Adam and the company from the time they have removed my husbands body from our home, have been very consoling and compassionate. Adam explained the process of when and how long the cremation will take place and when we can bring him back home. When all is ready for pick up, Adam was very flexible with the day and time. When I arrived at the office, he was ready for me. He took the urn and placed my husbands cremains and handed it to me with grace and respect. This is what I call a beautiful gesture for a very emotional day for me. Thank you I know that you have treated my husbands body with dignity as you prepared him for us. Thank you. Very happy we have now purchased our prepaid cremation packages through Trident Society here in Northern CA. They were excellent when I needed them a year ago when my mother passed away suddenly and she had her own prearranged package (It made things a lot easier that night only having to call one number and have Trident come out and handle everything else for me, I felt so grateful!)...Thus the reason we are now doing the same thing!

My father used Trident and made pre-arrangements a few years in advance. This made the process so easy for our family. I was not sure what to expect after all that time and was relieved that they responded quickly and activated all their services immediately. Well, not being dead yet, I can only talk about how things have gone so far. What happens on the other side will have to be written about by someone else.After the transaction was complete I received paperwork in the mail breaking down the costs item by item. I found that I paid an extraordinary amount of money, around 1200 bucks, for a few fancy boxes and things. I wish I would have asked for a breakdown of the costs in advance. Do yourself a favor and ask all of this ahead of time. Its my fault for not educating myself better. Dont allow yourself to be sold a package. Ask questions about everything. Not really very happy or comforted about the future.

I called Trident only to have my call transferred twice-- making me explain through tears each time what I needed-- before they sounded off a list of random fees and laughed sarcastically when I asked them to repeat one of the fees. As I sat there listening to my family member die in the next room, Trident sardonically asked the age of the family member passing away --as if there is an age limit for someone to receive care and compassion? Do you think I would trust you with my family members body after this phone call? I was just disgusted with them. Also, Trident-- please do not assume the situation just because your business is located near a retirement community. This may be just business as usual for you, but you could at least pretend to care and not make your commodification of death so obvious.

Ed was phenomenal in every step of the process. His experience and candor where exceptional during a time when the process can be very overwhelming. We the Verticelli family would like to thank Ed and Trident Society for a seamless process.

My wife passed on January 25, 2019. Upon her passing I contacted the Trident Society Cremation Center in Walnut Creek California, where my wife and I had made arrangements for our cremations. I spoke to a very nice gentleman whose name is Ed Wyrabkiewicz. He instructed me on what procedures to follow. When I met with Ed in his office he was so very kind and caring. He treated me with respect. He offered his sincere condolences and sympathies on the loss of my wife. He proceeded to handle everything. He assured me that everything was going to be fine. He processed all of the paper work and then told me he would get a hold of me when my wife was ready to come home. And he did just that. I would highly recommend Ed and Trident Society to everyone. Im going to receive the service I signed up for, and being able to make installments payments enables me to begin paying this off before Im deceased.But, it took THREE times for them to get the paperwork correct. That was irritating, to say the least. The first set was done when dealing with a very annoying representative in our house. The second had to be done after I got in from work, correcting the first persons errors. The third was getting the installment payment amount correct (because they took the wrong amount from checking account for the first payment).

The Trident Society in Walnut Creek are the absolute best. The staff made such a sad and emotional time for us go very smoothly and stress free. Their customer service was exceptional and we are forever grateful.
