Its such a lift in my day-to-day life to have The Maids clean my house. They confirm a few days before and then text the day of the cleaning, so I know exactly when they are coming. The Maids perform a thorough and efficient cleaning of my house. I highly recommend this service.

The Maids have been cleaning out home for a couple of years. I’m always thrilled to come home to a bright, clean, and fresh smelling home. They’ve been very professional, always making sure we are completely satisfied with their work. They’ve worked with me when I’ve needed to adjust the schedule or add/eliminate rooms when adult children bounced back or left again.

From the initial phone call to get a quote, to rescheduling multiple times (due to our house being delayed), to the day they came - everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and patient with answering my questions. I live on the North Shore of Boston and The Maids have been cleaning our house every week for over 10 years. I had tried other cleaning services and individuals prior to The Maids but for various reasons, it never worked out. I’m extremely “picky” and expect a thorough cleaning and I always get one with The Maids. The “front office” is extremely responsive to any request I may have like occasionally changing the time and day if needed. Finally, my husband and I are SO careful about COVID-19 because we both have “underlying conditions” and are in our ‘60’s. The Maids are literally the only people who have been in our house since March of this year because they too take take it seriously. I’ve recommended The Maids to several friends who are just as pleased as I am. I HIGHLY recommend The Maids to anyone.

I am very happy with the job that Marissa and the Blue Team did cleaning our cottage yesterday. They walked in to quite a mess, and they were very professional about it. It was clear by the end result that their focus was on getting the place cleaned up. It was night and day to what the place looked like when they arrived. I cannot thank these two ladies enough for the amazing job that they did. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give more stars, I would! I am a stroke survivor who is also a neat freak. I wasnt able to clean my apartment like I wanted to. I couldnt have asked for a better solution. The crew came in and got right to work. The place is cleaner than I could have imagined. I feel so much better knowing that the place is so fresh and that I can call on the services again. They knocked over a can of paint in my empty apartment, and denied all responsibility.We hired them the clean the apartment (which we havent been living in) before our lease was over. We let them in, then left, asking them to just leave the keys on the counter when they were done. When we came back a few days later to check it out, we found they had spilled paint over the carpet. Nobody had been in the apartment in between the times they were in there and when we came back to check.No mention of it at all. They didnt call us, didnt try to clean it up, didnt even make a note of it.We called the company who denied the claim and all responsibility, implying that we are liars.The service is insanely overpriced to begin with. It cost $480 for 2.5 hours cleaning an empty apartment -- no furniture to move or clean under, no obstacles.We spent $480 for an average cleaning, and to have paint spilled across our carpet and into the wall crevasse.I will never use this service again, and I will be sure none of my friends and family can be taken advantage of by this horrible company.

I have been using this company for 10+ years! After horrible experiences with two other nationally known cleaning companies I was sure the Maids would be no better. I was wrong! Super polite, professional and always listened to my concerns and needs! Accidents happen like broken things, but they always owned up to it and covered the expense!I highly recommend the Maids!

Calling The Maids was the best decision I have made in a long time!!! A stellar team of four came to my home yesterday and provided an unbelievable cleaning! Not just surface wiping, but new-level-of-sparkle cleaning. Super professional owners and cleaners. Very Covid aware and cautious (all cleaners wore masks, owner sends out a client Covid questionnaire the day prior to scheduled cleaning). I have used other cleaning services in the past, but The Maids are a level up in my opinion. A tiny bit more expensive, but a much (much!) better value, as they are providing a thorough cleaning service. I have signed up for alternate week cleans going forward and I couldn’t be happier!!

As a busy (ahem) older professional, I had been dreaming of hiring The Maids for a very long time. Ive never had my whole house clean - at the same time. Always a bathroom OR the kitchen OR the bedrooms, etc. That ended when I called The Maids. These ladies never stopped moving and I had a truly CLEAN home for the first time in a long time. They cleaned my oven. They emptied the crumbs in the tray under my toaster(!) They cleaned my ceiling fan blades - on my cathedral ceiling. And they didnt shame me over my disgraceful bathroom (very important!) It was wonderful. Dont hesitate. They are worth every penny, and truthfully, given the man(woman)power they provided, I couldnt have done in 8 hours the amount of work they did as a team in 2.

Our house has 3 pets and 3 boys under 6, it was a disaster! we got a deep clean and it was phenomenal! I cant say enough, and we are hiring them again. sometimes busy lives just need good help, and the maids are that!

Needed our Cape house cleaned after year long renter moved out. Nobody was in house at the time of cleaning and the house did not need a deep cleaning. House has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Was quoted a price between $320-$480 as they explained there would be a crew of 2-3 people there between 2-3 hrs and that they charge down to the minute. I indicated to them that the price was steep but said that the most it would be was $320 if the had 3 people cleaning because the house just needed a once over. They charged my credit card $150 upfront to secure the date of cleaning. Nobody was present for the cleaning. The cleaning day came and went and I was waiting for the invoice to be sent to me. I had to email them to get the invoice. They charged my credit card another $314 without my authorization - total amount $464? I called to complain and told them that it was criminal what they charged. I wanted to know how many people were cleaning and how long did they stay. They indicated that there were 3 people and it took almost 3 hours. I told them that was impossible given the amount of work that needed to be done. They credited me $50 saying that there was an error in the time the cleaning crew reported. I was still overcharged at least $100. This company is unethical. Do not hire them.

The Maids did an excellent job cleaning the kitchen, appliances, floor and the bathroom in my house in preparation for an Open House scheduled on the weekend when it was going on the market for sale.

They are professional, efficiency, gently and respectful. My home feels fresh, clean and renewed. I cannot thank them enough for their service.

Way over priced my house is pretty much spotless it really just needed baseboards rubbed down under the beds the spots you dont always get. cleaned one and a half baths. They cleaned an already really clean house. Cost me $500 for 2 hrs. They said they were there 45 mins longer than they actually were. Trust me I had my stepson who was home tell me what time they came and left. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
