As far as the actual wash and detail. I was more than satisfied. Their workers are very fast and efficient, not to mention the politeness all of them showed to me and my kids. All in all 10/10. The reason Im giving them 3 out of 5 stars is strictly how one of the employees were talking to the others. Im not sure his position but he was very rude to his fellow co workers. Next time I go in I will ask him for his name so I can edit this and give a more accurate review

I came in early on Saturday and talked to Nate for a last minute detailing job and he was easily able to squeeze me in due to a cancelation. He was super nice and explained everything that would been done. When I came to pick my car up I met his brother Justin who did my car detailing and it looked AMAZING!!! My car looked brand new. I told Nate I was getting it detailed so I could have an easier job selling my car and he did NOT disappoint. They even were able to get staining off of my headliner that had been there for years!! I am so happy with the job they did and how kind everyone was! Nate, Justin, and their father came out and made sure I was 100% happy with how everything came out. Nate and his family did an amazing job and I will definitely be back! Thanks guys !!

Best Car wash I’ve ever been to. Great service and very satisfied. I have 4 kids and my car looks like a hurricane just went through it twice and WFAS really took care of it. Talked to one of the manager (Nate) and I will for sure keep coming back.

Very friendly family owned car spa!!! Prices are more than reasonable and I enjoyed talking to the crew. Car was washed hand dried and headlights restored, I will be taking my car back to get a full detail and more. Thank you guys it was a pleasure!!

Wow, I like this place. I lived near it now and didnt even see it till today as I thought I need the car washed.So I have a 2005 little car and went to them right before close. They were very friendly, and the guys that dried it off and did the windows got it all. The car looks shinny, inside and out. Way worth the money.

I got there at 4:40 and they close at 5 and would not wash my car. There was no one behind me. I usually take 3 cars there. I will never go again.

My wife and I have been coming here since we moved to Wake Forest 2 years ago. We usually swing both our cars by about once a month. By far the best car wash we have ever been to. Love the fact that it’s family run, as they tend to have better service in my experience as car washes go. We have used their detail shop a few times as well with great results. Bottom line, we are always satisfied when we leave there.

Really a fantastic job, and the best quality in the Triangle. Ive been going here for several years and the job that was done the other day was absolutely phenomenal. The time and attention to detail, and quality of the work is fantastic. Its not just a rush and get it done and on to the next one. My hats off to the work that is being done here. I dont always come here as i dont need this level of detail and expense but every so often i definitely bring it by. The owner is a great guy and is happy to talk with you. Highly recommend if you want a damn good quality job done.

Recently moved to the area. Tried this car wash...not what Im used to from the MD/DC/VA area. These guys actually seem to care about making sure all areas of your car get cleaned. Little nooks and pockets and all. Ive paid the same or less and received much less. Very satisfied and I will definitely return.

Great car wash. Its more than just a car wash, there is little they cant do, and they do everything very well! Nate and the crew are awesome with the effort put into after wash detailing. Adam and Anthony run an amazing shop and do phenomenal detail work.

Had our truck cleaned here. Exterior was great but inside was not done well. Looked like 2.3 seconds was spent on the inside. Actually, the back ended up having more dirt marks in the jams then when we brought it in there. Scratched the plastic in the jam. I guess from where they stepped onto it to dry the roof. This is a brand new truck less than a month old. This place is good for an outside clean but don’t waste the additional money for the inside.

I wasn’t impressed with the service I received. I was advised to do a base package exterior/interior cleaning instead of the detailing I asked for. The interior looked like it got about 30 seconds of attention and the exterior had a lot of missed spots. The bugs on the front weren’t removed at all. I’m glad you think my car looks nice enough to not have to be detailed but I’d prefer you do the work you advise instead of leaving me to pick up your slack.

These guys did an outstanding job detailing my son’s car. Let’s just say they completely resolved the black interior/white dog hair situation. I am so happy with the results! Oh, and the staff could not have been more friendly start to finish.

Took my vehicle there to have inside and outside and they did a terrible job on the inside and when I said something about the inside I was told that if I wanted a better job I would need to set up an appointment to have a one on one detail done. They didn’t even wipe down the dashboard dust all over the place. When we went to drive off one of the employees stuck his middle finger up with my child in the car. I will never use this place ever again.

Very pleased with my f-150 after leaving this place. Job well done!!!

Looooong drive but well worth it. Tried a few local places and got varying results but none could get rid of the stain on the front seat. Dropped my car off and picked it up the next day and magically the stain was gone. The rest of the car was also like new. Definitely worth the drive.

Dont waste your money or time there. I paid $31 today 08/23/2019 for exterior with wax and full interior. The exterior was bland with no wax look. My tire shine dried as soon as I left. Interior still had ashes, dirt in the floor boards, unvaccumed underneath floor mats. Cleanable food stain on my back leather seat. When I asked about their lack of effort, I was told their doing their best job. I was told they charge more to do the cleaning they should have done to start with. Their citrus car spray smelt like old dirt water with lemons. I had to spend $26 extra dollars on car cleaning supplies to properly finish my car correct. WARNING WASTE OF MONEY.

The worst place to take your car! I payed $60 for interior cleaning and exterior (HAND WASH) I go to pick up the car and I opened the trunk. Car is as dirty as it was before! they were too lazy to clean it so I had to complaint and the owner was very rude, all he was saying was (If i saw that i wouldve charge more) $60 to the trash and I ended up washing the car myself again!

Set up an appointment to get my daughters car detailed and was told to drop it off at 9am. I waited until 9:20 and no one opened the shop. They may do good work, but I expect people to be on time. I called around 10:30 to follow up. No answer, no voicemail.

Great place! Toys for the kids and the truck looks brand new. It was covered in stains and smelled like cigarette smoke. They brought it back to new!

We checked phone to see their hours. My 87 year old dad went to get his car cleaned. When he got there the door was locked so he waited thinking they had gone to lunch. After an hour he came home. I then called and didnt get an answer. No sign, no voice mail, nothing to communicate why.

Wow! They did a great job on my Volvo and they are cheaper than AutoBell. The guys here really took their time and made sure I had a great experience and a clean car. They worked magic on my rims and tires and treated my 13 year old car like a brand new one. This is not what you call a full detail place but you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff is friendly and very pleasant

The first time I had my car washed from here they did a great job! I came back for a second time and my car went into the car wash without a scratch on it (the car was just recently purchased) and when it came out the left side of my front bumper had a huge scrape across it. They swore nothing in there machine did it but it wasnt there when I got there. At the end of the day nothing was done. My word against theirs, I will not be going back and I do not advise anyone else to either!

Wake Forest Auto Spa is by far the best place to have yours or any member of your families car washed or detailed. Anthony and Adam have been taking care of my family vehicles for years and always go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. Most places dont vacuum or take care of the little things like they do. I also know Nathans attention to detail and making sure your cars wheels and inside is completely taken care of prior to leaving is second to none. This is the only place you want to get your cars washed in Wake Forest and the pricing for anything you need is such a great value. Also, I have personally never seen a detail invoking removing scratches done like what was done with one of my vehicles, amazing!!

Worst customer service ever. Last time I was here someone stole my car charger. When I contacted one of the owners he gave me a free Managers Special as compensation. I didnt realize that was only an exterior wash. I tried to get the interior cleaned but they were closing. Went back another day and asked for only an interior cleaning. One of the co-owners told me they dont have a package for that. He looked inside my vehicle and said they didnt have time to clean the interior and today as the day for this work. Then the best part... if they did it would cost $50 because of the dog fur. Needless to say I left and went elsewhere.

First time visiting was today. Overall I am pleased with the service. For the work done it was a little high priced. All the staff was warming and kind. They did the job well.I noticed some vacuuming was missed in the car (I had the Deluxe which is inside and outside without waxing). You also get a choice of scent (like strawberry, cherry, vanilla, and others).

They do a wonderful job, friendly staff, great and efficient.

Didnt bother to remove antenna and bent it all to pieces. Luckily no body damage. Buyer beware. Owner was onsite but didnt even bother to apologize. Just in it for the money I guess.

Did a good job except for getting sticky spot on my window. I have to do that when I got home. If I pay that much I except them to get that off.

We bought a used 2014 Camry that had a number of scratches and these guys made it look brand new again, just blew me away, very impressed! They did the mack-daddy on this, clay-barring the whole car, then spot compounding the scratches, followed by a thorough hand wax, the best $150 bucks Ive ever spent. Anthony told me when selling a car, you can get a higher price if do this and by golly, I believe him!!And talk about friendly, and customer service hearts - great people, I encourage you to support our local small businesses, especially these guys!

UPDATE: service has gotten better the owners really do care about the community they serve and make things right when you bring it to there attention. I pretty much always take my cars there for the good quality and improved service.I just left and was no really satisfied with my overall experience. None of the guys working were pleasant and complain about my car being one of the last ones of the day. My car was no fully dried and honestly I did not get my moneys worth for what I paid for. I went there out of convenience and it didnt work out. I may try again but I dont see where my experience will change at all.

This is possibly the worst business that I have ever seen. They do a horrible job and don’t even try to disguise that they don’t want to clean. They just say “if you wanted it clean, you should have went somewhere else.” AutoBell is a much better choice, and not that far away.

Our 2007 Land Rover had overspray on the paint from a dealer touch up. It left the paint rough all over. We needed it in a few days for a wedding, and the only day we could have it worked on was Sunday. The owner stayed late to finish a detail job on it - looked perfect and is still shiny and smooth. We had great service on the detail job.On regular washes, I had to have vacuuming touched up 3 of last 3 times, but they are always glad to do it. Rating would be 5 star if they could get this right.

Been going there for years. Never had a bad experience. When I read many of these reviews, I thank God that I do not have a business where I have to deal with the general public. Geesh!

A couple months ago, I had my vehicle washed and the interior wiped and vacuumed. It was an ok job except they didnt wash any of the bugs off the front end. Not being one to complain much, I brushed it off and didnt say anything. Today, I returned to have the same service, Deluxe $25.95. The vacuuming wasnt complete, only the top of the dash was wiped off, the console, the door handles, and the flat part of the dash was still dirty and not even touched. This time I decided to call in to the owner and let her know what was going on. I barely started telling my experience and she interrupted me and started defending herself. I was not rude and did not swear at all. I started again and got 75% of the way through and she interrupted again. And then again and I finally told her that she keeps interrupting me and please let me finish. She said I could come back and get it fixed. I let her know I wasnt interested in getting it fixed and was just giving her a courtesy call so she knows whats happening there. I thought maybe she might offer a partial refund at this point but instead she said if I didnt like it maybe I should try Blue Bell. Since I just moved here recently, I dont know that business but can assume its a competitor. And then without warning she hung up on me. I want to make sure all readers understand that at no point did I curse or act rudely to her. I now know why that place is never busy when we drive by it. RUDE OWNER!! The rest of the guys doing the labor were generally nice but the female owner is pretty much a straight up jerk. I didnt go back for the fix because when I pay $25.95 for a service I shouldnt have to beg the place to do the job right the first time. I will find another car wash to go to in the future and make sure to tell the masses not to patronize this place. I wonder if her brothers know how rude she is to her paying customers...they own it with her. I only know the ownership arrangement because she told me about it the first time I was there and made proclamations about how great there place is compared to there competition. I should have known then when she was downplaying her competition by name that something wasnt right. Thats not the proper way to conduct business. They received a 1 for the staff.

Ive used this business before with no problems but today I paid for their top dollar service and received a poor cleaning. To make it worse, I showed it to the owner and he didnt seem to care.... Wouldnt recommend them and wont be going back...

I arrived at the car wash at 5:48 pm and the kid said they are closed but they actually close at 6pm. Bad for business. I will never return. This is what happens when you leave a kid in charge. If the business hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm then you should be accepting your last customer at 6:00 pm not 5:40 pm. Change your closing time to 5:40 pm !

Got a wash and had the body wiped down. The kid hit on me and when I got home I noticed that there was still a lot of dirt and grime on the back of my vehicle. Not very professional and poor results. My mom had a similar experience about a month ago (minus the getting hit on)

I use to detail cars so I am very picky when it comes to some one else washing any of my trucks or mustangs. The staff was very friendly and could tellthey were actually listening when the customer ask for something done specific. They prep the car really good before sending it through the wash! clean wheels prep truck with soap and water and then wash windshield with Mit and scrab tail gate and grill and get all the bugs off! I was highly impressed and the truck came out great! Much better then Autobell who do not prep at all just send it through. Again thank you and you have earned my business!!

This place is seriously never open. Came up at 4:40 today, already closed down. Not my first choice for a car wash but it’s the only one on my way home from work. How annoying that they are closed with a drop of rain or 20 mins before closing time on a SUNNY day.
