I came in today after I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago. We were taken back at our appointment time, and Ken did my pedicure. It lasted over an hour, the chair was so comfortable, and he adjusted the water temperature for me. I will definitely be back. He does amazing work. My mom was with me and had a young woman named Claire. She was fun to talk to, and also did a great job! I would recommend scheduling an appointment to make sure you are seen on time.

Best full set of acrylics I have ever gotten. The quality of their work is PHENOMENAL and I only ever have to get them filled because my nails have grown out too long - never because they are lifting/breaking and normally I will try to make mine last 3-4 weeks. Highly recommend this place. Make sure you schedule an appointment though - its very difficult to be fit in if you are a walk-in.

I have been a client of luxury nails for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with their pedicure procedure nor my nails. Don, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable with the products he uses. I recommend it highly.

I decided to try Luxury nails for a basic polish change. Please note I said BASIC polish change. This should have taken 20 minutes. The polish used was grainy and my nails looked rough. The kid took it off and tried again....you know what, Ill cut to the chase. Three polish changes and 45-50 minutes later, another woman took over and did my nails. I have bubbles in every nail, I have polish on the back of my fingers and my nails needed filed again. I was apologized to, told my business is important and valued, but then made to pay full price and they expected a tip, all this while my nails were still wet. If they wanted my business, it should have been reduced in price. Never again. If I hadnt been in a hurry, I probably would have taken them to task, but I figured Id just write a review, post pictures, and cost them what it cost me.

Ive been going here for 13 years prior to Wadsworth would drive to Akron. You get quality work done and its worth any wait you might have. Ive never had a fungus or other issues. Ive gone to other salons but they never seem to meet or exceed my expectations like Don and his staff.

Don (owner) is the most gentle nail tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. I had a broken nail to the extreme and he repaired it until it grew out enough to take off.Today I came in for the usual gel coat on my real nails and he gave me a discount to try the dip coat. It turned out beautifully!!!I am now a loyal customer!!! I love the friendly staff and how clean they keep their salon. Highly recommend!

Don did a beautiful job on my pink and white acrylics. They are so shiny and smooth just how I like them! Hes also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

I took my daughter in for her 13th birthday. There were 3 of us total. We were walking ins with no appointment and we didnt wait very long at all. They took us right in and was very sweet to my daughter who has never had her nails done. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much.

I started going there about a year ago. I love the place and have had my nails done by every tech. I have been pleased with every one. Also, they are open late enough that I can go after work. Go try the place!!!!

I have tried to go in here for pedicures 5+ times, since I had a gift certificate, and every time there is literally one person working, (sometimes with no other customers) and they can never get me in. I have even tried calling in advance and still couldn’t get in to get my toes done. Very frustrating!

Absolutely awful. If you want SNS DO NOT GO HERE! Older woman doesn’t do a quality job and the man (owner) was extremely rude. When I expressed my unhappiness about my nails he simply handed me a card saying you can come back another time there is nothing he can do for me, I took enough of their time. I left the salon with the worst nails I’ve ever had, If I could post a picture I most certainly would! My nails are not only not equal lengths but due to them dipping them not an even amount, they are different colors! They are so thick it looks like I have bird beeks on my nails. Their excuse of not knowing how to do their job is explaining to the customer that “products look different on different people”. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for!!! Just save yourself a headache and go to Luv nails right up the street!Also, read the comment they left below about my complaint.. it speaks volumes. Rude and arrogant. THEY tell the paying customer what they need to do, not what the customer requests.

Crooked nails and they start the nail way below the cutical so it appears that I need a fill when I just got them done...... btw the crooked nail ruined my family photos - the gold glitter on ring finger.

My toe nails were in terrible shape, so went there to have them trimmed. Ava did a wonderful job, they look great. Plan to go on a regular basis.

I waited over an hour for someone to tell me to come back in 2 1/2 hours to get a pedicure. Needless to say I didnt and wont go back. Would have been nice if they would have told me the wait was that long initially.

Wish I could rate them 0 stars! Waited over an hour just to have my hands mauled and when they were done my hands were sore and bleeding! My friends toe nail polish came off the next day. I would recommend going elsewhere!

The customer service was very poor. I waited 30 mins before someone even said Hi. I ended up walking out after waiting 45 minutes. Wasted almost an hour of my time and left without getting my nails done. I would not recommend this salon.
