Don’s auto body was recommended to me by another reputable mechanic (Jimmy’s) and it was for a good reason! He knew exactly what had happened to the car even without me telling him! He gave a fair and honest estimate of both the timeline and cost. He correctly identified all the damaged parts in my suspension and took no safety risks, neither did he misrepresent the required work. Still his initial estimate was lower than nearby shops and he was even able to save me some more at the end by repairing my fender instead of changing it. It is rare to find a mechanic who delivers more than promised at a lower than agreed upon cost! Overall this job was nicely done in time and for good value.

Unprofessional, caught Brian in lies about the work that had already been done on my vehicle and the time frame which I would get my vehicle back. Took more than a month to fix a bumper - though not entirely the shops fault - the unprofessional-ism exhibited through consecutively missed deadlines and Brians general tone when pressed about why the shop failed to miss deadlines will not have me returning. I had a different repair with the shop several years ago which I was very satisfied with, however as they explained to me in such time the shop has lost and failed to replace staff leading to further delays. Work is good quality and Brian works well on with insurance and suppliers, but do not expect your car to be fixed quickly or be valued as a customer in the process.

I took my car there because my insurance company recommended them and offered to cover there work for life. After picking up the car I can see why they offer lifetime coverage because they know it wont be used. My car was done in a timely matter and the work is unnoticeable, which is a positive thing to say it looks brand new. The paint blends beautifully and the body panels all line up correctly and evenly which is huge on a modern day car with a unibody frame, do not think twice just go here and see Brian and you will come out with a smile!

Easy to get in touch with and had really great turnaround. We had some trouble with some hard-to-find parts, but they were really transparent about the whole process and the repair was still done extremely fast. Im not a body expert, but the job looks great.

I rear ended a truck 5 years ago and my front end didnt look too well (like crushed in). Collision Auto Body did the work and 5 years later it still looks like new.
