After reaching out to many rental companies around Maui, I chose Island Rents for multiple reasons. From the very first interaction I had with Jeff, I knew he would be a pleasure to work with. Jeff is easy going, incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. As I was coordinating everything from the mainland, I needed someone who was easy to work with by email and Island Rents provided this. All email correspondence was handled fast and with great professionalism. He helped plan out everything that was needed. When I came to Maui on holiday, Jeff offered to meet up and show me the options of tablecloths/napkins/tables etc in person. This was a HUGE help to my husband and I and we appreciated being able to pick everything out in person. Additionally, as we needed to amend our order, the team at Island Rents made the revisions with ease and helped us out with everything we requested.The rentals itself were absolutely perfect and in great condition. They were everything we could have asked for and more. The crew including set up and breakdown were friendly and helpful. I honestly could not recommend Jeff and his team at Island Rents enough. I rented event equipment for my wedding this January - a tent, tables and chairs, linens, glassware and coolers. I chose Island Rents over another Maui event rental company since Jeff provided excellent customer service. I changed my original plans and gave the job to Island Rents! Besides the communication being fantastic, Jeff gave helpful tips, quick replies, and set up the rentals without any hassle, quick and easy. The equipment was clean and in very good shape. When we got back to the event location the next morning, the equipment was already gone! So uncomplicated! I would recommend Island Rents to anyone that appreciates really good customer service over a I dont want to have to deal with you attitude provided by others! From the very first day we spoke with Kara from Island Rents, we knew that our wedding was in good hands. All email correspondences with Kara were quickly responded to and handled with great professionalism. They even special ordered a certain color that we requested for our linen napkins for our guests. All of our tables, linen, and lighting decor were of the utmost quality and in great condition. We were very impressed with how quickly they set up our ceremony and reception arrangements and how beautiful everything looked in the end. We cannot sing your praises enough and highly recommend you to anyone searching a rental company for their events. Our wedding coordinator, Kara at Your Aloha Wedding Company arranged the linens to come from here. Island Rents has great quality linens with a lot of options, but just slightly over inflated prices. Linens came clean and ready to go :)

I had no idea creating the perfect wedding venue could work so well long distance. Accel staff was phenomenal. We planned efficiently via email. Everything we ordered was delivered with ease and post event all was retrieved and returned without incident. There were hiccups, but the team worked with us, communicated frequently and followed thru to ensure all went well. It was a wonderful wedding! Mahalo Accel....
