Tried to plan funeral arrangements for my Mother - wasn’t quite ready to sign the dotted line and wanted to compare pricing at other facilities. Upon hearing that we wanted to compare pricing. The funeral director told us to ‘Get Out’ and walked us out. We are dealing with enough and want to make an informed decision for our family member and this place left a very bad taste in our mouths and we will not be giving them any business.

Stay away from this place. It was the worst experience for us. The owner Jay is rude and dealing with him was most unpleasant. He over charges and offers very little information or options. Deer Creek is not a mortuary, he is just an agent. We were charged double what any mortuary charges for the viewing. He made mistakes and tried to blame us for them and refused to do anything to make them right. Go anywhere else but here. He also has an office in Dublin so avoid that one too.
