Antonio is great. Super nice and friendly. He always listens to my questions and helps explain what could be the issue. We do basic maintenance ourselves and only need a pro when we really need a pro. It’s great to know he is there when we need him. He fair and knows his cars.

I took my car here...The first redflag was they quoted me 400 did that work and then called me to tell me they found something else wrong and the price went up over 1,000 dollars. I trusted them and let them do the more expensive repair. They changed the catalytic converter and didnt return the old one which I requested. They didnt bleed the system and now my radiator burps out coolant. They also left a bolt unattached and just left it under the hood.I wouldnt bring my car back here. idk if its because Im a girl and they took advantage of me or if theyre just incompetent.

I took my dear XC90 in for a VIDA/DICE diagnostic, and Antonio provided the results free of charge.He took the time to explain which of the codes were relevant to the problem I was trying to address, as well as a couple of other codes indicating an issue I wasnt aware of.All this for a customer who hadnt indicated they wanted to pay to have services done? Golly gee, I cant even begin to imagine the kind of service they provide for paying customers!

First off, positive overall. I recommend these guys, but I am disappointed with whoever put my tie rods in without even eyeballing the alignment. Probably a one off event, but that is the only negative thing I have to say about the experience. They are very informative and know what they are doing with Volvos. I love my 850, and wouldnt take it to any other shop.

Independent Volvo has always been fantastic! I found them to be very reasonably priced and today they changed my battery VERY quickly. I should be out within 15 minutes. DON’T EXPECT THAT WITH EVERYTHING, but in a pinch Antonio got me in and out extremely quickly. Thank you!!

I purchased my volvo 2011 xc60 from carmax in April. Soon after the abs would just stop whenever it wanted to and I thought not to much of it. In the last few months it would happen more frequently so I had it serviced at this Volvo. Mind you I went in to the dealership with my concern a few weeks prior to having it serviced at Walnut Creek Volvo. Upon service i detailed my account of the abs stops even provided a picture of the reading that came on when it happened. I was told that i have to purchased a new front window that was costly for me. Simultaneously Carmax said they would like to inspect the car . Volvo was more concern with selling me parts 1,000 for a window that may or may not fix the problem and, if I was going to pay the additional day for the loaner, and after three days didnt have the courtesy to wash the car . Dont want to play the black card but .......!I will Never go there again.
