Love going to the super cute in Wake Forest. They are super friendly, professional and courteous.i always enjoy my visit to this wonderful salon. They take all precautions necessary during these trying times. Kim, and Marcella are extreme sweet and kind. Its these things that keep me coming back again and again.

So I went to Supercuts for the first time today to get my hair done for a special occasion. I walked in and everything was super clean and the staff was friendly. Wayland Jones did my hair and he did a FANTASTIC job!! I’ve been to many high end salons that haven’t taken the time that he did on my hair. I have really long and thick hair so it took almost two hours, but he didn’t rush and was very nice as well. I will be going back to see him!

I was crying to see my sons hair cut. I told her what i whant her to do. Nope. Didnt happened. She was rolling eyes at me. The lady was so rude and after i tip her she said do not come here anymore, go to great clips.

I cant say enough about this place! Im a student at the seminary (which gets you a discount on an already adequately-priced haircut).Every time I visit, the staff goes above and beyond to communicate with me so they can deliver an above-satisfactory haircut. Erica is the best hairstylist I have found to date. She has also included advice on hair products and treatment (beards, too!). For the purposes of this review, I will keep it short by giving an example.In November, I went in for a routine haircut (call ahead). When I got to the location, Erica was the only person working (maybe an hour before closing). Calling ahead notified me that it might be a little later than I asked but I obliged.I come to discover another guest had a horrible experience at another hairdresser (damaging her hair almost beyond repair) and so the customer came to Erica with Supercuts looking for help. 4+ hours of working on one ladys hair, undoing another hairdressers mistake, and providing emotional support. I cant tell you the look on this womans face when all was said and done. Supercuts delivers amazing service. But they have managed to go above and beyond the expectations of a normal hairdresser.

I asked to have it cut to 2-3 inches. First she cut that amount off and when I asked for them to fix it, she shaved it all to a quarter inch. I didnt get to see how she was cutting until the very end when I faced the mirror.

Ive been to this location once about 2 months ago, and Erika cut my hair. She took off too much, but I generally forgive someone new as they dont really know me or my hair well enough. I will say, that she and I were the only ones in the place that day and she barely spoke a word to me. I got the impression that while she may be good at hair, she lacks in friendliness. I decided to give it another try today, and timed my arrival for when they open. This being a walk-in place, I wanted to get there at a time when the wait wouldnt be too long. I arrived at 11:05 (they opened at 11:00) and the door was locked. The lights were on, so I knocked. As soon as I did, the lights went off! Then Erika comes out from the back, does some busy work, looks right at me and walks back to the back!! After a few minutes she does some more busy work and finally comes over and unlocks the door. She acted like I was a major inconvenience and barely acknowledged me. When she did look up and ask what I needed, I replied I needed a haircut. She informed me that she was all booked up for the day and couldnt take me because she was the only one there. What a total waste of my time to drive 40 minutes to be brushed off like that! Like I said--Erika might be a good stylist, but she really needs to learn some people skills.

I feel so lucky to have found Erica! I have curly hair so when you find someone who gets it you know youve found the right professional. She has been doing my coloring as well. Shes the best!

My son had to wear his mask so it made his cut a little off in some spots. Service was friendly and the place was clean. Set up to follow Covid rules.

Having relocated to the Wake Forest area and having used Supercuts in the past, I read the reviews here and on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Erica was my stylist and did an exceptional job. Shes super professional and focused on giving you a great cut. I recommend making an appt ahead of time. They do take walk-ins but you might find regular customers ahead of you in the queue.

Erica did a wonderful job with my wash, cut and blow out. I would encourage patience as she was the only worker there on a Wednesday evening. She did my cut, answered the phone and greeted new customers. She was very polite and handled the responsibility well.

I took my daughter and I here after we had a bad hair experience elsewhere and the lady here did a fantastic job. She took the time to do it right. I would recommend this place. It is only 2 people that work here so an appointment is recommended but I enjoyed it.

Nick and Hannah are the only ones who I let cut my sons hair. I drive from wake forest to Apex just for them..

Not a bad place for an inexpensive haircut if you can get in. The last 2 times Ive tried they have only had 1 person on and no capacity.

Erika is awesome!!! She is very professional!! She wants whats best to keep your hair healthy and strong..I have been going to her for a year as well as my daughter, and wouldnt think about going anywhere else!! Great positive attitude and explains things very well..highly recommended

Seriously the best experience Ive had in a long time. Pam is AMAZING! I started my day by going to a different location Supercuts. The hair stylist DESTROYED my hair. Pictures below. I asked for long layers and an angle in the front. She was so rushed, and basically kicked me out. I sat in the chair a total of 15 minutes (which is very short, as I have a LOT of hair). I paid and left, as she made me feel very rushed. I got home to style my hair only to find out it was completely ruined. I called a this location to ask if they could fix it, as I didnt even want to go back to the first Supercuts. I spoke to Pam on the phone who was so sympathetic and kind and made me an appointment right away. She did an amazing job! Her customer service was stellar and she fixed my ruined hair! I will definitely be going to Pam from now on!!!! The rest of the team with her today were also sympathetic and happy to see Pam fix my disaster! (See the after pics) I went from a very unhappy customer to a repeat customer. Pam is awesome!!!! :) :) :)

Just messed me up bad. Never going to this super cuts again.Asked for a 2 guard on the sides and just a little off the top. Chopped way too much off the top left the bangs uneven, and tried doing one side where I specifically asked just be clippers to make a straight even line with scissors instead of left an uneven messed up line.Went somewhere else to fix this mess. And I have a big meeting tomorrow. This is just so messed up.

To men, please go somewhere else! $17 for a haircut is more than any other place around. My hair styler was Kim on my first time. She wasn’t very good with customer service and she didn’t do a good job on my hair. She didn’t cut my hair evenly, she didn’t listen to my directions, and she would not take the time to work with me to try and get my hair to look the way I like it to. Nobody was there and I was the only customer, yet I felt like I was a burden being there. Not a good haircut, too expensive, and bad customer service. Go somewhere else!

Erica is great! I have four kids and she does a great job on everybody, especially my autistic teenager-he adores her.

Quick in and out location to get a trim or buzz. Friendly staff. Clean location. They laughed a little when I brought in a picture of 90s Billy Ray Cyrus and asked for it. Clip clip buzz buzz and Im mayor of mullet town. Bizniss in the front and a desperate attempt to hang on to my youth and fit in at WalMart in the back.
