A great place to wash your vehicle and the staff is friendly .This place Im going to tell my friends about.

The employees are very helpful and friendly, but the wash quality is just okay. I park my car outside underneath an oak tree and I took my car here and it got off about half of the dirt from the top of the car. The tire shine looked great though.

My answer is “Always” when they ask me if my car wash went well. These kids work hard and provide a great service. I strongly suggest the monthly unlimited wash. Definitely worth the $30 a month! I’m there every week washing my car and I always receive great customer service. Great work guys! See you this weekend!

Car did not get as clean as I would have liked. Still had to hand scrub the entire vehicle to remove black debris that had accumulated on the outside of the vehicle. I had a bit higher hopes for the car wash but was pleasantly pleased with the vacuum system thats included. The two types of vacuums were able to suck up the majority of stuff in the floorboards and seats. Staff seemed friendly and were able to help provide me with wet rags to wipe down the car. I would return to use the vacuum system and occasional wash but dont expect it to remove excessive buildup.

Just left this wash with no wash they took 12 cars ahead me in 2nd lane I asked to speak with mgr but mgr was not wanting to speak to me about this issue he vanished. Very poorly operation. Glad to give my business to someone else. We have 3 cars in our house . Washed all three cars at this wash. You snooze you lose! Good luck if you choose this wash.

For the past four years I have enjoyed this car wash as they were always professional and good at their job. Twice this week I have used their services and twice this week I was sadly disappointed with the performance of of the people as the car wash. Usually the workers that use the hand brushes they really work at getting the dirt from the hard to reach areas, but these times the workers seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge that there was a car to wash. I was sadly disappointed in the lack of genuine work ethic in the workers these past two days. Might be a fluke, but the workers really need to stop it up.

Everyone is always super friendly. My son, dog and I love going through the automatic car wash. Vacuuming is included in the price of the car wash. You just pull into a spot after and its covered! $6 well spent!

Ill start using a real car wash from now on.Bad guidance on track. Pay for an $18 wash and still have to wipe your car clean. Could have gotten it hand washed at a real car wash for two more dollars.

Shout out to the fellas working hard at Sams Xpress! Every time I go, they are friendly and helpful. Today, I got gas first and out of habit gobbled up and threw away my receipt at the pump, along with some other trash. ( *inserting context for my frame of mind at the time*....I was irritated from having just left Honda Service and the way I was treated there, and rehashing that experience in my mind.) Just as I was about to pull over to the car wash, I realized what I had done--tossed out my car wash code! I looked down in the trash can, but decided not to dive in for it. I drove over to the wash and the kid, who made my day better, was standing there with a smile. I told him what I had just done and asked if there was any way he could look it up from my credit card. All I had to do was point out which pump I was at, and he ran inside and printed me the code. He has NO IDEA how much I appreciated him in that moment! Customer for life right here-- thanks for making my day better! :)

My suburban has been neglected for about a year under pine trees. When I finally put it back on the road a week ago, I knew a carwash was in order soon. My family has been here several times and this is our carwash of choice, despite living in Youngsville.When I pull my nasty suburban around, all of a sudden 3 young gentlemen pop out of the office and start pre-scrubbing before the car wash. Great service! Im sorry I only had $5 for a tip for these guys, It came out great! Thank you!

People are friendly but the car wash was not worth the price. car looked like it was only 1/2 washed.

Became a member. Got a basic car was, no add-ons. That machine scratched up my car and faded the roof. When I looked at it it still had bugs on it. Cancelling my membership. Total waste of money.

I like that Sams Xpress is connected to the Mobil gas station. It makes it convenient to pump gas and then go right over to get your car washed. The staff is always very helpful.

The staff is always super helpful. Went there today and one of the guys offered to help me vacuum my truck out. Never had that at any other place like that!

Was there at 734 AM.5 stars to the person wearing the black shirt and 1 star to the two non smiling, walking around with what appears to be a chip on their shoulders purple shirt personnel. Line was backed up, i was the 4th of 5 cars and they just went back in the office leaving the one person to do all the pre wash work...Bad business practice in my opinion.I’m assuming they are also the the owners of the cars parked in the bays closer to their A/C office? Shame on those supervisors of that is what you call them.

Really like Sams Xpress car wash. Nice new clean facility with easy access to vacuums and wash alike! The service is great although its so simple you hardly need the service but the whole team does a great job with smiling faces. Love their unlimited monthly wash plan! Big fan of that :-)

Perfect. There was a very nice young man employer walking around with a towel asking if he could help with the vacuuming or window cleaning.

It seems they havent cleaned their pit in a really long time it smells like sewage every time you go through there which is really off putting a carwash should smell nice and clean inside the top brush penetration is so heavy that the top brush doesnt even spin it just drags across the hood and the roof of your car the employees brush the car so hard and rough its like theyre scrubbing asphalt and not your delicate nice expensive vehicle the place is completely mismanaged and you need a new manager please take care of this place please look out Corporate!

So-so car wash, must buy at least deluxe to get anything starting to clean. BUT WATCH OUT... THIS WILL BEAT UP YOUR CAR! Have tried it several times and about every other time had some problem. Ran wives new SUV and it ripped the rear windshield blade off, didnt realize until a week later when it rained. Lucky we have a plan with Ford and they fixed it for free. Have had a few issues with my Kia Soul... Not cleaning well, knocking loose a side light, but this last time it scratches the paint in 2 spots badly (see photos). Though the manager Artie was pleasant they will not cover repairs. STAY AWY FROM THIS Wash!

Pretty good car wash. Clean, speedy service even though there was a line, two lines actually... the only reason for 4 stars is the suction on the vacuum was meh... but thats pretty much everywhere right ✅

The staff really took the time on my vehicle. I mentioned to one of the staff if they could really clean under my wheels and they sprayed them out for a decent amount of time. They were pretty busy so the fact that they did that meant a lot.

Vac seems low and the floor mat machine didnt work.😭

Works GREAT for 2 out 3 of my vehicles... my Jeeps fenders and tail lights tend to need more attention or a 2nd wash... which tends to be free if you point out the missed areas while youre still on site.

I’m on the monthly plan and the car wash does a descent job but I often have to go through a couple times to get the bugs off.

Nice place, dont get intimidated by the long lines, it moves pretty quickly. Pretty decent wash too for the speed and price.

Sams Xpress knows how to operate a car wash! Their team has plenty of members to get the job done effectively and expeditiously!

Did not get tire shine that was supposed to be part of package I have. Never get tailgate or running boards clean..but that being said people are nice that work there

Usually I love this car wash. This was my first time coming in a few months. I was shocked and disappointed to see all but one employee were not wearing a mask while working. I also so an employee speaking to multiple customers without a mask on. This is a complete disregard for the safety of employees and customers.

Be careful damage to both of my vehicles

Took mu muddy jeep through and they spent a good 5min power washing mudd off before sending me through the car wash. Did a pretty good job, id say they got 90% of the mudd. Then as Im vacuuming out the inside they offered to power wash my muddy floor mats. Great customer service!

I always get the top car wash to get a great discount on gas. You have one month to use the car wash. Thats nice because I dont always need gas and a car wash at the same time. Always clean and has a great place to put air in your tires. The air machine is easy to use and in a good location as well

They do not maintain their equipment. Broken equipment last 3 times. Drove away last time after attendants were too busy standing around not working and were clueless I was there waiting.

The place need more light at night I wash my car but cant see to vacuum as its so dark .

Car wash was alright, it got it mostly clean but left behind a lot of the pollen.

I use to go to the car wash over on Main St, and when they changed management it went down hill. This car wash does the wash prep before you enter the wash which I like. There are a lot of vaccum spots and I have never had an issue getting in. I will probably do the monthly plan the next time I go. Definitely much better than Main St

I tried this wash out last week after I got some discounted gas. I wanted to like the wash since it looked modern and seemed to be busy. Everything seemed to work well and my car appeared to be clean when I left so I drove away, unfortunately when I got to where I was going and took a look at the cleanliness of my car my opinion changed. The entire back of my car (Toyota 4Runner) was just about as dirty as when I went in...The window was clean because they got it in the prewash but the rest of my rear hatch was covered in dirt like it was never washed. So in short this was a complete waste of $$....At least for someone with a 4Runner (perhaps the back is to flat but that’s no excuse). I personally can’t recommend coming here because other car washes did a much better job.

I love this place I used to always drive from six forks and Strickland all the way up here because of how amazing the service was. You get a lot done to your car for the price point and I love how you are given a good amount of tokens for you to wash your floor Matts. The gas station is always properly maintained and clean and so is the area where the vacuum cleaners are. Im going to miss coming to this car wash considering I just recently moved out of state the staff was always so friendly and willing to help thank you guys for all you did in my time of need.

Great vacuums and overall service

You need to fix the scanner that reads ID’s on car windshields. It does not function properly therefore wasting customers time every time they visit. This has been an issue for several months and should be addressed immediately.It’s not an issue with the RFID it is just this location. I have no issues at other sams locations and have mentioned this to employees several times.

If you hate to wash your own car and could care less about how clean it may or may not be, then this is the place for you. It only costs $6 to clean your car. Be prepared to vacuum it yourself, which was not a problem. I did go a few months ago after the big snow storm and paid $9 that included washing the snow under my car. Not sure why I needed that cleaned, but my husband recommended it and it was on $3 more. The machines look a little scary as you sit in your car and go through the wash. For $6 and not to hear my hubbys mouth about cleaning my car, it was worth it. And they are open every day of the week. I went on a Sunday afternoon.

Been to Sams quite a few times now each experience has been very good. I like that they are open late so an after work car wash is simple enough to get. Car comes out clean lots of good options a lot of vacuum bays. Overall very good place at a simple car wash the car actually comes out decently clean. Glad they open close to where I am Rogers Road in Heritage

I have had both of my vehicles washed here. When I drive up my truck, they are trying to rush me through so fast that they miss spots on scrubbing outside before it enters the automatic wash. I tell them to slow down since I have a truck and it goes off-road. They look at me like I have three heads. It becomes a waste of time because I have to have then run it back through again, and even though they know youre running back through, they still try to rush you. It seems to have gotten worse over the past few months versus when they first opened. After about two runs through the wash, the truck looks clean. I like the fact that you can vacuum your vehicle and clean it as you wish after the wash is over. I do wish they would take their time though and get it right.....THE FIRST TIME.

Its the only place I will get a car wash now because the rest of them in this area do not even come close to the lasting results I have from this one! Plus I can return within 4 days to repeat ! Gets your car clean and the stuff they use really leaves my car shining. Ive taken a Chrysler minivan, a ford f350, and a ford escape through. Great for cars and vans but not so great for trucks. On trucks, it wont clean the cab back window. It also wont do anything for your truck bed. On cars its fantastic except that a layer of road dust stays in the crevices of the wheels.Can get expensive if you come often and pay for the washes individually but the monthly unlimited wash plan really is a pretty good deal if you like to keep your car looking good.Good free gourmet coffee...

Not sure how I ever went this long without coming here. Grabbed gas, wash and vacuumed so easily. Fair prices and it was super quick. Ill be coming here only from now on!

Nice friendly staff but the wash was not very good. It seems like it washed most of the car but left the back untouched. It won’t get bug guts off your front bumper or those little black dots that I can only speculate were from a tree I parked under. It’s good for a quick wash but if you want your car spotless you should go to a self serve car wash.

This place is not a detail shop just to set your expectations properly. Overall great value with their top wash and being able to come back for a free re-wash within 4 days. I also like the self serve vacuum stations and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
