The tax preparers were extremely knowledgeable, and answered my many questions with ease. The process was simple, and I was greatly helped and the conversation was pleasant! This is my first time filing taxes, I was greatly taken care of and was throughly explained to what I needed to do. I’ll continue to come here to file my taxes in the future!

I had a great experience, place was nice and cleaned and there was only one customer at my schedule time which was perfect. This place was great and they had a computer which allowed me to print documents I need it. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Absolutely coming back next year.

My Tax preparation experience at this office has ALWAYS been exceptional. I typically have two tax preparers at this office who normally prepare my taxes. But this year both of them (Zee and Chen) were unavailable. So I decided to try Agnes. Agnes also was outstanding. What I really like about them is that EACH of them take the time to explain in full every aspect of my tax return line by line. Oftentimes showing me exactly certain tax laws in accordance with various tax Publications and the Tax Guide.

My husband and I are very satisfied with Jackson Hewitt Waldorf Maryland.The staff members there are always friendly and we did not have to wait long to be seen. And our tax preparer was very professional and explained everything to us. We will be using this Jackson Hewitt office again next year and hope that we have the same tax preparer .

My husband and attempted to do our taxes with H&R Block and it was a failed. We decided to take our business else where. Made an appointment with Jackson Hewitt, we walked in, and got welcomed in. This was my first time filing with a professional tax company primarily so I could make sure that I was going to get my Stimulus Checks. After the tax knowledge that I gained from this first experience, it will not be my last. My tax lady, Zee, gave me a lot of good tax information at the same time she was VERY PLEASANT. I will be back here next year.

With so many different things going on this tax year (stimulus payments, rebate payments, unemployment payments) I was getting agitated about filing this year. Lawrence exceeded my expectations. Eric, Zee, nor Agnes were available as they were either off today or already fully booked. Therefore, I let Lawrence prepare my return for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of service was the same. Lawrence was equally very knowledgeable. I later learned that soft spoken Lawrence was a CPA. I told Lawrence that he should have lead with that. LOL

Miss. Zee is a FANTASTIC tax preparer and office manager. Miss Zee was alone in the office during my appointment, the telephone was ringing nonstop, other customers were coming in, and she was constantly cleaning to ensure that the work environment was safe. The level of customer care at this location was exceptional. I have never experienced such commitment and dedication to customer satisfaction in all my years of preparing my taxes. The ladies at this location displayed total professionalism and worked as a team to make sure that my wife and I received the maximum tax return possible. They even gave us great advise on tax management for the upcoming year, they are truly an awesome team.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The preparer messed up on my taxes by not entering information where she should have and was always on the phone and texting while I sat there. Spoke with friends who work at the Western Arkansas/eaten Oklahoma franchise and they said that she was at fault for my current issue of being audited because my return info does not match the IRS file for W2s. Area manager and owner told me they need a letter from IRS but admired their preparer messed up and wont do anything until I give them the letter (have not received a letter to this date).

They have done an awesome job every year. I have gone to Jackson Hewitt for the past 5 years and every year they get better and better with customer service. Never had a problem they could solve that day. Thanks guys.

BEWARE!!! I wish I could give Jackson Hewitt 0 stars. I have never been so mad in my life. This company lied to me so bad. One thing you dont play with is someones money that they are entitled to after working hard all year long. Dont believe anything they tell you because it is all LIES and this goes for every location it is the company as a whole
