Judy took time to understand our situation, she was not rushed at all. She listened and asked questions that made us think about our tax issues for the current year and future years. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Janeen should probably keep her comments about what she thinks money was spent on to herself. If a tax refund was never sent to someone and you cant find the answer I would recommend keeping your opinions on what happened to it to yourself. The irs tax refund simple says it is processing and throwing out that it was spent and not knowing we spent it is quite unprofessional because thats simply not the case. Taking an hour to do a simple return is ridiculous if you ask me. Stepping out every 10 minutes to verify your doing the right steps is also unprofessional. Please keep your personal opinions to your own and simply do your job in a timely fashion 👌 🙏

$262.00 for work she completed in less than 4 hrs. In my sock I said to Judy wow thats a lot. Her reply will you can always go someplace else and get them done oh. I ignored the poor PR because I was in a spot and on a timetable. I can tell you that its almost double what one of her colleagues had told me it would cost about 10 days before that. I couldnt get it done at that time because I was missing a piece of paper I needed. So theyre very expensive and their PR is rough.

Weve used H&R Block for over 20 years now and have never had an issue. William and Eugene have done their best every year and explained everything well enough for us to understand whats going on.

The fees to prepare taxes are too high, though the preparer Eugene is efficient and seems to be thorough..

We like the security of H & R block and Jeff our tax preparer is awesome.
