Unfortunately our first & last time there wasn’t that great. The “boss” was really nice, but my toes were bleeding during my pedicure and it hurt really bad. My moms toes had polish on her skin. My gel mani is chipping badly less then a week later.

Very disappointed I just got my nails done on the third and it looks like Ive had them on for over two weeks. Very lumpy lifting uneven crooked. Nail under the nail. The guy doing them made me feel very weirded-out talking about his home life and how he was unhappy and was drunk when his wife got pregnant. Just very unprofessional.

Made an appointment for my daughter and myself to get mani/pedi’s. My pedicure didn’t get started until my daughters was almost done. The nail tech barely worked in my callus’s, never even pushed my cuticles back. My manicure consisted of my nails getting shaped and gel polish applied. Again never even pushed my cuticles. Never even soak my nails in water. Was charged $160. So disappointed. Would never refer anyone there, nor will I ever return. I used to have my nails done here every other week. Total let down.

The two okay things about my experience were these: making an appointment was easy, so that was alright, and prices were decent.What I did not like was in the appointment I had an employee doing my Mani and Pedi who kept swatting at me to get my attention instead of talking to me, that was very annoying. Another thing I disliked a great deal was it seems to be the default to use the Dremel like tool to remove any current polish off it was difficult at all, and since he wouldnt talk to me he assumed I wanted my nails filed down with this tool (I didnt want to damage my nails in that way) instead of asking me if I preferred to soak off even though it takes more time. The last thing I disliked was when the employee was done with my Mani the tools he used didnt go directly into a cleaning solution, but rather a storage box that he put away at the station, which made me wonder if they were cleaned before being used on me.I prefer the more transparent practice of showing customers the tools in cleaning solution for peace of mind and the annoyance of the swatting at me and defaulting to the fastest removal method without consulting me are enough details that I wont be going back nor can I recommend, despite the ease of scheduling and decent prices.

Always love coming to Diva Nails. I have to say Roberta is the best around. I always enjoy my time sitting in the chair talking with her. She does a wonderful job and is one of the kindest souls youll ever want to meet!!

My nail tech was 25 minutes late for work and spent 90 minutes doing A FILL. To top it off, the guy that did my nails put the gel polish on so thick that it didn’t cure, was rippled looking and then smeared across my hand. Couldnt get it redone because he already had someone in his chair while i was paying. (He charged me $50 for this too) The same nail tech did a full set on me a month ago and the last 2 times I came in, he asked where I had them done because they were lifting. Terrible service, not worth the price, and his station was filthy.

I had a French tip put on less than 2 weeks ago and already the acrylic was pulling up. Went in today asked for them to be painted the guy looked at me and did want he wanted to do anyways. So needless to say I still have French tip nails. I’ll go back to where I was getting my nails done. Rather take a longer drive to get them done right and pay a bigger price for them. I won’t be coming back to diva nails.

Tried a new nail salon, and let me just say, don’t come here! I have never had such an awful job done to my nails. Don’t get me wrong the staff was extremely nice and made me feel very welcome, but the quality of technique and how my nails turned out was not okay for the price.

Pretty bummed out we called set up appointments a while ago, 3 of us went in for pedicures we were told they would be $35 for the basic pedicure and we were charged $42.50. Oil was left on a friend legs because the employee was rushing to get to her next client and we were 10 minutes early to our appointment so there should have been no rush and clear coat was not put on any of our toe nails. Just a bummer because Ive been before had wonderful service and brought two new friends and they were unhappy.

When I called to make an appointment I asked the cost of the service. I was quoted $25. when the nail tech had completed my service she told me it would be $42.50. when I told her the owner quoted me $25 She walked over to him and started speaking to him in Vietnamese. The next thing I am told is I need to pay $5 extra for the gel top coat. never in my life have I heard of an upcharge for a top coat at the end of any nail service. I will not be going back.

Lan always does a phenomenal job! She is very detailed in her work and it shows! I can go up to 3 or 4 weeks before needing to come in for a fill its crazy how great she is!

I love this place. Very professional and friendly staff. Raven does my nails, shes such a sweetheart and does awesome work. Ive never been one to consistently go to a nail salon to get my nails done but after coming here, its something I plan to start doing

New to the area and tried this place to get my nails done for my 25 birthday. Walked in wanting just acrylics, was talked into getting hombre acrylic. Took 2 hours, and the nails looked horrible. I told the tech, Shelley this, as well as who I believe was the owner/wife. She somewhat fixed them to look decent. But they were still extremely thick acrylic and now, less than 2 weeks later they are all lifting due too how this they are and pulling my hair out when I wash/brush my hair. Super disappointed.

My 3rd visit over past few months. Each time get SNS and it’s always mediocre job. This visit the tech suggest an ombré polish. Turned out solid color. So I paid extra for nothing different!. Think the techs are pushed to up the sale. Won’t go back. The techs are very nice and friendly.

Díva Nails always does a top notch job! The shop is clean and comfy, and everyone is very friendly. The massage chairs and complimentary beverages are a bonus.

I love Diva Nails! I just got some acrylics done today. I’d give them 5 stars but the lady who did my nails was a little rough, and ignored what I asked for, she insisted her design would be better. Of course I do love them actually! But other than that I had a nice time!

Very crowded, understaffed, and I felt the technician was feeling rushed. I had a new, full set of acrylic nails placed with gel polish over top. The gel is extremely thick, lumpy, and bumpy making my nails look very awkward. The polish wasnt even placed all the way to the edge of my nail by the cuticle making it appear as though Im already due for a fill in a few days. The edges of my nails were filed uneven and nails are all different lengths, especially if I compare with the same nail on opposite finger. Not worth the time or money in my opinion.

This place is the best nail salon in Wadsworth and Ill tell you why. You get treated like a friend when youre there. They offer free drinks including free WINE!! The only reason Im giving Diva a 4 is because they only have a couple people trained in acrylic. They consistently push SNS when I dont want it.

Raven did my nails she was really nice and funny! Upon walking in I was greated immediately and told where the colors were at and to pick one. I was scheduled for 7:45 and was in ravens chair before 8. Service was fast but she also took her time and made sure I liked everything she was doing and she also kept conversation. I highly recommend this place!

Clean and very friendly staff and good coffee. They did a great job on my nails and they really needed some attention! I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely love this place. My favorite is Andy! Does a great job on all types of nails and does a great job of keeping them smooth but strong. Pedicures are great as well and who doesnt love a free drink during your visit! Highly recommended!!

I used to love this place, but the past few times I have gone, I have been highly disappointed. Because I dont go frequently, I do not typically request anyone. I just go with whomever is available. The past three times, I have been with people I have never seen there before. When I asked, all of them eagerly shared that they were new, which is totally fine. However, it seems they had NO idea what they were doing. I am easy to please, but the last person messed up so badly that they put me with another woman, who had to start all over, which meant my gel manicure kept me there for 2 hours! Additionally, the other staff were rude to the girl that messed up my nails and belittled her in front of all the other clients. It was extremely uncomfortable. I was still charged full price, despite the fact that I was there twice as long as I planned and initially paired with someone who was poorly trained. I hope they turn it back around for others, but I will never go there again.

This was a close salon to my house so I tried it out last night. I was greeted and sat down fairly quickly for being a walk-in. Violet took care of me. She was friendly and talkative, which was a nice change from where I used to go. Everything was clean, and it was a calm salon, no one yelling across the store or awful customers making it a bad experience. It was also priced well at $30 for a basic pedicure. Highly recommend salon and tech.

Hansen and his staff do an amazing job. I am in every month to get the sns dip. There are tons of colors and designs to choose from.

Update: I got cut with the drill and didn’t think anything of it because i always get cut with the drills. About 2 weeks later i woke up bleeding from my nail. I went to the doctor and it was infected. Bad. On the exact finger i got cut on. They had to rip my entire nail off with a chance of my real nail never growing back...

A lovely salon that gives an awesome pedicure and manicure. Hanson is absolutely adorable and so accommodating, you will be very pleased with this salon.

I had an appointment at 3:15 and arrived at 3. I was not greeted when I came in. I signed in and was not told anything. I had been here before and this was not the case but I came with my mom then. I was not told to chose a nail color or that it would be a minute or anything. I was told to sit at table 7 after waiting 10 minuets past my appointment and that she would be out in a minute. I sat there for a good hour waiting for the lady to come to the station. No one came to ask me if I wanted water or anything as they were doing for everyone else. She finally came to the station but she was very preoccupied with everything else around her that she completely ignored me. She did my nails and used tools that were very unsanitary looking. She used a big brush to push off the dust but it was caked in other people’s dust from previous customers. She finished my nails and she told me my total was $48. I got a fill with gel polish and on the paper that stated their prices it said forty minute tax. I questioned and she said it was because I got gel and almond shape. I have been here before and have NEVER been charged for almond shape. It was just a fill I already had the shape there so I am not sure why i was charged for the shape that I chose. Also a full set is 50 so why it cost the same amount to get a fill as a full set is besides me. Completely over priced for the service and quality I received. I will not be returning or recommending to ANYONE.

I have to be honest. I feel bad for giving 2 stars. Ive gone to this place for years and was really happy. Im not sure what changed, but the last 3 times I went (including just this month), my gel nails either cracked or peeled off entirely within 2 days. Not all of the nails did this, but Im at 4 out of 10 nails so far. Same thing happened the last 2 times I went there too. They always fix it for me for free, but after spending an hour + in the salon initially and paying top buck for the area, its really an inconvenience I just dont want anymore. I wouldnt suggest them anymore either, as I have to friends in the past. The last time I was there, the nail techs were being harassed by the owner/manager about time is money.... WHILE THEY WERE SERVICING ME! Bummer, but Ill have to move on. Theyve somehow become sub-par and over priced.

Went above and beyond when I couldnt find a sitter for my three kids I still showed for my appointment with my sister and one of us were going to sit with the kids and take turns with our appointments and they actually went beyond normal service and kept the children busy for us so we could have them done at the same time! Amazing time beyond happy and our nails are beautifully done 10/10 would recommend for everyone great amazing people!!

Traveling with my family, we girls stopped in for a pedicure. The atmosphere was nice, the massage chairs are awesome but my complaint is their cheap products.First the colors to choose from for a simple polish we’re out of date.Second, all 3 of us had different protocolsUsed on us. My dry skin is now worse due to products not being hydrating like I’m use to for the same price here in Memphis. I can still feel the rough raised skin of The exfoliating tool used.So... I need a pedicure!I would not recommend.

So I like this place I guess, and my nails look good. But the 2 times I go- my nail polish ends up smudged! This second time it happened a good 45 minutes after the polish was applied to the acrylic. And the tech also was really rough, she thought that the tip was my natural nail so she filed it too much, and when she replaced the tip of it, she pushed to hard to get the other one fully off- it hurt so bad and I was wincing in pain!Really I just wish that when polishing, they’d allow for a little more time before applying each coat of polish so that this doesn’t happen.

Friendly, did a great job on our pedis, wine was a major bonus.

Ive been there 2x, Raven has done my nails both times, shes ok. Id like to have Hansen do them! 😉

Every time I go it has been great, but this last time was awful . I got sns and they should stay on for at least 3 weeks and they didn’t they just started popping right off 4 days after ! And then one of the nails came off and under where the sns was there was fungi! So disappointed and I’m in pain

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a nail salon, here. The woman that helped me was a little older than the rest of the mostly young workers and she was not pleasant at all. You should leave a salon feeling at least a little pampered and somewhat good, I did not! The only time the the woman spoke to me was to yell at me for moving my hand. If I asked a question about something I was told that I needed to get some patience she wasnt done yet. Some of my nails are rounded some are square. (I wasnt asked which I would prefer) The area around my nails was left a mess and under the top of my nails there were deposits of the dipping powder. When I voiced my displeasure about my nails and the way I was treated when I was checking out, all I got was, oh we will speak to her. I will not return nor would I recommend this nail salon.

Although most of the staff was nice..this was one of the dirtiest salons Ive ever been in..my lady had a towel at her desk that looked like she never changed it for a month..their polish is old and slim pickings...very sloppy. Would never go back or recommend.

Mixed reviews for my pedicure experience. The first nail tech had to scrape the bottle for nail polish, and the results showed on my nails. She never suggested we try a fresh bottle. When I asked her to do so, she then put the polish on much too thick, leaving clumps. She requested another nail tech finish the job..and he did a thorough and professional finish. As I said, mixed reviews of Diva.

I started going to Diva Nails within the past couple of months for the SNS nails and I couldnt be happier. Clean atmosphere, reasonable prices, friendly staff. I highly recommend them!

Ken was nice and silly. He does an awesome job with gels and French tips and guarentees you at least 3 weeks (at least for my pedi he did). Im going to go back to him to get the SNS manicure so well see how well he does that.

I made the mistake of going there 2 hours before closing. My sister and I felt like we were being rushed and you can also see it on our nails. The guy (Ken) kept telling me to find a picture when I was looking as hard as I could, it was quite annoying. A lot of my nails are crooked and thats after I told him to straighten them. They are wearable, but I will be redoing them myself. My sister, however, her nails turned out horrible. The base nails they put on before the gel is too big for her fingers so it looks like there are little fans on each of her fingers. They are not straight and very rough on the tips. The design looks like a pre-teen tried to paint their fingers with the hand they dont write with. She got paint all over my sisters skin and the general paint job looks rushed. This is the part where I would say, Well, you get what you paid for but thats not the case at all. I paid 55 bucks for this... mediocre nail job. I could go somewhere else and get a better nail job, nicer employees, and a neater paint job 5 minutes till closing and still pay 15 dollars less. In fact, I think I will, because I will not be going to this place again.

People did not do what I asked and it was a ridiculous price of stuff I did not ask for ?? And I am only clicking on a star because I had to.And they are hideous and they are not answering their phone.

I drop $120 every time I get my nails done at this place, plus a $20 tip and still had to go back three times to get my nails fixed for another $15. Dont go to this place unless you have no other options. I gave it three attempts and they did me wrong every time.
