Believe it or not there is at least one honest car garage in Waltham and this is it! If they are taking on any new customers consider yourself blessed because sometimes they cant. I have known these fellows for 16 years and I never knew kindness existed in a garage. I had just moved into the neighborhood and my bike needed air. I introduced myself to them and explained my situation. On top of saying yes we will put air in your tires they spoke it without the anger and resentment in their tonality. My aura felt soothed. And this my friends is a very sacred experience-

I arrived to the place with brake problems. They were very busy at the moment but they managed to address my concerns about certain brake noises. I needed right away because I had to travel. Guillermo did a quick and efficient job, was super nice along with the rest of the guys, price was very reasonable, and they changed a tail light bulb for me at no charge. Ive been a loyal customer for four years. Not the same since Roberto left. Bad attitude from the main everyday guy now. He seems over worked. This place will also over charge you since Roberto left.

Great customer care from chuchu. Am a direct care support staff and during this period of Covid 19, my car had some mechanical issues and I was directed to this place and when I reached one guy said they could check my car and see but they could not work on it because they were busy. But to my surprise one guy came and said he was going to work on it because i was putting on my uniform and he did me a great work and was able to go to my work. Thanks chuchu.

I would give more than five stars if I could. Mechanics were extremely efficient, quick, professional, helpful and considerate. They called to tell me exactly what had to be done to my vehicle while also being 100 percent honest with the needs of it, in no way trying to get more money out of me than was necessary. They were upfront and I received my car in full working order the very same day. Prices were fair. I have every intention of returning to and recommending this shop.

The owner takes care of you personally. They do not believe in ripping people off. They take the time to explain every option, & will tell you if a replacement isnt needed. I have never seen anyone anywhere who really cared about their customers the way that they do, Its always crowded and they take care of you right away. I can understand why they have such loyal customers. I wont go anywhere else.

These folks are really dependable and affordable. They helped me identify the problem with my car struts. I got the parts on my own and they installed it on my car at very reasonable rate. Other national chains quoted way higher for same job. Overall, I am happy with Auto systems and do recommend them to anyone looking to fix car steering/suspension or even brakes or other stuff.

Ever since I discovered Auto Systems over 6 years ago, I wouldnt consider going to any other mechanic. Guillermo is highly professional, does top notch work, charges reasonable fees and is very personable. He never fails to diagnose the nature of my cars problem, no matter how obscure, and offers common sense advice even if he could earn more by choosing a less direct approach. Ive been there twice and have always returned with a happy face. First time, I went in for Tire Rotation, Emerson saved me money by recommending me to a wheel alignment shop because I wanted wheel alignment and Tire Rotation. Second time, I couldnt open a seized Caliper Bolt, I went in early morning and they did it in 15 mins and didnt charge me a cent. I highly recommend these guys.

I am Indian student and got his name from two Mexican fds. I had some noise in car which I thought is problem of CV axle( aprox 350$). But this guy saw car and said to me its not a problem of CV axle its just small screw. He fixed that in 30 bucks when he could have easily made me fool and charged 350bucks. I recommend!

My car battery died and one of the mechanics was nice enough to come out and jump my car.
