I dont recommend using the automatic wash here for cars with tow hitch-mounted license plate holders. The spinning brushes were too heavy and strong for my front bumper tow hitch license plate holder and drastically bent it and nearly even broke it. (Its a steel mount with an aluminum back plate.) I have a monthly membership at a different local automatic car wash in NJ and this problem never occured before for 3 years of nearly weekly car washes until using this car wash during drive back home through Maryland.On the other hand the strength of the automatic brushes probably means they are really scrubbing the car pretty good. Depending on perspective this can be good or bad.I hope the owner puts up a disclaimer warming cars with protruding tow hitch plate holders that this car wash can damage it.

The manual machine ate some of my coins but other than that it was a pretty good experience

Its was good. Except the vacuum machine took my coins. I had to put coins in two separate times in order for the machine to work.

No soap in the hi pressure soap option. Availability is good and security of premises is good as well.

This has been my go2 carwash 4quite a few yrs.& I have2 travel several miles iO2 get there. Prices are reasonable & if U have problems U can call to resolve them quickly.

Self service bays are coin operated only, no card swipe on the machine. Had to go there to figure that out, sharing for others.Im not 80 years old, I dont have $20 in quarters jingling around in my cup holders, come on.

Its a place to clean your car. There is no service except self service. You dump the trash out of your car then you wash it. Then you leave. There are change machines.The price is right I guess.

It was my first time at the car wash, and I was hoping that I will be returning in the future. During my visit the vacuum and the car wash were not operating properly. I wasted my time and money, and I wasnt able to be assisted because there was no representative at the location at the time I visited. I will be considering to try it again if the machines will be well maintained and the service improves.

Ran car through the automated wash this afternoon, paid $10 for the gold wash but there was no wash in this car wash, no soap or suds dispensed whatsoever. Basically wasted $10 for some water to be splashed on the vehicle.*UPDATE.....Thank you Speedy Clean for your quick response and credit.Appreciate it!!!

Smallwood location cleaned my car pretty good

The last couple of times I used this car wash to vacuum my car the machines frequently take my money and the vacuums do not work properly. There are never any associates at the location for help. I have contacted the customer number numerous times with no response. I called last week and was promised things would be working and i would receive some tokens in the mail to replace the money I lost. I have yet to receive anything.

This place does a good job on the exterior of your vehicle. But if u want it to be cleaned on the inside u will have to do it yourself. They do have a few vacuums on site.For the price of a quick wash & wax you get a good deal.

My favorite car wash.

It cleans your car great. Yet DO NOT buy the 2 for three. The voucher expires and all you end up with us with a $30 car wash. It’s a rip off. I will NOT go back.

I had to withdraw my positive review and replace it with a bad one because I went here the other day and deposited my money only to get zero suction and there was no one there to assist me and no number to call so Im never returning. Choose the time carefully. If you choose to come when busy, car will be OK in terms of cleaning. But if you will come when there arent many vehicles, you will get spotless vehicle.

They do a decent wash. But Im finding soap Suggs different places on my car, after it comes out. They can be a little reckless, when driving a car that isnt own by the car wash.. Definitely needs to slow down and use caution when pulling out of the car wash bay.

I went there for an automatic wash. Please dont do that. After leaving there my car was just as dirty or worst. I swipe my finger on the car and it was the same as going in. Also there is not a blow dryer or nothing. I waste my $9 getting a platinum wash. I wouldve gave a 0 star, but I have to give one to write this. I still need a refund!!!

Now my car is clean and I can stop by everyday for one price . Clean windows fresh scent shinning bright like a diamond . Just don’t be in a rush if you wanted clean ..

I went to car wash today, nobody to fix the Auto wash, no lights, nothing but the machine took my $12.00, no indication that is was broken!!😬🤬. There should be a way to get a refund from mmediately, if machine is not working. Normally, I have not had any problems...

Paid $15 for the ultimate package. Terrible just terrible. Streaks, only one tire looks clean, parts of the car was never touched such as the door handles, the back bumper and more. The wash was too quick for all the things the ultimate package offered. Dont let the flashy lights fool you.

Tried to use the full service carwash, I swiped my debit card for the basic 9 dollar wash . The machine didnt give a receipt. I pulled in slowly as I was instructed but, nothing inside the carwash moved .I called the # to the place and got a text offering me a free carwash using a code or a check for the 9 dollars . I dont understand why they cant put the money back on your debit card.I chose the check . I dont understand why they dont have a attendant at this place when you have coin machines and people swiping debit cards . You cant ask anyone anything if theres a problem with any of the machines. I will never use this place again !!!

Im sitting here after paying and nothing happened. Told me to pull forward and nada! Called the number given and no answer. I better get a full refund plus a credit for a free wash.

I visited the Smallwood location, and it left white spots on my new black car, and I cant get them off. I called the locations phone number but got no answer. I emailed their corporate email and it was sent back as undeliverable. I found the main number and called that, left a message... Nothing. I wont use them again, and neither will my friends and family. They clearly dont give a damn about their customers.

This place was a hot mess I am not from around here just was in town wanted to clean my car but look what happened it was broken when I put tokens in it smh never expected this to happen the vacuum holds was broken and then it ran out of tokens I never experienced this at any carwash.

This one didnt leave any scratches in my paint

I went to the bryans road location. Took my car through the carwash. When I went to the trunk to get my towel out the car. I noticed scratches on my trunk and on the right rear blind side panel. I wash my car pretty often so I know that scratches wasnt there before it went through the carwash. I immediately called the corporate office to leave a message letting them know what happened and I would like a refund and compensation for Damages to my car. I waited the next day for them to call me back. 10:00 am. Had passed so I decided to call them back and Sandy answered the phone I explained to her what happened and what my expectation were. She said she can issue the refund but she will have to leave a message for the owner to call me regarding the damages. Of course he never called me back so I called again the next time day Tuesday Sandy said that he is in a meeting I left my number again. He never called me back. I called again for the 3rd time. Wednesday Sandy said he is not in yet. U left my number. I never heard from him. He totally disregard my calls.

Worst place ever. Paid $15.00 no wash told me to pull forward then back up to pull forward 3 more time, nothing. I hate South Maryland. They have no real good car washes. I need to get back to Potomac. This is ridiculous.

Quick & easy, self serve car wash.

Paid $10 on a Sunday evening and the thing used no soap. Automatic car washes are already not very good for your paint, but those spinning brushes with no soap.... I was cringing. Go around the corner; plenty of other places nearby.

Automatic wash isnt worth the price. The cheapest option costs more than the gas station wash at the Dash-In up the road and doesnt give you an automatic dry (like the gas station wash still does at the lowest price point). On top of that, it pulled off one of my wiper blades. Wont bother going back.

I went to this car wash to do something nice for my mom for Mothers Day because her car was dirty . I went for a automatic wash and paid for the platinum package after the wash the car was just as dirty and left strikes after saying a strike free wash if there was a star lower then 1 I would choose that truly disappointed
