We rented a 15 passenger van and had a great experience. They are very professional and prices are very reasonable. The equipment was near new and accommodated our group perfectly. We had some change of plans and they were very willing to work with us! Thanks again!

We needed last minute vans for our touring and clients, ABC Auto Center was their in a crucial time when we really need vans. They exceeded our expectations by renting us brand new Transit vans that are spacious and loaded with all bells and whistles. Front and Rear air conditioning, Reverse Camera, etc. They do both daily and long term reservations that are very affordable. Their prices beat Enterprise and Hertz all year long. Their vehicles are all brand new and well kept. We will be back every 3 months on this beautiful island to rent from ABC. Five Stars from us!

Excellent, polite and friendly team. Josh and Sam are both excellent at what they do and they helped us out when our own car but the bullet with a transmission failure. The car we got (2015 Altima) was in great condition and perfect for what we needed. I’d highly recommend ABC Auto Center to anyone looking for quality rentals at a great price too. Car was clean enough except windows were so dirty on inside, we had to clean them for safety visibility at night. car had 64000 miles . price was good. Delivery was smooth and professional. Leaving the car at airport was our worst experience ever. Directions were conflicting. Between the 3 of us, we coulnt figure it out, driving round and round. We spent almost 2 hours looking for leave off spot.( We didnt know airport) . No answer and no callback when we tried to call the driver # we were given. It was 5 AM. We were panicking that we would miss flight . And no one to call or ask.The other car rentals had never heard of ABC. Never again.

We needed to rent a 15 passenger van on Oahu last week. The mainstream car rental agencies at the airport had no availability. I found ABC Auto Center on Google and booked online. They respond to email very quickly and met us at the airport with the van. The entire process was easy. We just had to pick up a driver at their location when we returned to the airport. I would definitely use them again.

My front-end experience has been flawless. I have traveled to Hawaii now for about 20 years and have always rented from Alamo. This time I needed a large passenger van. A few clicks on their site and a few emails from Christine and my rental is reserved. Ill be writing a follow-up review outlining my airport pickup through my van drop-off at the end of my Oahu leg of the trip. Thanks Christine.

Even though ABC is by the airport they dropped a 15 passenger van off at our hotel and picked it up at no extra charge. Everything worked great and there were no surprises afterward. We plan on rented from them next year!!!

Josh and Sam were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a rental and/or anyone else in the military community like us.

I started renting from these guys a few months ago due to my car being in an accident. Sam and josh were nice people up until i returned my rental and josh couldnt close out my account so i told josh no worries we can until the weekend is over, before that my family member wanted to rent a car so i hold it with josh and not one time did josh say we needed a down payment, just the reservation, so sam jr comes back from his military duties and tells me they need a deposit to hold the rental being that i didnt pick up my money i told sam he could use my deposit 300 dollars and i will pick up my 150 later or he could give it to my family member when they return the rental. Long story short my cousin didnt get the rental i told sam that day she cancelled while on the road. I call to let him know that im picking up the rental and he tells me no refund thats their policy...which he never mentioned not once the whole time i was renting from them(2 months). They seem really nice but in the end you get screwed up big time.

Friendly service. Had a few issues with our 15 passenger vans but they worked with us on the issues.

We rented a 12 passenger van from ABC in Ohau. The driver who delivered the van and returned us to the airport at the end of our rental was great. The van was clean and in good working order. My daughter left a personal item in the van and by the time we discovered where it was ABC had left for the day. They responded quickly to our email, found the item and arranged for VERY prompt return to NJ. They went above and beyond. Mahalo nui loa!
