DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. My family was scammed by this place, had his truck for going on over 2 months now for a transmission change. This place is WELL KNOWN by Walpole PD. Please please save your sanity and your vehicle and do not go here.

Wasn’t thrilled about having to repair my transmission. But Matt and his guys made the decision easy. Did a lot of research on the problems with the 6L80 transmission and failures. AAMCO addressed each of them and I have confidence in the repair.

I made an appointment to get my A/C fixed last week at 4:30. I left work an hour early to take my car in, and I got there a few minutes early only to find that the shop was already closed! I never got a call or email to let me know that theyd be closed, or an apology about my missed appointment. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication. Not even trying to make another appointment with them- Im taking my hot car somewhere else!

Customer beware . on 10/3/18 . I went there for a transmission filter and fluid change .After this service the trans pan gasket started leaking. Was not noticed until I saw fluid on the driveway. The pan bolts were not tight so itightened them myself .They told me the rt front wheel bearing needs replacing . I have no symptoms of a bad wheel bearing . 1 symptom. Looseness in the bearing. I drove my car over potholes, then I jacked up the wheels and checked the bearings. No looseness . And the car passed its safety inspection on 1/19.I was told the power steering rack needs replacing. The PS rack is replaced when the seals leak or there is a problem with the steering .I have neither . When the PS reservoir is loosing fluid you know theres a leak. Mine is not loosing fluid.. I did a UV dye test on the rack No leaks. I did not have the rack or the bearings replaced

Great customer service and affordable considering the other places I’ve been to. The manager didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, just what needing fixing ASAP. Was done in a few days and my car drives great now! Will go back again, if needed!

Amazing work done by this team. From the manager Lee to the owners Dave and Tena. They took care of me like we where family. Keep me up to date on everything that needed to be done and got it done at a fair price and in the time they told me it would be done. If I could give them 0 stars I could. Matthew told me my car would be ready in 3 to 4 days. 2 WEEKS LATER and I still dont have my car back. If I ever break down near here again, Im having my car towed up to Boston

Youre always nervous anytime your car needs repairs, but these guys put my mind at ease the moment I walked into their shop. The repair work was great, the price was the best in town, but going above and beyond with their level of customer service is what made me a customer for life.

Terrible service terrible people. Didn’t fix the issue in vehicle. Terrible communication between customers and owners. Took my vehicle and kept it for 3 months with no updates. If you are a minority as myself don’t go to them for service. I do not recommend these people at all.
