John is the real deal. He is a nice man with skill and years of experience. He related well with my teen-aged son and understood what kind of cut he wanted. My sons hair looks fantastic - a nice fade with some height on top. The price is very reasonable too. We will be back.

Dont be discouraged by the size or location of the shop. What really matters is the haircut. John cut my hair about as week ago and I was satisfied with the whole experience. Johns services are quality and he is a great person to spark a conversation with. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

John is a very decent man and a great barber. I have the highest respect for him and his work. If he can make my ugly mop look good then he can barber for anyone. I dont usually leave reviews but felt the need here as I believe John deserves public praise.

We moved to NC over a year ago and have tried numerous places for haircuts in the area. This was our first visit to see John. My oldest son is 16 and hadnt had a haircut in 4 months to let it grow out for his new style. He described what he wanted to John and John delivered... my son was VERY HAPPY with his new look! John did a great job cutting my youngest sons hair as well as mine too. Hes friendly and pays close attention to the details. Were happy to have found our new barber!

I used to go to the chain haircut shops. A little over one year ago I came across Johns shop and I havent gone anywhere else since. Not only is John outstanding at his craft, hes also a really nice guy. From a haircut standpoint, Ive had my hair really short and Ive also grown it out a couple of inches on top. Regardless of what Ive wanted to do John has handled it like an expert. And if he has suggestions he politely makes them. Dont get me wrong: hell cut your hair the way you want it cut. But he might recommend you try something a little different. When he does, his suggestions, in my experience, have been spot on. Plus hes just a really friendly, great guy. I wont go anywhere else to get my hair cut, and if you are looking for someone to cut your hair, I suggest you give John a visit. 100% recommended.

This place is very friendly. It is a pleasure for my wife and me to get our haircuts. I have not gone to a barber shop in many years as my wife, a licensed cosmetologist, cut my hair. As we are now senior citizens, its a joy to have John cut our hair. He is very professional and accommodating to his clients. Conversation is almost always interesting as are the other clients which we have encountered. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family.

These dudes were really cool. It was clear they rarely get dudes as white and unfrod as me, but they were extra polite, and I dont trust white people with cutting my hair. I just dont. Lol sorry. I know that isnt PC. Anyway, they were gentlemen and gave a great cut.
