I needed to rent a vehicle quickly and all they had was a pickup truck. I picked it up and s cheduled time to exchange it for a SUV. When I arrived for the exchange they were ready & waiting on me. Employees were very nice. Now for the bad. I have used Enterprise in the past & the vehicles have always been extremely clean, in good shape on the outside, and in good shape on the inside. The pickup truck & the car were not cleaned well. The truck had a bad odor inside. I did not get a SUV. I got a crossover with stained seats, a small crack in the windshield and numerous dings on the outside. I am a little disappointed - just not the quality that I am used to from previous rentals from them.

Great staff and easy rental process. Could not make it back to lot by 12 noon on Saturday. Used drop box. Received my bill Monday morning and was charged extra day. Paid Enterprise to have their car sit on their lot on a day they were closed. Will not do this again.
I made an online reservation about 24-48 hrs before pick-up for an intermediate sized car. At pcik up I was informed they did not have that size car and offered me a very compact car which I declined. Then I was offered, a mini-van.1. Based on inventory they should have anticipated that there would be no intermediate size car.2. As soon, as they realized it was unavailable they should have called and informed customer.3. I appreciate the professionalism of the associate who worked to get the mini-van.4. I work in a customer facing business and understand how the associate may have been limited but corporate should be aware of these issues and make arrangements to minimize occurrences.5. I was traveling out of town on business, fortunately my mode of transportation is not important for my business.I have been an Enterprise customer for over 15 yrs and will continue to be one, but this has happened a couple of times. And I usually, pick up the cars in the evening after work and just before I leave town so no time to search alternate rental locations.Thanks
Car was clean and well-maintained. Recommend that windshields are cleaned on the INSIDE as part of routine cleaning procedure. Car also had its windshield repaired from a rock chip during a prior rental. The glass should be replaced.

The vehicle was given to us dirty inside and we had to put in 3 quarts of oil half way through our trip. We had to take the time to sanitize the vehicle ourselves as we were pressed for time. Upon return, the manager did take care of us and adjusted the bill. I applaud the customer service. Whoever cleans and prepares the vehicle for the next guests needs to find a new career.
My Enterprise experience was not good. First, I got a flat tire on my rental during vacation. The vehicle did not have spare tire. They could not replace the vehicle, so i had to wait several hours for it to be repaired at local shop.The Enterprise rep showed no empathy toward my situation and did not compensate me for this disruption in my vacation. There was no follow up as well. I had to call several times to get someone to help me.Never Again with Enterprise!

The SUV I rented was dirty inside. It had food in the seat, floor, spider web on the roof above the passenger seat and the last renter left items under the driver seat. During these time with covid-19 the vehicle should have been sanitized and cleaned out. I received an email from Enterprise saying you take the current virus serious and that all vehicles are clean after every trip. My daughter cleaned and vacuum the vehicle before we started our trip. The bucket of water was filthy. I asked Heather before we left the shop if she had a vacuum cleaner, and she said no. It was a total disappointment. The vehicle did run good.
Check in and check out was easy - Vehicle wasnt clean from the previous customer and did NOT have a full tank of gas ( only had 1/4 tank ). AUX and Bluetooth neither was working. my 3 days driving wad ODD. Thanks to the home pick up service.
Excellent experience! The car was very clean and exactly what I needed. The customer service couldn’t have been better. They picked me up from my autobody shop, I forgot my ID so he actually drove me (& my baby in a car seat!) to my house to pick it up, then back to Enterprise! Was so friendly the entire time. Then upon pick up had excellent customer service again with very friendly conversation. Would definitely recommend!
When I rented the vehicle it wasn’t cleaned properly there was a (Marijuana) blunt under the seat so I called the police to remove of it. I was highly upset and it could have ruined my career and my life.

The check out process was seamless. The car we were given was clean and turned out to be a great ride and was very economical on gas. In fact, this was an upgrade which made our trip that much more comfortable as compared to what it would have been in the car we had reserved. The staff was professional and all in all renting a car at this location was a great experience. Will do it all over again!

The employees at this Enterprise location were very efficient and friendly. They got me in my car and ready to go in a timely manner. The vehicle was clean and in great shape. I did not give them a 5 star because the vehicle had a little less than 1/2 a tank of gas but thats how I returned it so all is good. I would use them again.
Tony Lucas was awesome every step of the way ! If you rent from this location ask for Tony Lucas not the other tony believe me it’s a big difference in service! The mini van I rented was nice and clean ! Tony Lucas even called me while on my trip to make sure everything was perfect! Drop off was fast with no problems and even was offered a ride home but had called my Uber ahead of getting there! Thanks Tony Lucas!

I rented a vehicle for someone else and it was much easier than I anticipated. Both pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy. All staff was very friendly and respected your time. Other Enterprise locations are much busier and I was very pleased with how painless the entire process was.The only thing I think could be done better is if they could offer promotional pricing. I believe I paid too much, but I believe that the staff could have assisted me with some discounted pricing if Enterprise corporate allowed them to offer it. It would make customers feel like they were getting a really good deal along with exceptional service.

I had the rental contract with Enterprise wake forest in the past two years. I am very happy with the guys there. They are very friendly, enthusiastic. Some of them have been promoted fast due to high performance. Every month when I came back to rewrite my new contract, they will check if I am satisfied with the current car. I have tried different type car there. :)
I had the pleasure of renting a car from these guys while my car was being repaired. I was treated wonderfully by the young lady on duty both when picking up and when returning the vehicle. She was enthusiastic, super-friendly and very fast getting me on the road! She made the transaction totally painless and made me feel that she cared about my needs. The vehicle was very new, very clean and served me well during the two-weeks plus we had it. I wont rent from anyone else period.

I have rented more cars than I can remember over the past 5 years. I have rented 95% of them from the Wake Forest location. Although the faces have changed, the quality of service and customer care have only gotten better. Customer satisfaction leads to customer loyalty, and no matter what the product or service a company sells.....that is the goal. These guys get that. It was GREAT service. The vehicle ran well with no problems except one, it kept running out of gas. Go figure! Ha! Ha! They do say it comes with a full tank of gas but never told me I would run out. Really, they did me right. Only one item on the negative. The windows should be cleaner. Especially the back window. I had to stop along the road and clean the inside of the back window. Film build up. Too, if you need someone to pick you up or drive you home, ask for Larry. He knows the Wake Forest area and does an excellent job. Good man to talk with. God Bless & God Bless America.
This review is for the Louisburg location. I would like to say that my experience was not as great as the experience that I had while visiting the wake forest location. The representative was not present for the check out. He informed me that he had 2 appointments at the same time. I went out back looking for him because the mechanic informed me that he was there. I had to reschedule my first appointment for work and lost money because there was only 1 representative present at this location and he was out back. His response was well at least you wont get charged for a cancellation. He did not apologize but explained that he had 2 appointments booked at the same time. In addition to that he was not courteous and did not follow any of the top 5 rules that are posted at the location. Checking the car in was a lot easier. The representative was a lot more courteous and did wish me a happy holiday. He too did not follow the 5 rules posted on the wall, but he was very courteous and timely.
We have always had the best experience at this location. We highly recommend this one to all others. Keep up the best work.
I always have a great experience when I rent. They treat me like family. I rent once a month to every 6 weeks. Sometimes the pick-up is not as prompt as I like, but I think I havent gotten the gist of how soon I need to request a pick-up once I place my reservation, I always get a nice clean car. However I was not quite happy with the Ford Focus I got for a recent trip to Florida, but thats on Ford not Enterprise. Shane, the General Manager, is the greatest. Will Always rent from this location.
Rented a car for a family vacation. Had no problem upgrading to a larger vehicle at the last minute when we decided wed like more room. Car was very clean and drove wonderfully. Mike who helped us was professional, friendly and extremely helpful! We will use this location again and hope Mike will be available to assist us.

Very good experience. The car provided, Hyundai Santa Fe, was larger than what I had reserved but it was offered to me at the same price and it was very comfortable. The Enterprise reps I dealt with when picking up and returning the car were helpful and friendly.

Hello, The staff as this location was very professional however the vehicle I rented was not clean. It had ink on seats and burn marks. When I asked the guy about it he simply noted it on the form and told me not to worry that I would not be charged. The vehicle smelled of smoke and I am not a smoker so that was a very aggravating smell the entire weekend. I believe I will be asking for a different vehicle if I go back to this location.
Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful at the Wake Forest Enterprise. The car I received was clean and had all of the modern technologies and safety features. I would definitely rent a car from them again.
The staff at this office are always friendly and professional. They strive to accommodate requests and they do a good job of processing their customers quickly. I have used them a number of times and they are a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is the relatively limited assortment of vehicles that are available on a given day. Most of their business goes to renters whose cars are being repaired following a collision. This results in uncertainty about when a car will be returned; therefore, this office cannot guarantee a specific category of car will be available such as a premium grade. If you want a bigger selection, rent at the airport.

The rental agent was very nice, but failed to give me the correct information concerning the deposit that would be withheld from my account. I was told there would be $50 held and they held $180 something instead. If I had known they would hold that amount I wouldve used a credit card instead of my check card. If I had needed access to that extra $130 they held I wouldve been in trouble. With that said, they need to give people all the correct info before they leave with a car. U should never take a persons card and just have at theyre funds as u please. Thats bad business.
This is the only Enterprise location I have ever used. Every time I have used them I have been extremely pleased. They are extremely focused on customer service and there is literally nothing more you can ask for from a car rental agency than what these guys do.

Tried to rent a car there, the customer service representative was exceptionally rude. At first he couldnt wrap his head around the fact that I already had insurance and continued to push his unneeded insurance thingie on me claiming that they dont accept international insurances without even checking online what kind of insurance I had (it was Visa). All and all he expected me to pay $350 for something I didnt even need. And secondly we spent an hour and a half there because every time a new customer walked through the door we got pushed aside for him to serve them, making us wait again.
We average about 50 vehicles per year in DC area. This was only our second at this location and the service was exactly what Ive come expect from Enterprise. Good people. Keep up the good work. Many Blessings.

If you ever get referred to these folks for a business rental van due to an accident/insurance claim on your own vehicle, go somewhere else. Make sure all your drivers are listed on your insurance policy, make sure all your drivers are old enough to rent. I have NEVER had a headache like Ive had trying to get a rental for the business. Some was self-inflicted, but when youre told that all you have to do is have one of the drivers for the business show up with the owners credit card, a business card - and that they will just have to verify the information with the owner via phone (whos had a stroke and cant drive or write himself), and then find out later that this will not work...its just crazy! One driver was too young, the other didnt have her new license with her - in another bag. Another driver drives their own vehicle and is not specifically listed on the policy, so they wont give it to him either. Now Ive had to call and list myself as a driver, and leave work early to get there in time to make a personal appearance to pick the van up. And weve rented many vehicles for our delivery business from them in the past.

The vehicle i originally reserved (and was confirmed) was not available when i arrived.There was no comparable suv available. The one i asked for was a Tahoe and ended up with a fiat 500. The fiat had a trunk that wouldnt open, parking light not working and back seats that would not lock in the up right position. Oher than that, everything was good.

Hi ..so a few days before thanksgiving i needed a rental to see my family. I was rushing to get to the location before 3pm (closing time) after work. If i didnt get the rental seeing my family wouldnt have been possible. I did arrive a few minutes after 3pm. Someone waited for me and assisted me with my rental. They didnt rush, show and attitude or dislike! Even got me a better deal than what was discussed over the phone. I was very pleased and this will be the only enterprise that i deal with from here on out!!!

What an absurd and horrific place to do any sort of business transaction. All the employees should be terminated and sent to a basic (much less advanced) class on customer service and respect. This is my dealings with this location:I have been a customer of Enterprise for over 20 years. I will never rent from you again, and will make sure that every social app that I can, will leave a negative rating for you and encourage all that I know to go elsewhere for QUALITY rental cars and responsible employee behaviour.I made a reservation, where I have rented from twice in the past. I do not live in NC. I did as usual, made my reservation, even called to check on the policy to make sure that nothing had changed, and that I could use a debit card at this location. Upon arriving at this location the rather cordial gentleman at the counter greeted me, took my (Enterprise++) reservation number, I handed him my license, Enterprise + card, military ID, certificate for a free upgrade, my debit card, and 3 pages of copy of supplemental auto insurance that I had purchased on line, (nonrefundable)His demeanor and cordial stance immediately changed. He stated I will need to see your utility bill, something that was never ever mentioned in my call, nor at any other Enterprise Rental Car agency ever to me in the past 20 years. I told him that I dont have one with me as I dont live in NC, and its not something I would carry around on my person. Enterprise has all my information on file, they have had AGAIN, for 20+ years.He picked up the paperwork for the insurance, barely glanced at it and stated this is thru a third party which I replied YES, AND I HAVE USED WITH ENTERPRISE A DOZEN TIMES OR MORE, AND IT MEETS ALL THE REQUIREMENTS STATED BY ENTERPRISE IN THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT he then stated that we sell our own insurance that you could of purchased right here YES FOR AN ASTRONOMICAL PRICE NO LESS. When I told him it was not necessary that I do so, he began an long preplanned speech about the pros and cons of insurance not purchased through your company. Loud and annoying enough to attract the attention of other customers and to bring another employee over to chime in with his opinion, and stating, you cant use that, (untrue) HAVE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT, again, speaking abruptly, attempting to humiliate and embarrass me into purchasing your insurance, which would of cost me twice as much as the rental car agreement.When they realized that I wasnt going to adhere to their insane ploy of badgering, here comes another employee (female) this time, abruptly saying they are right, they are right huffing and puffing as if she was a bouncer in a bar, by now everyone in the room is staring, So, now I have 3 of your employees at the counter all verbally berating and acting like 5 year olds in a kindergarten class.I finally just realized that this is futile, take my business elsewhere. I told them to hand me all my paperwork, and that I would take my business elsewhere. I could not even get the sentence out before your bouncer girl states irrationally saying have a good day, have a good day, have a good day. Complete and utter insanity.ENTIRE SITUATION AND ENTIRE TIME I WAS AT ENTERPRISE WAS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD AND ASTONISHING THAT A PLACE WOULD EVEN ATTEMPT TO PULL OF SUCH CHILDISH AND IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOUR.I LEFT (yes, after looking at all three of them and telling them to shove it, being at my wits end) called AVIS rental car, where I am an AVIS Preferred Customer, went 4 miles down the street, handed them exact same paperwork, i handed to Enterprise, they looked at everything, replied Thank you Mr. Vaughan for being a loyal Preferred Avis customer, handed me the keys to the Rental Vehicle, and they contract and said, have a nice day. Easy, 1, 2 3. Done. I drove away and vow never to use ENTERPRISE AGAIN. ALL THOSE REWARD POINTS I HAVE,,,, I WOULD RATHER CRAWL IN SNOW THAN USE ENTERPRISE
