verification ) but you can free the account and they will charge you after that. Extremely poor business model for the long term. They sent me a charge after 5 months after I cancelled by membership because they conveniently have no record of correspondence nor do they issue receipts. This company should be sued!

Ive been a member for years, and this gym has always been well run and well maintained with friendly staff. Theyve adapted well to reopening during COVID, keeping everything clean and enforcing a mandatory mask rule for members. Slightly more expensive than their other locations around the city, but well worth it.

We are having the exact same experience as the woman who found out that she had her membership reopened without her knowledge or consent, and are being charged!! It is impossible to get through to a manager on the phone. This would seem to be illegal.

Much like many others i became a victim of money stealing by this organization for services I stopped since mid March 2020. i cancelled my membership twice since the end of March. was told first time that my request has been accepted and my membership got cancelled. my bank was not charged anything up until September, when all of a sudden BSC started charging me unrelated amounts along with monthly membership fee for the months i am not a member any longer. I in person went to the Waltham location on Nov 9 and reiterated that i have cancelled my membership. received an email after 4 days, confirming my cancelation. However, BSC again charged me a monthly fee for the month. last night, Nov 30, at 7.38pm i received an email from BSC membership experience group notifying that since my home club (Waltham) is closed on Nov 30, i can go to another location !? I am not a member of your club. how long will it take you to understand i have cancelled my membership TWICE and have a confirmation of the cancelation. STOP STEALLING MONEY FROM PEOPLE. this organization and its executives need to be sued. DISGUSTING, is the only word that comes to mind when i hear BSCs name.

Illegal charge from BSC Waltham. I have never belonged to this gym and never stepped foot in there. I did belong to a different location which closed due to COVID over 5 months ago. Sept 1st comes around and I get a charge from BSC Waltham! How is that legal?Tried calling BSC Waltham to dispute...phone just keeps ringing with no answer. Absolute crooks.

I was a member of a BSC at a different location . During covid lockdown, the gym was closed and membership was transferred to waltham. I had a hard time trying to cancel my membership but finally succeeded and was told my membership was cancelled. Imagine my surprise when I was charged again the next month even though I have never been to the gym in months. I tried contacting the gym to no avail. I was really pleased with BSC membership till this horrible experience. Seriously disappointed.

Ive been going here for ~10 years (since I was in high school) and it is by far the best gym Ive been a member of. This gym has everything you need for a solid workout, and then some... I also really like the workout classes for when I need to mix things up. If you are looking for a premium gym to get in shape, this is it.

We were members of the Watertown Boston Sports Club. After the outbreak of the pandemic, the club was permanently closed and we havent step in any BSC gym for 6 months. However, we found that our memberships are automatically transferred to the Waltham BSC and we are charged again for September.[Update]: After I reached out to [email protected], Marc from the tsiclubs helped me to cancel our membership and we got a refund for the money we paid.The process is quite smooth and if you have a similar issue like us, I recommend you to contact tsiclubs directly!

The Boston sports club in waltham is excellent. It has all the everything you need for a good workout. Best of all it is open 7 days a week and most holidays. The atmosphere is non judgmental and the facility is very clean. There is a pool, a few squash courts and a couple of basketball courts at this facility to really mix up your workout.

BSC has stolen nearly $400 from me so far, and counting.We all know they closed their doors on March 17 due to Covid, and continued to charge members in April even though they remained closed. They sent out an email to their membership in July to announce they would reopen and give members a free month in August. I attempted to cancel in March but to no avail. My messages went unanswered and unaddressed.They announced in early July they would reopen and credit everyone for the time they would close. I canceled as soon as they opened, in person. And then was charged again for July AND August. So they’re sitting on 3.5 months worth of dues from me. For services that they did NOT provide.I read reviews when I joined and I know now that I’m not alone. You think it won’t happen to you, you’ll be prepared, you’ll take the appropriate steps. I found out it doesn’t matter. BSC will do everything they can to steal your money, just as they did mine. This business is unprofessional, shady, and scammy.I’ll be reporting this to the BBB and writing to Maura Healey.

This place is a joke. I cancelled my membership, I was then charged again 3 weeks later not even a whole billing cycle for another amount $40 more. I asked for a refund- not capable of doing so on the weekend, I was promised a call back which I did not receive. I then called to address was put on hold for 20 minutes and now they are SCREENING my calls. This is a business? Gross incompetence and terrible business practices. Also no communication throughout covid at all, just randomly started charging my card. Avoid BSC like the plague

I been going to this club for over one year. My goal is to lift weights and to use the steam room after my workout.I work in a dusty environment and it’s very important for me to use the steam room regularly, but it’s never working properly. Usually it’s set to a high temperature that makes it impossible to stay inside for a minute. Or it’s just out of service.I made many complains to the staff and manager but nothing gets done, it’s a vicious cycle, overly heated steam room, the machine never stops throwing steam inside the room non stop until it gives up and gets broken for a long period of time.The door that gives access to the steam boiler is always unlocked and some costumers keeping going in and out of it changing seatings.The majority of the staff are very unfriendly. The people at the front desk are always clueless.Personal trainers/managers that don’t know how to be pleasant with customers and at least say a simple “Hi” to them.The showers are very unclean. Pink mold everywhere, it’s disgusting and so smelly!!How hard is to keep a steam room properly working?What should be a pleasant experience became an awful and aggravating time. This is making me go less and less to this place, and forcing me to do my workouts at home.The weight room is great and has everything that I need .....I would love to be able to go to a clean, working gym that’s “supposedly” a “prime location” This gym is feeling like a $10 a month gym that I leave and take my shower at home.

Very poor communication from BSC Waltham and Town Sports.I contacted them back in March to freeze my account due to COVID, no one got back to me. Weeks later they announced that everyones account would be shut down.Then I had a charge on my account on July 13, literally the first day they opened. Called the gym (which is supposedly open and operating) and there are no managers or supervisors available.Overall a poorly run gym with really bad business practices and an even worse customer support experience.

BSC should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their customers. The closed their gym and sent no notice of the closure to their customers. BSC then went in and cut the locks off of the lockers some members were renting.It took over a month of calls and emails with zero response from anyone at BSC. Finally a billing rep was able to get someone to shed light on the contents of my wifes locker.Today we went to another gym location where we were shown 5 contractor bags full of stuff. My wife was able to recover most of her items, but not all. Every one of her bags/containers, along with all the others were completely emptied. It is clear that BSC went through everyone locker contents looking for valuables. My wife even found one of her lotions on the desk of a BSC employee!All of this is on top of BSC trying to charge my wife for 2 months of membership after they had frozen all billing!Shame on you BSC!

Worst management team ever. Access to therapy pool broken for months. Zero communication from management regarding status or eta for repairs. Total disregard for members with disabilities. The facility is beautiful with lots of light and potential. Unfortunately it’s poorly managed and in particular the shower areas are gross. Look up and see the mold. Ick! It seems the management team doesn’t know it’s in the hospitality industry because they spend all their time hiding from members.So much potential wasted. A real shame.

This place is not worth the price! You pay for a premier club but everything is always broke! They have really nice locker rooms with hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas but they are always broke. They’ve been broke for almost 6 month and management doesn’t even acknowledge complaints.

These people are thieves ! Unethically charge members after raising prices without their knowledge, and telling them they will refunded or that they will suspend/cancel their memberships. I’ve had SEVERAL conversations with them. Each time they agree that they will resolve the issue or “someone will contact you”, no one ever does! I had to dispute with my bank, but I will be contacting a lawyer.

I love working out here becauseI always have what I need.And, my schedule is flexible so I can adjust to times it isn’t crowded.I didn’t rate it a five because the one thing I don’t like at all is that the weights are never put back -especially the tower racks- and people leave their mats, balls, kettle bells everywhere on the turf floor. There is one manager who comes and neatens up-I think his name is Matt. Thanks again Matt!

FREE TRIAL SCAM!TLDR: Dont ever go there if your plan is to try this gym.Longer version: Be aware of the scam: if you receive a free trial, or first month for $5, or first 2 months free email, dont except to get those months free and then be able to walk out without paying anything.Before my 2 free months were over, I wanted to cancel my membership, due to some events, I couldnt and wont be using the gym (which might or might not be good, I wont even be able to judge that).I was genuinely expecting not to pay anything at that time but thats where it got complicated.Heres is what its going to cost you:- 45 more days of membership: $165- Annual fee: $70- Early cancellation fee: $10- TOTAL: $245 !!Pretty expansive for a single trial session... (45 days is the notice before which your membership cant be closed).Where it gets even worse: after talking to the manager about this situation, he assured me that this has NEVER happened to him before and that all those fees are explicitly displayed when you sign up online (go see by yourself if there are...). Hence, its on me, I, and I quote, should have been more careful. Thank you for your help manager.The funny part is if you search for trial in the reviews, it actually looks like I was surprisingly far from being the first one scammed...

It’s a great place to workout but the reason I can only give a 2 stars is that I really enjoy to shower and to have a steamy relaxing time since I started my membership the steam room always have problems and it makes me very frustrated. Out of 6days it is working 2 or 3 days. It was out for about two weeks to be fixed and it still not working properly making a very crazy noise. After 3 days trying to use it I called the front desk asking for someone to reset it and the person told me that it would not be possible because wasn’t anyone available for it......it’s been going on for about 3months now ......

The BSC Waltham site is a great facility with large windows and lots of light. The issue is the upkeep of the facility. As mentioned by several other people, the whirlpool, sauna and steam room are rarely all working at the same time. The steam room and whirlpool have been working on and off (mostly off) for the past month. Also there are several broken showers that sometimes one has to wait for a shower. Given the recent price increase and that this is a premium facility, one would expect things to be working properly. They need to address these issues if they expect to get more/keep existing members

This club is run down. The locker rooms are not clean, 1/2 of the machines are always out of order. Their billing practices are shady. Be careful giving them your credit card. They will continue to charge you, raise the prices and you cant get them to cancel. Even when they say you have, they will continue to collect.Join Lifetime Fitness, same price and worth it. I switched myself after all this hell.

I regret purchasing a membership here. I called the front desk and they said I could cancel over the phone but I had to give thirty days notice. After the thirty-day period I was charged the entire amount. A called the office and was given an email and was told a manager would call me back. That never happened. I then called the gym again, explained my situation twice to two different people, they said it was cancelled and someone would call me to verify. That was a few days ago without hearing anything.Someone who was on my account was told today that I never cancelled and thats why they took the full amount from my checking account. And that my prorated amount will be returned to me. Ill believe it when I see it.These people are a bunch of thieves.Edit: despite repeated attempts by myself, this situation has *still* not been fixed.Edit II: Been a month now and still no resolution. Do not be fooled by the Response from owner. Theyve been completely unhelpful with this. After one initial email they have not been in contact with me.

So there is a scam of free trial offer every month saying that it is your last chance. I am a victim of this scam recently. Back in December, I was told that if I pay 5$, Dec and January will be free, but I have to decide ifI wanna continue my membership within 10 days. I decided not to because I just used basketball court once. So sent email to cancel my free trial membership within the given time. Until March, I figured that my card is being charged for membership, even for January that was supposed to be FREE!!! Then, I talked to the guy who started my free trial.He said refund process is started. Obviously, he was lying because I am just charged for membership for April again. Do not fall this scam of free trial thing that will cost you more hassle that you will not need to work out because you will be already tried dealing with it. I will talk to manager, and see how they treat their costumers. So where I am writing about what my experience is so far for BSC Waltham.

I have been a member for 10 years due to convenience of work location. For $1200 a year or even $100 this club is unbelievably poorly maintained. There must be no management. There are Out of order signs on 20%+ equipment every day. Last week 90% of stair climbers were out of order. The womans locker room has out of order showers for months and the steam room has been down for 3 months. The Im trying to find an alternative, BSC does not maintain healthy environment of cleanliness and equipment safety. One star is more than earned

There no temperature gauge for the hot tub, steam room nor the sauna.. there is always in issue with the stream room. With all the money we pay the steam room should have no issues,, as far as the whirlpool pool is always always overfilled. So the filter doesn’t work properly, DuHWhen was the benches in the sauna scrub cleaned? When the steam or hot tub is not working why not put a sign up on the front desk.. this equipment should be replaced.. when was the last time the shower curtains were washed?? Get rid of the curtains do we really need them we are all men

Worst experience ever! I was stupid enough to have business with this club. If I could Id give -5 stars to this gym. Everybody is just ignoring you. They keep charging you money even through you cancelled membership. They keep saying that they will call you back to resolve the inquiry but never call.They never explain anything!My friend invited me to the gym and I had 3 days pass. The second day I came to the gym to attend the class and I was late and Steve (the guy that worked that day) did not even let me in. He said I MUST sign up to attend the class. I asked him if I can sign up after the class and he said that he wont let me anything in if I dont sign up now. I was late for the class and didnt want to spend any time with him so let him signed me up and choose for me the most expensive plan that they have - 90$/month. He didnt tell me anything about any fee and student membership. He didnt give me any agreement.A month later I was charge 90$ for membership plus 70$ annual fee. I came to the gym to cancel my membership and to ask them refund my money and they said that they will call me back. I asked to talk to manager and I had been waiting for him about 40 minutes. The manager name is Nick and I wish I dont have any business with him. He told me that he can not refund me money before he talk to Steve. I came on Friday and Nick said that he will talk to Steve and Steve will call me back Sunday to discuss the situation. No Steve, no Nick never called me back. I was trying to call to talk to Nick few times but he never answer and never call me back. Today I was charged 90$ again even though I cancelled my membership.MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!! Never give this gym a chance if you dont want to get in trouble. People that work there are just stupid and dont know how to treat their customers. NICK AND STEVE - remember those names and try to avoid having business with them at any cost.My rate for this gym is NEGATIVE FIVE and I wont be lazy to write this review everywhere through the internet so that people would know that this gym is charging its customers for nothing!!!

My complaints about this gym are mostly about the management and professionalism of the staff. Like other reviewers, I had a terrible experience upon ending my membership at this club regarding an extra fee I was charged. Management was unresponsive to me, both via phone and e-mail, including multiple times where I was told I would be called back and was not. I found the staff incredibly hard to work with and unprofessional.The club itself is not in the best shape--old machines and TVs and equipment is always broken or needing repair.I would highly recommend looking into other clubs in the area. Current members, make sure to check your bank account, because this club loves to be shady with their fees.

These folks sort of break new ground in consumer and contract law. I signed up via their web site and the offer of a premium membership ($80/month) lists a bunch of stuff that are supposedly part of the package. It would have been tough to check the fine print because the terms and conditions link lead to a file not found. When I showed up in person to collect my tag the guy working the front desk explained that in fact many of the items were not included in the premium membership. I was curious to know how this could work so I asked to speak to a manager. When I showed the manager the actual web page off the companys actual web site he said Dont believe what you read on the Internet. In other words, in his opinion the site that his company runs that presents offers to consumers and bills their credit cards need not have accurate information about what is being purchased because the site, entirely controlled and run by his employer, is on the Internet.[Separately, the facility itself is reasonably nice, but marred to some extent by numerous taped-up signs informing customers regarding various rules violations and the consequences that might follow. These dont seem to be curated in any way so, for example, a threat to cut off locks on September 25 was still up on the wall on October 7. The jacuzzi in the mens locker room was surrounded by no fewer than 10 different signs each with exhortations regarding a variety of rules.]Overall, an unusual way of conducting business.

Ive been a member of BSC for long time and stopped in because Im staying at a hotel across the street. I had hoped to get a quick 1 hr workout on 2 or 3 machines. I rarely go anyplace other than my home gym. Ive probably visited other BSCs 5 times in the last 10 years. I was told it would cost me $20 to use Waltham. The place was surprising empty. Very disappointing. BSC should give every member at least 1 visit a year at another BSC.

I wish there was a way to rate 0 star for this club and the company in general. This guys are really good in charging you for no reason. Cancelling membership is so easy with these guys, takes a minute, that said, after cancellation, theyll continue charging you, just because they can, and there is no customer service, managers are very rude, and headquarters DOES NOT CARE. So I decided to write this review hoping that this will help others to save they nerves, energy and time and take their business somewhere else. Hope this helps.

DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB. Good luck canceling your membership when you realize they lied about services provided at the club. They will continue billing, often for more then you signed up for. I have called over 20 times. I’m currently sitting in the front of the business waiting for a manager to arrive, it’s 10:36am. Who doesn’t come to work by now. I was told on the phone that one of them was hear already, another lie.Good luck in taking your kids to child care. They have one person covering the area so if you kids old enough to go to the larger area with a basketball court and a jungle gym they won’t be able to if an infant arrives as they will all need to go to the infant area and play with foam blocks, a blast for a 9 year old.DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.PS- as for the response from the “business owner” below. I have emailed that address 4 days ago and never hear back, again ridiculous. I also called “headquarters” when I waisted my day yesterday at the gym trying to get his fixed and they said they could not help either and needed to talk to the managers at the location. When I attived at 10:20am there were no managers at the gym. At 11 the guy that does the memberships showed. He could not help me and told me the main manager was not in. I let him know I would wait. I also asked to call corporate and see if they could fix it, as mentioned above they don’t do anything but vacume your wallet. At 12:15 I was told the manager was actually in but was on a call. I walked around and found his office. I waited outside of the office till he was done at 1:15. After talking to him I got it resolved, he was nice. I had him send me an email to prove my account was closed, I actually took a photo of the computer screen to make sure, and I’m all set, hopefully.What a complete waist of time. This should have been resolved over a month ago if anyone would have returned my numerous calls.

I usually go to my neighborhood club but because of a back problem I have the passport plan to use hot tub in Waltham. More than half the time it’s NOT operating. I waste a hour traveling back and forth/gas/& $ for upgrading membership. Very disappointing.

Nice facility, shady staffMy nine year old son took swimming lessons with Alex at the facility, and I had many very unpleasant experiences working with Eric Wojtowicz who schedules the lessons.He twice promised to reserve a lesson time for my son, and broke them both, and lied that the change of the lesson time was made upon the request of the instructor. The instructor did not make such a request.It was very upsetting to work with him. I stopped having my son taking swimming lessons at the facility.

BSC requires companions of legally disabled people to pay membership fees, solely to enter the facility. We *verbally* agreed to pay a monthly fee for me as a companion, its important for Alzheimers patients to have consistency and we were afraid they would cancel my Alzheimers patients membership. Later when I stopped taking my patient I told them to stop charging me. Then they sent me an unsigned membership contract I had never seen saying I had to pay a cancellation fee, and give 45 days notice. They wrote, Although it [the contract] is not signed by using the club you have agreed to these terms and conditions. When I reminded them that their charging of companions is illegal, they retaliated by threatening to send the membership contract to collections again me, the companion. There are numerous other reviews about unethical practices at BSC. I recommend reading them and not giving BSC your business (or opening yourself to their threats.) Came for a lap swim session, without any membership. 15$ for the entrance. A poorly illuminated 25m pool with 6 lanes where you can barely pass in two its not worth that money, ever. Yeah, you get a free-to-use towel, but still. I cant comment on the rest.

Sad experience today at BSCs Elite club in Waltham. TSI is a pathetically run and desperate organization. I ended up joining Lifetime Fitness in Burlington which is so much nicer for just a few buck more. I was interested in BSC mostly because they had more locations. I was a member in Woburn years ago, and more recently at my employers TSI/BSC run gym which they stopped managing. I was going to join Wellington which is near my house until I was cautioned that I couldnt go to Waltham - because they were Elite. So on my day off, my husband and I went out of our way to check it out to see if it made a difference. The sales person wouldnt show us the gym, said we couldnt check it out unless we joined - but then we could cancel... (uh huh - not playing that game). We walked out and joined Lifetime. Awful customer service. Super unfriendly, unwilling to help when there are problems with membership. Wouldnt have given if it one star was just one person but I dealt with multiple people on several different occasions and they just dont care about anything.The locker rooms are gross, the lockers are super dirty, half of them are falling apart and they are as wide as a pencil. I can barely fit my bag in there and it only fits because Im shoving the thing with my whole body.Its so stupid because they have a million narrow lockers and there are only 10 people in there at a time. They need those lockers to be three times as wide.

I cant give the club five stars which in many ways it should get, but due to one fundamental (and apparently repeated flaw), but Ill tell you the good first.The gym has an overall expanse to it, and by that I mean it has HUGE. 40 window walls that sun drench the main room and also parts of the lap pool. During the cold winter months this is such a boon as it helps relieve me of cabin fever.The club has a lot to offer such as full sized basketball courts, massage therapy, private swim classes, cycling classes, etc. It pretty much is the premier work out facility for those living north 90, west 95/128.Now... on to the not-so-fun-part of my membership experience. Before joining I read up on the club. Lots of good things mentioned, but an overwhelming amount of people complained about being over charged for club services, membership dues after quitting, etc. This didnt bother me because I was opting for the full-year membership, paid monthly at a pre-arranged set amount. Fine. Well, actually, not-so-fine as I discovered their slippery billing when I signed up for a 4-pack of private training lessons.I was extremely clear at the onset I only want to buy a pack of 4 personal training classes. If I like it, I can choose to buy more. Right? They yessed me to death, didnt give me a copy of what I signed (should have been first red flag) and then went and signed me up for automatic billing of 4 new classes at the end of every month. To add insult to injury I was charged for 2 classes because I didnt use them for 2 weeks when I was out of town - something that was omitted from mention when I signed up as well. By the time I figured all this out it was ten days after the billing fact. I called and spoke with Joseph, who was nice, listened to what I said and replied with, ...oh yeah, the person who signed you up no longer works here and to my dismay he added, we have been getting a lot of people calling and complaining about this. He told me he would look into it and get back to me shortly.A few days later I got a long email from him in a starkly opposite tone from our conversation saying We cant refund you the amount, etc. your best bet is to continue paying for the classes for three months.... I shot back a sharp email saying it was up to them if they wanted to go to court over this issue, I would take it to that. They refunded me half my money back in a few days. So, yeah, I still got ripped off and I certainly wont sign up for any more private session or trust them with anything that requires additional billing.To boot, a few days ago I was walking past the front desk and I heard a girl say I need to speak to the manager about charges on my credit card over personal training Im being billed for. I felt like telling her - I know what youre going through.... and from the looks of the other people posting reviews here, this happens a lot. So be aware.Updated - I cancelled my gym membership in April and gave the appropriate 46 day notification before my one-year membership was to expire. I called on the phone and they told me it was all set. Not believing them, I went in and double checked. It had not been cancelled. I cancelled it then, and got the paper to prove it. Come May 1st when I was only supposed to be charged for the pro-rated 8 days they tried to charge me the full monthly amount. I called up - Oh youre not in the system as shown that youve cancelled.I sent an email to Kyle Russell and Nick Distelbrink attaching a photo copy of my cancellation paper. No response. I then call today, Oh your membership wont cancel until June now. They are still trying to charge my card. Its almost July now and they still are trying to charge my card. Unbelievable.

The customer service at this establishment is HORRENDOUS. I cancelled my membership in person in April of this year because I was about to move to a different state. I am STILL getting charged each month, even after talking to several managers, which is extremely difficult to do as they never appear to be working. Just a forewarning, make sure you get a hard copy of your cancellation paperwork or else cancelling will be a nightmare.

I would rate them a negative if I could. They stole from us. Heres the story: Our daughter (14) wanted to do 6 weight lifting and conditioning sessions with a trainer. They signed her up for an entire Personal Training Membership, and used my credit card (on account from my membership) to pay for it. In small print of the contract, which they did not point out to her parents, they locked her into a month-to-month contract forever. Without knowing these details (because the gym never got a sign off from me to charge my card!), I found out that the amount of $443.46 representing six months of non-use at the rate of $73.91 per month was charged to us. Our daughter did not even use the gym during this time. I called Marybeth Kelly, the General Manager at BSC Waltham to resolve this. She said shed send in a request for refund from corporate. There was no follow-up from her. I emailed back to her several times to find out what the outcome was and get our refund. No response. They never returned our money and never even had the courtesy to respond to our email. I went into the gym to find Ms. Kelly several times, and each time they asked me my name, then told me she was not available. BEWARE of their tactics and check you cc every month if you sign up with them. More slippery than car sales people. I reported them to the BBB and the cc company.Update July 8, 2020Walked through the gym today to go to the physical therapy downstairs and was absolutely horrified that I saw eight people working out with no masks. Two were on treadmills breathing heavily, the other on the elliptical. Some others were stretching with no mask. Nobody had gloves on either. This gym is totally unsafe. I asked the guy at the front desk if masks are required and he said yes they were by state mandate, but there were not enough employees working to enforce the rule. I think it’s time for this gym to close down because the equity group that purchased the company destroyed it. Profits over people.

I was a member for 4 years, and then they withdrew money from my account without my permission and would not refund. They are just common thieves. The manager did not bother to even call me, no common curtesy no decency. Would not recommend this place. Im filing a complaint with the AGs office
