Its hard to capture the meticulous detail that was put into these nails in a picture, but I have yet to meet a nail tech that has the attention to detail and replication. Ann perfectly fulfilled my expectations and I have yet to find another nail artist in walla walla as talented

Happy with nails, but this my 3rd visit, each time price higher for fill, pedicure worse one ever, went back in they put lotion on my feet. Charged $110 for fill and pedicure. Now out of budget for me!

Made an appointment same day within an hour of calling. Clean, friendly, customer centered environment. Great gel nail selection. In/out mani-pedi 1 hour 15 min. Great massage. Feel and look great for daughters wedding.

I absolutely love Anne! She is up to date on all the new trends and she treats all her clients with respect and will go above and beyond to give you exactly what it is you want! I stick with her because of how she treated me the minute I came in! The store is beautiful and everything is brand new in packages and sterilized. They open the tools on front of you so you know they are using brand new tools on every person! I will keep coming back as long as Anne is there!

Dont bother to waste your time here! You can go ahead and make an appointment, but youll sit there for at least an hour before they see you and they ALWAYS put there friends and family first before you, even if you make an appointment. Not only that your nails will be crooked and missed shaped because they are more focused on other things besides you! I will NEVER return here again! I decided to go with Fancy Nails and I have loved them from the start!

Over priced and they double book so be prepared to wait. Annie does beautiful nail work though. I will make sure to ask how much for services in advance in the future.

I called and asked if I should walk-in or make an appointment. They said it was better to make an appointment, to ensure I get my nails done. I waited at home for an hour and a half, after work, and then drove to my appointment. I get there and every seat is filled. I figure they surely MUST be finishing up, since I made my appointment... which I was assured a spot. 32 minutes later... Im still waiting. And to top it off, one of the employees just handed me a book of nails and walked off. I assumed I had to choose one of them, which I didnt want. So, I ended up just getting up and walking out. Not one of them said anything to me the while time. Horrible customer service. And, they need better ventilation. 32 minutes and I almost passed out from the fumes.

They offer waxing as a service but the last time I went there the room looked like a storage area, she was cutting pieces of fabric to use as waxing paper, she was aggressive, and at the end she charged me $25 more than the previous visit.

Great, simple service. A friend and I stopped in for pedicures and were treated very well. The decor, pricing, and service were all just right. Seems to be run by a very nice family who do very good work. Absolutely no complaints!

Best place in town

A previous time I’ve been here to get my eyebrows waxed they could not see me because I didn’t have an appointment. I thought that was reasonable so I made an appointment this time and it still didn’t matter. I waited for 15 mins and no one apologized or said they were running behind. They are obviously playing favorites because a lady came in to get her nails done the same time as me and they took her back. The lady that does waxing was chatting it up with a customer and showing pictures on her phone and wasn’t even considering I had been waiting for a while. There was no one else waiting so it wasn’t like there was a line of people. I just got up and left and it was like I didn’t even exist. Very unprofessional and they do not even do a great job at waxing.

The best nails place in town. Had a pedicure and a full-set done by Annie for the first time. She was amazing!!! They use all natural products for their spa. Me feet feel smooth and softest ever!!! Thanks LT Staffs!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

They do a fabulous job with manicures and pedicures. It is clean and professional. The pedicure chairs are new and comfortable and their products are first class. They are conscientious and meticulous and care about customer satisfaction. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Appointments are recommended.

Worst nail service ever. Made an appointment but still had to wait over an hour. My tech watched soccer on his phone most of the time our appointment occurred. My gel polish application shouldve taken maybe an hour? I was there for 3. UGHHH. My nails were SO THICK, flat + bumpy - not filed how I requested it. He was irritated and short with me when I asked him questions about my nail. At one time during our appt, my tech got up and left me to watch his phone, 8 feet away. All he cared about was that soccer game. Worst money spent ever!

The lady who did my nails was nice, but the other 2 workers had to stop multiple times to care for their kids that where there.

I chose this place randomly, was a bit nervous, but I loved it! I got a pedicure ($28) and my male tech was very careful and gentle. Felt like a spa compared to other normal nail salons. It was busy on this particular Friday but they were kind and still gave enough time to do a great job! I was pleasantly surprised to see that many of the customers and techs were on a first-name basis - I can tell they get lots of regulars. A++!

I got a full ombre set from Anne but sadly I feel like I was rushed through as she had a more familiar client after me. My last nail didnt have any powder at the end, just the nail. Some of them were a little uneven as well.. I called to get it redone with Anne the next morning at 9:45, sadly I left around 10:15 because she wasnt even in the store. Very disappointed. Used to love this place, now its a joke.

LT Nails was taken over by a Wife/Husband and Mother. They are excellent at their job. Its hard to be a walk-in, but they will try very hard it get you in that day. I always call a couple days ahead and have no problems. Its always very clean. You dont feel rushed out the door. They are friendly and kind and reasonably priced. I have been to almost all the nail shops in town and lots in Texas, so I have a verity to compare LT Nails to.

Ive been here a few times out of desperation. The young lady does a fairly ok job but the man and older lady act like they just dont care. My toenails are uneven and as the man was doing the pedicure exfoliating my heels, he just kept rubbing only one side. The older woman looked and acted like she was too good to be doing nails and did a very poor dip manicure. My cuticles are horrible looking. Where the heck can I go in this small town for an adequate dip manicure and thorough pedicure? I do have to say that they use one room as a daycare for their son, his sippy cups and plates of food are out for others to see, the place needs dusting, sweeping and mopping

Worst manicure Ive ever had. The nail shaping is uneven, the edges of the polish are very ragged, and the cuticles are too. She didnt even have me wash the dust off my nails after sanding and before applying the polish. No alcohol to remove oils and make it stick better, either. She gave me a perfunctory hand massage with a drop of cuticle oil and didnt even remind me to take off my gemstone rings - just rubbed the oil all over them. Gross. But the very worst part, and the sleaziest, is that she didnt give me the pale pink color I chose. She gave me this color wheel with about 100 different colors on it and at least 20 of them are in the pale pink category. I spent a lot of time choosing the EXACT shade of pale pink that I wanted (sort of beige and definitely NOT with a lavender blue undertone). Guess what I got? Lavender blue undertone pale pink. Im pretty sure that they stock ONE shade of pale pink and hope that you wont notice the subtle difference between the one they stock and then color you actually chose. Which I didnt really, until I got into the sunlight. Definitely ask to keep the color wheel and compare it to what they put on your fingers (she made sure to take it away from me - so sleazy). That is, if you decide to go here, which I definitely do not recommend. Wish I could leave zero stars.

The first time I had gone here I loved it, loved it so much to come back a second time. I get my pedicures once maybe twice a month and my nails done every two weeks.Well this last time I had gone in here, I got a pedicure and a fill. I paid extra to have the hard callus on my feet removed, yet they are still here unfortunately. The girl who came in while I was getting my nails done never got her towel changed out from the previous customer... They do not use clean files while doing the finger nails. Yet they have never used already used files on my feet. I have now discovered I have athletes foot a form of foot fungus. I have never had this before. This is painful. I spend good money to have a spa day for myself to treat myself after working hard, and I just did not have a very good visit this last time. Might actually keep me from going back... The people are very kind and always helpful but after getting this on my feet I will not go back. Im hesitant on going to ask for my money back to pay for a doctors visit! Very upsetting.

They recently had a customer leave without paying and they handled it very professionally, l was there when the payment was finally made and they were very gracious. I will be going back.

For the best spa pedicures i would book the gentlemen...he gives a great massage!!! If your feet need work book annies mom(in law.?) she has a firm grip and gets down with the pumice. And always book annie for artwork and the best shaping/uniform acrylics ive ever had. And thats alot of $$ ive paid for lackluster jobs that i could have paid Annie to do fabulous work so ladies dont throw away ur cash and come to LT !!!

They argue with customers and they dont have enough ppl to take care of customers!

I just paid $55 for the worst shellac pedicure I have ever had. I’m in shock.

I spent 3 hours there just for a fill.the lady was very rude, didnt talk to me, didnt ask me how I wanted my nail shaped and my nails are crooked. I will never go back to this place

I had acrylics put on, then was back the very next day to get them fixed. Two days later another one broke. I went in to try and get my money back and they refused! The lady was rude and told me it was my fault! Will never go back.

It was horrible I went in for a gel manicure and she shaped my nails crooked and I kept telling her she wasnt painting the side of the nails so it was half of my nails not getting done it looked horrible also getting paint all over my skin please dont go here.

Came with my sister she was here for the first time has soon we walk in the smell from the ammonia was really strong and the place was so dirty I waited for my sister in my car🙃

One of the workers was just sloppy. The other had to come over and fix them. My manicure took over an hour which seems a bit much. This is my second poor experience with the same worker in there. Theyre cheap but you get what you pay for...

Terrible service and a really really dirty establishment. Im talking food left out, sticky tables, dust dirt. It looks like it has never been cleaned.

Had a full set if nails put on. Within a week 3 of the nails came off and several others were lifting. I dont think I will be going back.
