Wow, talk about great customer service! Thank you again for helping me get a loner when my car was in the auto shop. Worth the price and very easy to work with.
This Hertz location is a little tricky to find, it shares an office with a Midas shop but the service was excellent; we had rented out car by the airport but the remote/fob worked intermittently after a week so they changed the batteries on the remote fob for us and we were good to go. Nice to know theyre there and with good customer service.
The guy told me he was gonna give a call back in a minute. One hour later, nothing. Tried calling the place, no answer. Why does my company pay full price for this service when I cant even go to work!!!!
The cars are at least in decent condition. The service that you get is beyond abysmal. The company randomly decides to close early and not have it posted on an official website or send an email regarding such two existing customers of the change. If you dont turn in the vehicle with a full tank of gas from even a block away its outright extortion and they charge three times the amount that is needed to fill the gas tank. After-hours personnel are completely non-existent should you have problems on the road and regardless of having their insurance or yours cover any damage they try to do everything in their power to extort you on the spot and then threaten you with a lawsuit. We are talking something as small as a pebble chipping the paint off of your front end. If you value your wallet credit score in personal sanity find somewhere else to find a vehicle for rent.
Place was closed (even though the hours said open) and they never called me back, ended up having to cancel the reservation entirely. Customer support over the phone was horrible and didn’t help. Will never use Hertz again!
VACATIONERS - THIS HERTZ LOCATION IS NOT FOR YOU. It is intended solely as a service for vehicles being repaired. They do not routinely staff the counter. They do not check for same-day reservations. The counter is buried inside a busy repair shop with no street visibility. They do not make this clear online, and they consider it your fault for assuming youre reservation means something. If you ignore this warning, you will be waiting for a very long time. And if you think 90m is a long time to wait despite being the only customer on site, it will be explained that you should be grateful it only took that long. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
Customer service is perfect. The employee, Mr. Michael is the kindest and helpful person that I have ever met while renting a car. I called to the office and adjusted the reservation time, he was willing to accept and made it. In addition, even there was an system error on Hertz and I had to visit next day to extend my car, thanks to Michaels kindness, I didnt feel any complaint at all. He explained all about renting a car and tips. Thanks, Michael. 5 Star is not enough to say thank you. :)

Staff was nice and the car was fine. But this place is extremely hard to find (it shares an office with the Midas), and the person on duty is often not there. To pick up the car we waited about 30 mins for the attendant to arrive, and to drop off we waited over an hour. You have no idea when they’re going to return and the contact phone number does not get picked up.
The service here was amazing ! I was visiting friends who live in Hawaii and needed a car. This place was incredivly cheaper than the airport! The people were great and very helpfiul. Mahalo!
