Always a great experience there. But this time the rep was wonderful. The car nice though it had a message on the dashboard car requires maintenance take to the dealer or something quite similar. After 2 days the car needed to be jump started. For Enterprise to come out & fo there is a $55 fee. My insurance company which wad paying for the car, Geicos Road Service did it at no cost. Aftet the 2nd time I requested to exchange the car, which they did. The rep that helped me in person when I exchanged the car was quite annoyed with this experience& appeared unpleasant for ehatvever reason. The 2nd car was perfect so all was well when I returned it the checkin process was efficient as usual & the rep wonderful. Which had always been my experience with Enterprise! I just wish they were open on the weekends in Waipahu. But a minor inconvenience given ehats going on in the state at the present time.

Was getting a rental for an accident that was caused by a local business and car was dropped at repair shop - WITH 2 MILES LEFT on the gas gauge and I still had to go back to work - not cool for sure....and the vehicle I got was a SUBURBAN with V8 not to great on gas to begin with... just FYI was not appreciated...

I was put in a rental to get our truck repaired and the truck they put us in was filthy. Dust, sand, crumbs & stains that i could easily wipe clean were all over the car. I used the sanitary wet wipe to wipe seats to feel comfortable enough to sit and when I wiped it, the wet nap was brown.We drove to the location to switch out the car and they put us in another truck that was a little better but still dirty and definitely not the standard that enterprise promises and promotes. I normally don’t make a big deal about small stuff but my pictures will speak for themselves & show the condition the vehicles were in but enterprise has rejected my attempt to upload pictures.I called the location manager named Jill and she said that she saw the vehicle I returned and the car was cleaned to standard but stains aren’t something they detail. You’d be able to see in my pictures what this managers standards are. This is not the “standards” enterprise promotes and markets on their ads.

This place is a scam. If you want to get rip off this is the place for you. They don’t tell you all the important information up front. We went through an insurance which was supposed to cover up to 30 days. Less than a week later enterprise calling, saying we’re 6 days past our rental coverage. 6 days!!!! And they happen to call on a Friday afternoon, when I try to call up the insurance to dispute, guess what? No one is working, and no one is working on the weekend. So that’s an extra 2 days they can keep milking money from customer. Smh. It just seems very intentional on their part. Why? Cause the longer they go without informing you, the more money you’ll have to pay them. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. New customer beware of this scam they so call a business.

Tia saved our vacation!! We reserved a car to pickup at schofield, but the office was closed for COVID and we had to pickup at Waipahu. We got a free upgrade and excellent service!

Great service and extremely personable! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. I rented at last minute and they made sure I was taken care of and provided me a vehicle immediately. They delivered the vehicle to me when I was unable to get to their location. The vehicle was in great working condition and very clean. I definitely recommend renting from them and I will use their services again next time I am in the area. Thank you so much! My group and I had a wonderful time visiting and it was a huge part of Enterprise being able to provide us a vehicle.

Great customer care and professionalism. I received a call only moments after my insurance company booked my rental. My representative was waiting at the Schofield pick-up location and had all the paperwork together to make a fast and easy transaction.

We upgraded to a medium sized vehicle and were generally pleased with the vehicle except for cleanliness. Inside it appeared dusty and outside - the wheels were packed with dirt. I took it home and sprayed water on the tires for five minutes per wheel. Im sure the under carriage was also dirty. The excuse we got was they dont have inhouse cleaning capability, well there are car washers in theLocal area. Pride in product?

The rental process here was so easy & fast I didnt even think I was at a rent-a-car place. They even gave me a free ride back to our hotel. The service & explanation of everything was also great. Rent your car here if youre in Oahu.

I rented a car from the Waipahu location because Wahiawa wasnt showing on their website even tho I found after the fact that they are open next to Longs. The service by the associate that helped me was very basic. I had better experiences with other rental companies such at Dollar or SIXT where they found me a better rate or was able to get a good deal or even a free upgrade. The associate at Enterprise didnt even look into it. The car was a Mazda CX-5. It was clean but the FOB was on low battery so it didnt always catch and the breaks were squeaking quite a lot. This was an emergency rental but in the future Ill definitely use a different location or rental company entirely.

We reserved our vehicle at the Enterprise Ko Oliva facility but unfortunately received a call that morning that a shuttle would pick us up to bring us to this location. The Ko Olina facility is closed (because of the pandemic) so all pick ups s as bd returns are handled from here. The shuttle and service was great but they MUST let customers know beforehand as it affects the timing of the rental so much. We only had the car for a day so time was critical. Between the pickup after our rental time and needing to return by 3:30 for a shuttle back to Ko Olina as the facility closes at 5pm, you lose a lot of rental time.Again, service was good, efficient, car was good, but PLEASE let customers know about the use of a shuttle to/from this different facility.

Waipahu location is the best. Booked an online reservation which was simple to do. The day of rental pickup I received a call to confirm the type of vehicle. Since there was none at the location they went out of their way to get one delivered by my pick-up time 9:00am. Staff are professional, vehicle was cleaned and all social distance policy was adhered. That was the quickest and friendliest experience. My family enjoyed the vehicle on our weekend staycation. Highly recommend Enterprise. We will not go anywhere.

With regards to the customer service its not consistent, sometimes its good and sometimes its horrible Id give it 50/50 chances. With regards to the cars its always dirty and has creepy crawling creatures in them. As far as fair pricing I say sometimes its good and sometimes its ridiculous. I can honestly give my facts based on the many times I use Enterprise.

Quick, easy service. Great enterprise location

They picked me up and took me to their rental office and got me on my way quickly. The Toyota van I used was clean and functional, but has some manufacturers defects built in. It was good to be driven to their office because it is in a hard to describe location. The return wet just fine as well.

They would have gotten 5 stars if they actually did their job in the first place instead of being rude and belittling me. I had just gotten off a flight with 3 connects from overseas. I was tired and exhausted. I had my child in tow along with a large amount of luggage. Because I didn’t have my a credit card or my active duty husband with me, they were going to just turn me away. With NO CAR AT ALL! I fought and fought and fought. You CAN get a vehicle without a credit card, it’s called a deposit with-held from your debit in the amount of $2-300. Your employees are clueless and rude. Should have taken my money elsewhere along with the 15 day’s worth of rental fees I paid.

Worst rental car experience... car wasn’t properly serviced or ready at pick up.. customer service isn’t the best.. some workers are awesome others on the other hand are terrible..

The minute I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and then serviced with smiles all the way out to my rental. They made me feel welcome and felt appreciated for bringing my business to them. There’s a lot of options out there, I could’ve went to Alamo, but because I reserved on line and it was last minute. I was able to make reservations and got my car within an hour! The agents here are excellent. Small office situated in a busy shopping area, and constant smell of chicken from next door. Shout out to Parsha (sorry if misspelled), Brooke, Marissa, and Teal for their outstanding assistance with my rental. My vehicle was in the shop, so my insurance reserved a rental through Enterprise. This being December, not much options of vehicles to choose from in small branch. Did this stop them? No. They were willing to provide a free upgrade and issued me a 2018 Nissan Armada. Beautiful car, but the model wasnt a comfortable fit due to my physical size in the driver seat. Since there wasnt much options, being that the other vehicles were of smaller builds, I accepted the Armada. The next day I received a call from the Enterprise team notifying me that they received a vehicle that would be a better fit for me. I appreciate the fact that this team was able to keep in contact with me instead of just cutting ties the moment the customer left the office.Thanks girls, and Happy Holidays!

Enterprise has one of the lowest daily rates on island. Their website is easy to navigate and their office in Waipahu is great! The staff is amazing, friendly and always super helpful. I love enterprise. I also used their company when I travelled to Oregon and Washington.

This took me awhile to rate because I hate giving badrating. I often use Enterprise because I like the car choices and the vehicles are pretty decent and I always had good customer service.This time I reserved an SUV. But it was not ready till the next day so I waited.In the Store - I also had to wait over 3 hrs to get my vehicle when I went in to pick it up @ 11:00 a.m. Left the store @ 3:30 pm.My vehicle was not cleaned; such as sloppy wipe down. My Tank was a little quarter tank and I missed 2 appointments during the transaction.I also extended 3 more days towards my week rental.AND I was helped by ART both times. He was suppose to be the Supervisor or something BUT boy did he have an attitude problem. He had also gone in a little room looking through the window knowing I was still waiting. He wasnt on the phone or anything, he was just sitting there. it wasnt even his desk area. He was Power tripping with his staff.Im glad when I returned the vehicle he wasnt the one who helped me. I brought it in earlier time scheduled and the place was packed with customers all mostly gloomy for waiting.I was just glad to end the transaction. I am to scheduled to rent again but I am avoiding it right now till I can sound myself to handle them Art type of people. Its sad.I over heard he was going to get some surgery; the New staff people was chit chatting to make friendly with him. 2 staff New not on scheduled time and 2 other New staff on duty with Art.How do I know? they said who they where to each other. Art also scolded one new guy to make sure things got deleted such as the blue tooth because someone from the main office is coming to do inventory etc.I Hope the main office person sees this rating.P.S. I am a Local CEO for a few business. and I truly am being nice giving 2 stars.

Corrupt! They keep trying to make us pay for a rental that was made through Cutter. They have received payment from Cutter but are trying to have us pay too.Hawaii, you need to stamp out this sort of corruption.Ok, ongoing drama. The manager was suppose to call me back. They didn’t so I called. They had no idea who I was and just tell me to call another branch even though we had worked through this one. Also meaning the employee taking the messages yesterday just completely ignored me.I’ve emailed you but no response. Guess you only respond to people when you demand money with no explanation.

Picked up our vehicle. Got a free upgrade for returning car to airport. The car had debris and dirt in the drivers side but Tia took it back to vacuum it out. It was dirty on the outside too and she had it wiped down so it was better but could be used a car wash. They were very pleasant to deal with.

This location doesnt do after hours returns. Major inconvenience for me as I would of loved to use the car for the maximum time available. I just hope I get off work early enough to gas up the tank, and am able arrange a ride back. I wish customers could charge companies inconvenience fees.

Had a reservation. Arrived 15 minutes early and had a quick check in. Waited ~30 minutes while my car was being cleaned. At which time another worker came in asking me if I was waiting for a vehicle - replied, Yes then he gestured to follow him. Said my car was ready when I got there. SO, left hand passed into to next WITHOUT verifying I was actually getting my rental. Everyone ensures good customer service or EVERYONE FAILS. Thats when competition passes you by!

The garage that does my mechanical work which does business with enterprise, while their clients wait for car to be done in shop...ive been on island since April 2019 and have had my car serviced a few times for very particular repairs and replacements. While i waited for repair those times, Lex Brodie always hooked me up with a stellar Premium Car rental service. Grade A customer service every single time. both rentals i received were awesome and this last one was a convertible 2019 mustang, which has me thinking bout my next car choice already. The enterprise reps are professional and polite and get you on the road quick and easy. This last customer rep (Rod) was probably the nicest car rental rep ive ever encountered here or on the mainland. It helps alot during this holiday season. Customer Service was great! They accommodated my family well. This was our 2nd time renting from them. They have not disappointed us yet. Only reason gave 4-Stars, is that the car wasnt spic and span clean. It could have used a touch up more so on the inside of the vehicle. Could tell whoever may have rented last spilled some kind of liquid. Other than that, service was good.

Very busy location conveniently located in Waipahu Town Center near Popeyes. Friendly, capable staff. Will shuttle you from certain areas to their store and back. Dont always have enough cars, ones you want. Sometimes have to wait, even with reservation. Close at 2pm in Saturdays. Not open Sunday. So plan your pickup/return accordingly.

I have always used Enterprise Rent-A-Car service. WEEKEND SPECIALS ROCKS!!! I love the fact that I can pick up at one location and return to another location on the island. These last few rental experiences that I have had recently, has been awesome...fast, smooth, in and out type of service!!! Great customer service, especially at the Waipahu location!!! Its awesome to get a pick up when I have no other way to get to the store locations, but only down fall is they can only go as far as Nanakuli Sack-N-Save for those on the Waianae Coast. But that wont stop me from using their services!!!

This is my go to store for renting a car. They have never let me down and are always there in a pinch. Especially loved the customer service that was provided for the pick up and drop off service.

We used Enterprise in Waipahu several times over the past 6 months due to mechanical problems with my vehicle and visiting family. They were so helpful, prices were very competitive. They place feels like its family owned and not corporate. I would highly recommend going here!!

Things are not as they advertise and they hung up on me twice. Unlike other Enterprise Rent-a-Cars Ive dealt with in the Mainland, this one requires a $300 deposit, pay check stub and utility bill before they will rent a car and I only needed one for a couple of hours since my car is in the shop and I wanted to do some shopping before a storm. Im also a federal retiree with a couple of rental properties so I dont have a pay check stub but before I could tell the person on the phone that, he hung up on me. I also mentioned they advertise an internet special at this location for cars starting at $33.33 per day, apparently that isnt true either since the woman I spoke with before the rude man also hung up on me when I mentioned that special. Im getting my car from Dollar Rental at the airport. I have to go a bit farther, but Im getting a car for three days and its costing me some miles and $11.95.

My experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 94-050 Farrington Hwy, E3-2, Waipahu, Hi has been awesome. I usually dont give my opinion on any businesses that I frequent. But I have to say that Enterprise treated me with respect, made sure that I got all the information about the rental contract and most of all their manager, rental clerk and courtesy driver all work together to make sure that I was taken care of. I enjoy using their weekend rental car special and also their rental cars are up to date and clean. I am planning to let my family and friends know where to go for their rental needs.Mahalo...from a very satisfied customer

This place is horrible with customer service and having vehicles ready for their customers. The first time I renting a car here I had to wait 30 mins for my rental to be ready. This time Im having to wait for over an hour. This is unacceptable, you know you have customers coming in why would you wait to the last minute to try and have vehicles available. How about giving your customers a courtesy call to let them know when a vehicle will be ready instead of having them sit around waiting. You guys need to get it together.

I love Enterprise service. Its been my go to place since 1992. The service at this location is very friendly, understanding and quick. The only problem I have is the small cars. I am 60 and I always get small Toyota Corolla cars so my knees hit the stearing wheel and head hits the door and ceilings...lol *my price to pay* but Im am extremely happy with the service here.

I enjoyed the service and staffing and cars but only thing I wasnt pleasant about was asked for 3 references and pay stub or some type of utility bill in your name at this location (waipahu) thats more information giving out and possibility of identity theft, would I rent from this location again? Maybe! I think i rather go to another location with less required strict requirements in order to rent, it should be smooth sailing and less hassle for a customer.

Rented 2 days ago, still have the car till now. receommended by mazda since my car is in service. Notices a bugs every time i drive it. i dont know if its from a bedbugs or a dogs lice. im so grossed out. will be returning it on monday. ewww😭 ive seen one in my bed just now and couldnt get it out of my mind since i just bought my bed all brand new. just thinking about having bugs in my bed makes me gag😭😭😭

I rented a honda crv from enterprise. got into an accident just before midnight last week thursday (04/28 @ 12am) and was deemed not at fault. since i couldnt locate my hard-copy drivers license in post-accident trauma, enterprise wouldnt rent me a post-accident vehicle. can you believe that?! in times of need, i got slap in the face. customer punished for being not at fault in an accident.after couple days, i decided to give them a 2nd chance so i called to get picked-up as their slogan says where we pick you up. guess what?! enterprise wouldnt allow driver to take me to kapolei hale to obtain a duplicate drivers license so i could rent another vehicle. i thought business motto is to provide great customer service...not get rid of customers.enterprise just lost an ideal customer.

Since my car is broken, I have been a regular customer of Waipahu Enterprise. The staff here are outstanding and very courteous, especially Brian & Charlotte, I will never change locations. However, I would like to commend Manager, Shawn Donlin. Shawn is a valueable team player, and a professional at customer service. We had a small problem with a rental, however Shawn cleared it up quickly and efficiently. He always exceeds our expectation of customer service, and because of this I will always be a loyal customer.

Enterprise is awesome! Their prices are unbeatable! Weekend rates at $9.99/day and $1.84/gal if you pre-purchase gas. The staff at the Waipahu location are great! Their customer service is outstanding. On a very busy day when everyones reservations (including mine) left them either without cars or cargo vans, representative Minh, went out of his way to obtain a car for me. I was already out of their office and in the parking lot when he ran out after me to inform me a car had just come in. I appreciated that he took the time to notify me when a car was ready and remembered my place in line. FCFS. 4 stars for the dirty interior in one of the cars I rented. Even with a towel, its pretty uncomfortable knowing youre sitting in a dirty chair the entire time.

The manager at the Waipahu branch wasnt helpful at all. I dont know if she had a bad morning, but her attitude came off as unfriendly, and borderline racist (due to the fact that she was helping others, but didnt even TRY to help us rent a car). I hope no one else experiences this.

Like renting from the Waipahu location until this year when shuttle service was discontinued to Ko’Olina. Looks like I’ll have to investigate alternative plans for a rental car next year when I return.
