If you need dash cams or anything related to after-market installations. Go here. Clean work and it works afterwards. We had issues with our dash cam and the original company installing it couldnt figure out what was going on. So we went here and now its working like a charm.

Had some speakers installed on wife’s car. Guy said I could get right in. It would only take like 40 min. Walked to lunch came back still not ready. Took 2 hours to install a simple set of door speakers. Price and quality of merchandise was good. Maybe I will self install next time.

I knew that they were going to be expensive going in, but I did not believe that it would take them 6 hours to install a head unit and a back up camera! I brought all the equipment and dropped it off at 12 noon as previously arranged. I even left for lunch and came back at 2PM. By 5PM I asked the manager what was taking so long and he said that he would find out. He stated that the wires were all clipped from a previous installation the worker was having difficulty installing with the installation kit provided, and that was what was taking so long to install. After waiting in their store for 4+ hours it would have been nice if they had let me know instead of me having to solicit them for an update. I am a big man so I am sure that they were aware that I was in their store for an extended amount of time. Right at 6pm I was told that they were done. I paid, and was given a receipt of the price and nothing else, not even a thank you for your business. I have used their service twice before this one, so the third time is the charm. I wont use them every again. I am happy with the end result (an installed head unit with back up camera)but the experience was not good. I left feeling as if they could care less that they had took up all of my afternoon waiting on them to do the install. That take it or leave it attitude will cost them returning customers for sure. Overpriced and inconsiderate of the consumer who is willing to pay for their services!

I was told to stay away from this place so I thought I was taking a risk going here, but since Kenny Ps is no longer in service I really didnt know where to go. So I went ahead and came here. Honestly Im glad I did. I would say their prices are a little higher than other places but I came in with no appointment and they got me right in. Helped me with everything that I asked for and got me everything I needed. I got all door speakers replaced line out convertor put in with a sub in the back. The car is brand new so I didnt want anything going wrong. They got everything done Id say pretty quick. Everything was done perfect and sounds great. Cant say I had a bad experience. Id recommend them. Thats literally what Im doing right now.

WORST service I have ever received. They replaced my radio and did it WRONG, the radio would not shut off and I had to replace my battery TWICE. I took it to them to fix, they said they fixed it, and it STILL DOES NOT WORK. I call them to make ANOTHER appointment for them to fix what they broke and they have the nerve to tell me they cannot fit me into their schedule until NEXT WEEK. So now I am completely without a vehicle because I have yet again ANOTHER dead battery, and they do not care to make this a priority and fix it immediately.

I have been going to Jacks stereo for over 30 years. I feel this store does a much better job then Best buy for installation of a car stereo or repairs of a current one. You just cant get some of the specialized products at Best buy that you can find here. Big box stores are limited to only the biggest name brands Jacks stereo has every speaker amplifier CD player and cellular accessory that I could ever need for my car.

I find it hard to believe that anyone has had a bad experience here. My family and I have used them multiple times throughout the years, and have ALWAYS had amazing customer service, perfect installation, and great quality of care given to our cars! Horrible job on my Jeep! Said I could have my expensive harness back with my original stereo and then supposedly lost it. System was not put in right and overly shoved in way too far. Had to fix that myself. I was told it would only take a couple of hours while my Jeep was in their bay before it would be ready. Instead it took a full 6 hours while I waited on their floor. There werent any chairs available. I was told the guy was working on my Jeep was also working on another vehicle simultaneously. Not cool! Definitely not returning or recommending!

Window tint job was ok until the bubbles on a back driver side window never away. Called told me to go by so I did. Customer service skills lack I’ve gotten better service from teenagers at McDonald’s. Never once thought to tell the customer the window tint installer had stepped out. I ended up leaving after being ignored by everyone. Called and only want me to come by in the morning when it’s more feasible for them, not me since I’m not taking a day from work for this. So much for Warranty when I have to plan around their schedule for not doing the job right the first time. Sure had no issues charging me though.

Ive liked going to Jacks Stereo ™ since I was a kid and always wanted to work for them. Its amazing and got a good crew to work with, they are very knowledgeable. Not just saying this for kicks and giggles! Stop by and lets see if they can accommodate you to your satisfaction! They have all the latest audio/visual equipment, get yourself all the hi/mids/lows you can handle! Also keep in mind that they strive on quality so that your money is well spent and your time not wasted. Install times very considering the factors of your vehicle, please let them do their job/passion for the best results! My brother took his truck to Jacks to get his stereo installed when he left nothing was right! He had a brand new truck when he took it to Jacks and when he left his paint was scratched,door panels were hanging off,the speakers were not even screwed down,amp was not working,in fact they burned up the brand new amp!What kind of Jack asses do they have working there?Totally unsatisfied! !Well the name fits ...They should revise theyre name to Jacked Upor better yet Jack Asses

They didnt carry the parts needed for my car, so they had to order them. I dropped it off 11am to have 4 door speakers, headunit, and subwoofer/amp put in and picked it up around 6:30 the same day.The faceplate around the headunit was poorly fit, and they screwed the amp into the rear seat on the back side, kind of odd, but manageable.They had a lot of work to do in one day for the amount of people they had on hand, so I feel like they rushed it a little bit, which is understandable.That being said, everyone I talked to was very helpful and friendly, no problems with customer service whatsoever.Took my car back after 3 weeks to get a tune done on the amp. The tech working on it blew one of my speakers lol. Everything was under warranty so he fixed it for free right after.

Dropped my car off and was told it would take 3 to 4 hours. After returning 4 hours later they claimed there install guy got behind on a couple cars and it would be at least another hour and a half. What happened to things being done on time

What can I say besides these guys are freaking morons they took my brand new truck scratched the paint they didnt even screw in my door speakers my door panels were not even put back on they were barely hanging they blew my amp.. basically if you want your stereo not to work and still have to pay full price then this is the place for you..As for me I will go to best buy and let Carlos work on all my vehicles in the future. ..

I had a scheduled appointment for 11:30. I came back @ 1:15 and my vehicle was still parked where I left it. They said fixing to hop on it. #neverusejacksagain.

Customer service is horrible. If I didnt have a choice I would not have bought my speaker box from them. Also took my BMW to them to upgrade the head unit and they just flat out said they couldnt do it. Took it to Best Buy and they did an amazing custom install. All the while Im thinking this is totally backwards.

Just wanted to go in and get some prices for car stereo with the phone system. Decent prices and friendly staff.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, spent half the day here. Remember everyone wants the work done right the first time so dont act like taking an hour or two is an inconvenience, if it was that easy you would do it yourself. Also they shared lunch with me.

They did a great job tinting my windows. I have used just about every place in Waco to have my windows tinted and Jacks is the best .

Did not have anything used. And did not have anything that was worth over 1k. Would not come here if I was into competition grade speakers or amps....

I usually dont leave reviews and especially refrain from leaving negative reviews as I am a business owner myself. I can honestly say though, that this has got to be the worst service I have received in a long time and eat at crappy casual cafes all the time. I have had not a few but 5 freaking mistakes with my car radio system install. The microphone for my Bluetooth was dangling the very first time and need to be taped into place after leaving my car for 5 hours, my backup camera and brand new DVD system didnt work the next time bc apparently they didnt have the cord for it, then when they fixed those things they unhooked the antenna so my radio didnt work and now after all of the other mistakes my steering wheel buttons are now not working. Sorry they mustve accidentally unhooked them when bthey were reconnecting the antenna. They werent rude but they certainly werent overly friendly considering all of the mistakes. Get your car entertainment systems elsewhere. Youve been warned!

I bought an amp. and subspeakers and had my cuz intsall them,and a week from the time he install it my amp, it started to clip. I took it to jacks stereo in waco they told me that the speaker wiring was wrong somewhere, and I said how was that possible. They said that they had to follow the speaker wires to find the problem.(at the time I didnt now that amps had low and high level inputs). But they said they could fix it for $60. So I told them to fix the problem 30min later they said that they found the problem but they said that I need to buy some adaptors or eles it wasnt going to be fixed. so I bought $24 value of adaptors. After 3 hours later they were done. when I left my radio signal was gone bass speakers were turn all the way up, and didnt like that. I took it back and they said they were NOT responsible for the lost of radio signal I left very un happy. I took it to best buy in town and spoked to Carlos and told him my problem with the amp(and now my radio signal too). He took the radio off to see radio signal problem. and found it quick. the antenna adapter end was cut off plus a couple of wires were cut off. Carlos fix it a whole lot better then jacks stereo and the wire harnness looked much neater and my amp are working like I wanted it too. Customer service at best buy was much better, you can really feel that they reallly now what they are doing, and at jacks stereo uh not so much.

Dont waste your time are money at this place they do a bad job on putting on car alarms half of the time alarm wont work and none of them dont know what the hell going on just clowns working there
