Had storage unit for years. Easy to get to any time you want or need. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the security gates after hours, but still be aware of your surroundings at all times. Units are clean, and climate controlled. Prices are expensive, but are competitive with others.

We’ve been using their service for well over a year. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. We closed our unit recently but will recommend this company to anyone who need storage in our area. Also special thanks to Abner the manager on duty (Waldorf Md). He was very professional and accommodating.

My family’s experience was of exemplary quality. First, the support rep was very professional and courteous, something I’m not sure a lot of companies still value, in terms of overall service quality - very impressive! She explained all the details of our rental and let us know exactly what we could expect for the price paid. I’ve dealt with Storage Mart previously and the experience in both instances was pleasant and I would also recommend SM to anyone looking for a clean, temp-controlled, safe and well-kept environment to store your valuable(s). Moreover, Storage Mart is within a gated environment, which offers increased security, on top of the fact you need to utilize a code to gain access to the entrance (which is inside the gate) to the building. Hours of operation are also a plus for those who may need early-morning access and evening (6am to 10pm). Finally the pricing is very competitive and our insurance fee was waived for the first month. Really pleased with our experience with Storage Mart!

This place is very clean and the people at the front desk are very polite and professional. I love the convenience of being able to park my car in the garage while I am in my storage unit. I highly recommend this place for storage needs.

I got a great deal on a storage unit for some extra things that I had laying around the house. One thing to keep in mind is there is insurance fee on top of the monthly fee for the unit.

Just wanted to let folks know out there, that if they’re considering to place their possessions with StorageMart, they provide an insurance policy for your rental unit. Of course, you have the option to submit your home insurance policy, and they will honor it.However, in our case, we submitted proof of insurance, at the time we signed contract and StorageMart mistakenly had been charging us their monthly insurance fee for past 6 months.We brought this to their attention today. And Abner Dieugus, StorageMart representative, said he would contact a higher authority about the incident.To much to our surprise, Mr Dieugus contacted us within 10 minutes stating that not only did StorageMart credit our account this month, but a check is being cut for the remaining 5 months credit to our mailing address.This is so refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service. He demonstrated utmost professionalism and empathy to our concern. We thought this wouldn’t be resolved until weeks or months later. He responded and took action and we received results in minutes. Mr Dieugus said he was just doing his job, when we thanked him. He was modest and humble when he provided us his sincere assistance.Just thought it was noteworthy, that StorageMart corrected the mistake and expeditiously, with representatives like Mr Dieugus.

This place has only one fault. The exit keypad has a unnecessary third poll that has damaged many cars by the amount of paint left on the third poll. Outside of this, the customer service was excellent and the facility is immaculate.

I was not only impressed with the cleanliness of this facility from the outside, but also on the inside as well. This storage company was well organized, and well stocked to meet all of my storage needs in order for me to move, and store my personal property at. I met with the StorageMart Manager Eugene on 05/08/19. My customer service experience with Eugene was also a very positive one. Eugene was very knowledgeable about StorageMart in his ability to answer all of my questions about pricing, the sizes of storage units, and how the rental process in renting and billing of a storage unit occurs at StorageMart. He was very professional, and pleasant to work with. He also took pride in his store when I complemented him in the cleanliness of the inside and outside of his facility. I would definitely recommend this storage company to others when shopping for a storage company to store their personal property at. Luxe Beauty Supply has been storing here for years and trust when we tell you Storage Mart is the BEST. The cleanliness, jumbo size units and excellent service provided by Menchie makes this our go to place to store.

The storage is really nice. I will say that after 5 or 6 months the price went up though. But other than that I have no complaints.

Ive been with this company for about a month and Im very impressed so far. The ladies at the counter are super friendly and helpful. You can tell they want to help you, and make you a happy customer and not just get you out of the door so they can go on about their day like it happens at other places. I rented a 10 x 10 storage unit. It was climate controlled and on a second floor. It was well ventilated, and the whole place smells very clean. A very industrial look. Youre provided a code to access the main gate, and you can do so 24/7. There is also a wide are where you can park your car to load stuff off the elevator, and the whole thing is covered from the elements so you can even load stuff while raining and dont even get wet. They also gave me 99% off the second month (its apparently an ongoing special) and their prices were the lowest for a climate controlled unit in the Waldorf, MD area. About $120 for a 10 x 10. So far, 5 stars. Yes, google, I said 5 starts. Your 3 start system is stupid.

This place is disgusting. Actually all of the Storage Mart places likes this. No customer service. They are rude especially Eugene. Also another person works there as well and she’s bad as he is. All day they sitting around their butts, the property looks unclean. Disregard this place at all cost. EZ storage is better. Their customer service is tops it. The company headquarters needs to supervise them closely. They are kind of left alone and they act like they don’t need to respond to anyone.

This is my second time using this facility. Both times were great. The customer service, knowledge of the business and willingness to help were outstanding. Jay and Menchie were excellent, professional and considerate to me as a customer. I appreciate it when you go into an establishment and receive good service. They are a little expensive but they do have a lot of big deals and the facility is always neat and clean and well maintained. Menchie was a great help and was great to work with made the transaction easy. I didnt feel like I was losing my stuff. The facility is a 24/7 access. I LOVE THIS !

The staff at the Waldorf, MD Storage Mart facility were very helpful and professional they answered all my questions quickly and showed me how to get in/out of the storage facility. The storage unit is clean.

Perfect place to store stuff. All secured with its gated facilities, on top of that, the buildings themselves have their own pass codes. Its well-ventilated and very clean. The staff, particularly, Menchie Gallo, is very accommodating. She makes sure clients needs are well attended to. She also has extended help once when I accidentally locked my keys inside the unit. Price is a little pricey compared t other storage facilities in the area, but, the comfort and security of belongings there make the rental all pay off.

My trailer was safe here and I saved over 70 dollars a month compared to what other stores wanted closer to DC.I would like to add that they request that you leave a positive review. This is actually against Googles Terms of Service. It is also bad for customers because they see a falsely inflated number of good reviews.You can tell by reading the reviews that something is blatantly going on here. It is very fishy. Why so many reviews that read the same????

Overall, I like the unit, place, and process but I was misled on the price. The price I clicked on online was not the price I was able to rent it at and the employee was unable to honor it although I had screenshots. I think it was a website error and not the employees fault but its very frustrating to book it for $121.99 and have to pay $136.99. Also the employee explained how they are changing the prices to match competitors but I found it to be more expensive than all the others in the area (although this was in newer).The unit is clean and seems like it will be a good experience but be ware of the price on the website not matching what you will pay.

I needed a storage space because I was moving from Virginia to move in with my lady. Since I didnt want to bombard her space with all of my belongings, I figured I would get a storage space and slowly and methodically move my things in. I went to a couple of big name storage facilities, they were expensive and did not provide a large enough space for the money they charged. I went to StorageMart. Mr. Jay was professional, friendly and actually provided knowledgeable information that was certainly instrumental in helping me decide whether or not i would patronize StorageMart. Jay knew his job and offered me more than one option concerning the size of the unit and the length of time I would need it. I would recommend StorageMart for a few reasons. Mainly because of the cleanliness, the prices, the proximity to my new home, but most of all Jay. In my book customer service still matters, and it appears that no one knows this more than the Big Guy Jay. Thanks for all of your help.

I received great service! Ms. Heinrich and Espiritu explained everything thoroughly and gave me a tour of the storage facility. I received a military/DoD discount and took advantage of their special, along with my first month for 99% discount. My storage space is a 5X10 and for $70 per month, thats a very good deal.

I was referred to Storage Mart by a friend and boy am i glad.The customer service is top-notch. I did a hold on a unit online and got a call from Menchie a few hours later as a follow-up. I was able to swing by to check the lace out. Not only is the faciity pristine lol, but the customer service i received was outstanding.The mgr Eugene informed us as well indulged our craziness. I am simply delighted with StorageMart. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my move in, and waited for me when I called to say I had been stuck in traffic, even though it was almost closing time for the office... now thats excellent customer service !I also like the convenience and safety of being able to drive your vehicle inside of the facility to load and unload in an enclosed space near the elevator, out of the elements so you dont get rained on or freeze in the moving process, and since you are closed in from the outdoors, no one can walk up on you out of nowhere ! Its a triple A plus that you have 24 hour access to your storage units, and I was able to get my moving done in a fraction of the time than it would have taken if I had to have abided by most storage facilities customer business hours...YAY STORAGEMART !!!

I had a great experience as far as customer service and the facility is well kept. The down side would be the false advertisement thats on their website stating that the first months rent is free with no details included. Once I arrived to move in I was told that the first month rent free was only for particular storage units. After all said and done I still had to pay for my first month and my second month will be free...needless to say it was something small yet another headache and more money spent on top of moving! Their dollys are very small so it makes it difficult to move large pieces of furniture. They also have a refer a friend benefit where you and a friend that is currently moved in can receive $50 off of your storage rent, and my friend received their $50 off again with no details as far as whats acceptable and whats not but I was told that since Im getting my month free its not valid for me to get $50 off as well! I had no time to fuss so I let it go! And will be pursing it further! I should be allowed to received all necessary promotions as shown!

Just rented a storage unit and the service person Menchie Espiritu was so helpful. She explained everything and made sure I understood how to determine the unit that met my needs. I had gone to Uhaul prior to stopping by Storage Mart and the difference in service was like night and day. I signed up on the spot because of Ms. Espiritu - great job!
