Im pretty sure it was Jackie k but it could have been Brittany, I have been coming up there since the place opened and never had not one issue until today. If you want to be treated like a second-class citizen definitely go here to get your haircut. I checked in online it told me to be there at 3:55 I walked in at 3:37 I said I am here to check in and was told I was not on the list sorry... Nothing more, then I said look its on my phone that Im supposed to be here at 3:55 in this area until Rob 15 minutes early which I was. She looked at my phone and said oh thats weird huh not sure why youre not checked in I said but it says I am she goes I know, then hits the back button on my phone and then it says you are not checked in now... It looks back at me and says Im sorry youre not checked in.... there was no one in the shop for Sports Clips waiting but me... I felt like I was being turned away because I it didnt show on her side that I was checked in online even though I showed her proof which I have attached to this review. If you want to feel like your money is not good to pay for a male haircut of $50 then definitely dont go here youd be better served going to Great Clips and getting your hair all jacked up at least theyre nice. Sincerely 4-year customer that tips $25 every time lost forever..... thanks Great Clips oops I mean Sport Clips what a shame

Nice staff, they actually know how to cut hair. Love they play sports ganes while waiting and while getting hair cut. Not to expensive, very friendly and clean. I will be going back! Im picky about who cuts my hair, they do a good job.

The service and specifically my stylist was exceedingly excellent. The environment of Sport Clips was warm and inviting and I recommend giving it a visit. My stylist was very friendly. She cut my hair with precision making sure not to leave a strand of hair out of place. I, personally, enjoyed the balance of conversation and quiet. It allowed me to watch the game without feeling uncomfortable or awkward and it let me know that she was focused on her job but wanted too make me feel cared about at the same time. I personally believe that this particular stylist deserves a raise, but, of course, that is subjective. It is safe to say that I will find myself in Brees chair more often and that I would recommend Sport Clips in Wake Forest, NC to absolutely anybody, 10 out of 10.

All the stylists were great with my sons. The place was clean, and with the online check in service we didn’t have to wait long at all, we got the text we were on deck and went in and within 5 minutes, all three were in chairs.

Yesterday I had a fantastic treatment by a super hairstylist on my first visit to Sport Clips in Wake Forest. I chose the full VIP treatment and, wow, I look forward to my next visit in 2 weeks. All this along with the comfortable and clean surroundings helped me make my decision to make this my haircut location. My stylist, Layla, was just terrific andgave me the best haircut and style I have ever had. She also provided the overall VIP treatment and did a great job. The overall staff of stylists, like Layla, appeared very customer-oriented and thorough with a lot of attention to detail. I strongly recommend Sport Clips Haircuts of Wake Forest to all !!

Have taken my 3 1/2 year old great nephew to the Sport Clips of Wake Forest 3 times. I like the ability to check wait times and put your name on the check-in list online, and check the availability of specific staff. Gabby has cut Talons hair twice and done a great job with him both times. She was very careful with a child and asked if the cut was to my satisfaction before finishing up with him. Have had great experiences here!

The shop was clean and had sports events on the television. The stylist was very nice and she gave my son a great cut. My son has dry scalp, she didn’t make a big deal about it, at all. She made him feel very comfortable. She suggested products that would work well for his condition. We’ll be going back to Sport Clips every six weeks!

Even with the masks and social distancing measures, my stylist made it a very fun and enjoyable experience! She completely avoided what could have been a very awkward time for both of us.

Bask for Bree - She is awesome. Shes the kind of lady who never seems to have a bad day. Just wonderful.

Staff turnover rate seems high. If you find a stylist that you like and who does a great job, odds are they wont be there when you go back next time. And the quality haircuts vary greatly. It has been hot or miss each time my husband and sons have gone.

Great experience as always. Scheduling online makes it so much easier and quicker to get my boys in for a haircut. All the hairstylists we’ve had so far were friendly and professional. And, also made sure both my boys were happy with their cuts before leaving. Highly recommend.

Great location - clean and very efficient - was in and out in under 30 minutes even though there were 3 people ahead of us. Ashley is fantastic - my 12 year old normally hates having his hair cut, but he actually enjoyed this visit and had the best haircut he’s ever had. Thanks Ashley!

Love this place. Erin is the only person I let cut my hair.Shes friendly, outgoing and damn good at what she does.Always remembers conversations between us even though i only come in once every couple months.Will always be going back as long as shes there and i live in the area.

I have been a happy customer for almost 10 years at the Wake Forest location. Many of the stylists have come and gone but the replacements always do a great job. Both of my boys love getting their hair cut there and they are old enough to enjoy the shampoo and scalp massage now too.

Hit or miss with hair dressers. Check in procedures are abysmal. Watched my name go from 1 minute wait to on-deck to 2-min and 5 min. While other customers were seen before me.

Stopped by today for a haircut, signed in around 1:15 and I was told it would be about a 20 minute wait and that they would call me when it was my turn.....well here it is 7:30pm and I still havent recieved my phone call, very disappointed, to say the least. Very unprofessional.

I just pretty much need a standard guy haircut, which I feel like I got. At $17 for the basic job, I dont know how their prices rank, since its been a while since Ive been to a barber shop. Julie was nice and gave me a good cut.

Three stars is for the improvement I experienced today. Tried to get the free neck clean up two weeks ago and called ahead on a Saturday. Was told it would be an hour. Showed up an hour later and was told it would be another 20 minutes. I almost freaked. I just left. Shot a nastygram to corporate as there were three stylist on the floor and this is super busy and profitable location and there was absolutely no excuse for it. Must have sounded the bell. Called ahead today and was told to come on down. Arrived, sat right down. Saw a LOT of new faces. Decent haircut. Hoping this continues.

Instead of preparing for the next customer, the stylists were having a long drawn out conversation about directions to somewhere in Wake Forest. Im waiting in line out front today 10 minutes before the business opens to get inside to be the third haircut? The other folks signed in the same time that I did? And these folks want to blame the computer for whatever order it was. This is not how you treat your customers that have prepaid for haircuts at your location. Never again!!!

Was charged 19 dollars for a beard cut. Last time I went to a different store it was 7 dollars and when I verified on line I noticed the price is indeed 7. My stylist there seemed bothered and miserable. Not a smile not very inviting and and not very cheerful.

Have been going here for over a year and always get a great haircut. Yes they are busy on weekends. Go on a weekday, plan to get there when they open or call ahead.

Its really frustrating when they tell you an arbitrary time just to get you in the door and assume youll wait. No apology for the inconvenience...the implication was it was my fault. Not grouchy that they were busy, just be honest.
