Monday’s can really give you the blues. I was heading out to work and my car wouldn’t start. Turns out I needed a battery. I purchased the battery and the sales rep referred me to JJ’s to have it installed. I called and they told me to come right over. I went over and they had me in and out. The receptionist was very sweet and comforting. She kept me company and we had a great conversation. The tech was also helpful. He got me in and out and made sure I was Ok before I left. Great customer service and speedy service. Will definitely be returning for all my maintenance needs for my car.

They completed a B Service on my car, which is an oil change and inspection of a variety of items. I feel they were very honest and did a thorough inspection. As such they found a leak in the rear. They informed me of what they found and also told me it was a warranty item. They could have just said you need this repaired and I would have never known it was a covered defect. This repair would have cost a couple thousand dollars if it had not been covered under warranty.

I was having issues with my A/C. I was able to get a same day appt for a diagnostic check. While there I inquired about paneling on my window. The fix was quick but I had to return for a problem. Justin took care of the problem and fixed my panel. They were very professional and were more than willing to correct my problem.

One of the better places I’ve been to for auto care. I scheduled an early appointment and they began working on my car almost immediately. The pay was competitive as well and seemed like a genuine honest rate for the work and not an insane amount of money like other places I’ve been for the same work. The staff there are the friendliest I’ve ever met and made the wait, which was rather quick, worthwhile. I’ve stopped by afterwards and the care shown for their work and vehicles is evident. I’ll definitely be back to service my car again.

I have a vehicle that many shops don’t work on regularly. Because of this issue, I often find it hard to find people who know how to repair my vehicle.I’ve had my truck left in a shop for days only for the staff to eventually give up and say they don’t know how to work on the vehicle. This challenge has been a constant frustration.That said, this company did an excellent job with everything I’ve ever requested of them. I’ve used them for everything from a tow hitch instal to a brake line repair. I would highly recommend them to anybody and already have.

What an awesome shop with awesome staff. I had a small issue with my truck and needed them in the last minute on a Friday. The guy who works the front desk said Come right on in at 1pm. I get there, they pull my truck in, diagnose it, I authorized repair and they had me out in 2 hours. Very fast and accurate service. They didnt try to overcharge me or throw bunch of useless repairs.I dont remember the cool guys name at the front desk but if youre reading this, lets go catch some snake heads one of these days. This will be my new shop where I will take all of my vehicles.**EDIT Currently have my vehicle in JJs for serving they are amazing. One of the most honest shops Ive been to.
