Loved it here, the prices were good, but the fishes looked so Terrible. Take better care of them

Brought my young puppy in for an appointment with the groomer. When I came to pick up my pup - Amanda H., the groomer, had shaved most of his coat (without my permission or consent) and had done a poor job of even that. I was completely in shock of the poor treatment and job done to my dog. He seemed traumatized. Once I had gotten into the car, I noticed that despite his coat being completely wrecked, they had forgotten to do some of his nails even though they had assured me it was done. I had to spend an hour on my own at home grooming him over the “forgotten” patches of his poor shaving job (that was done without my permission!!).The horrible attitude and complete disregard for the care of my dog was shocking. I will most definitely not be returning and advise others to be careful when handing your pet over to the groomer.

Made accommodations for me, for I was a walk in, on a very busy day. Was able to get my dog washed, teeth brushed and nails clipped including a birthday bandana for my little buddy.

This store is great. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The grooming crew did a fantastic job with our dog Zoey. I have been here a half dozen times or so since we recently go our dog and every trip has been easy thanks to the great staff.

I went here to buy Vit C tabs for my Guinea Pigs, they were out. We get a delivery tomorrow, you can come back if youd like. Went back next day, no delivery till the NEXT day! Asked a staff member cashier to call Westwood store to see if they had any before I wasted 30 more minutes of my time traveling and gas AGAIN. Mind you IM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE, she says Oh, I cant be on the phone for customers to come...but I can get you the number! I said, I can do THAT! And walked out...Horrible customer service in Walpole!Went to Westwood store...VERY NICE PEOPLE!

With almost all of the places being sold out of my pets prescription food, I had to drive up to the Walpole location to get it. The 2 women working there today were very happy to help me.

When they have sales on toys and treats you cant beat the deals anywhere else. For the most part the regular prices are about the same as other stores. Walmart being the exception but they only beat the prices by a dollar or less. Id still pick this store over them every time they have a lot more options to choose from. Great customer service theres always someone available to help. The store is always clean I cant recall a time I was there when it was dirty or disorganized. I havent had a problem with things being out of stock the rare times an item was an associate would double check for me incase there was any in the back or displayed somewhere else (promo area, end caps). If they were in fact out of stock they would offer other solutions that would work.

Greeted when I came in, got asked twice if I needed assistance, got a treat for the dog written checking out, so customer service was great! Also visited the bathrooms while there and they were spotless. Would definitely recommend!

I like Petsmart but this location is a lot to be desired. Seems like an older location, dimly lit and is dumpy and disorganized inside with disheveled shelves and disorganized aisles and sections. The cashier area is tiny and oddly situated in front and I most likely wont return here to this spot, there are better out there.

My 3 year old Shih-Tzu and I had a wonderful grooming experience at PetSmart thanks to the professionalism of his groomer Kaylee!

I always come here to get my dogs nails done and the girls that work in the salon are so gentle and sweet to my dog. I trust them very much and so does my dog. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. That also goes for the hospital that they have there as well.

Not sure about recent online orders. One totally ignored me after I wait at the pick up spot for 15 minutes The other one price is unbeatable during sales. But its tricky about expiration date. I dont mind buying some cat litters from them. Litters are fine. Cat food and cat treats I still prefer to check IN STORE by myself and grab the Fresh one for my picky cats. They literally refuse to eat anything not fresh enough!

The Bald Hill Road store is my go to store. The manager, staff and the Nulo representative are consistently helpful as I select my purchases. Banfield staff are readily available with my pets prescription food details. I enjoy shopping here to get the most nutritious and safe products for my pets

The service was quick and friendly. The only issue we ran into is we were buying fish and the UPC/price wasnt posted for a fish we were interested in. It too a minute but we got our price and bought a handful of fish.
