I have taken my Jeep here each time I needed windshield replacement. Last time had slight imperfection in glass and they replaced as soon as I had time to return. Thankfully there are businesses that still believe and practice customer satisfaction.

I was told by the lady who answers the phone, to make sure I got here right at 2pm last week when she ordered my windshield. I explained to her that I would be over Thursday as soon as I clocked out. She said that would be fine. I arrived at 11:40pm and she told me there were 2 other people in front b of me and it would take 1 hour 45 minutes. I finally got up from their waiting room to find out what the deal was in me waiting so long since the lady who came in told me she was next to get hers done. The secretary called back in the back to see if the guys had started on my car and I told her No, my car is still sitting height where I parked it. She then told me that well it is a first come first serve basis I said, You told me it would be 1 hour 45 minutes and I had an appointment. She popped off and said who did you talk too and I told her YOU. IT WAS YOU who made the appointment and YOU said 1 hour 45 minutes and it is now 4:21PM. I de idea to write a review that will help others know that the reason why they are so late is because they get really busy doing window tinting. The lady who just walked in and said hers was up next just came into the office and she hasnt been here even 30 minutes and they told her they are almost done with hers and mine just went back about 10 minutes ago. Its now 4:30pm and still sitting here and waiting. I have always done business here, but I believe I will check else where next time.

Came in to get tint on my new Jeep. Normally I use a tint place in DFW but I was already in Waco. I asked them to match the front doors with the rear. I WAS NEVER TOLD THEY COULD NOT MATCH IT. Afterwards the front was a lot darker then the rear. When I asked why and if MY ORIGINAL REQUEST could be fixed, I was told I would have to pay to retint the front and they don’t carry enough tint shades to get a close match. IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY COULDNT MATCH IN THE FIRST PLACE I WOULD HAVE WENT ELSEWHERE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WOULDNT SUGGEST GETTING TINT FROM HERE.

I called and was told that my windshield would be ready to be replaced the next day, which was great because every other location was giving me a 5 day wait. Showed up at opening the next morning and waited 2 hours. They told me then they had started work on my car and it would be done in an hour. An hour later, they came to me and told me that my new windshield hadnt even come in yet and that Id have to come back later. So I went back a few days later to have it replaced, asked for a discount because of the inconvenience of the previous day, got it, and waited for my new windshield to be put on. Once I got my car there were glass shards everywhere, on the seats, on the dash, on the floor. Overall, incredibly upset and disappointed with the performance and quality of the care received here.

My daughter called the day before and was told that if she arrived at 7:55, she would be first in line and could get her car done quickly. When she arrived there were two people ahead of her, which is understandable, but that meant she was third. Four hours later, her windshield was replaced. She was third in line and waited four hours. She was in the waiting room the whole time and never received any update on the work. Ive had my windshield replaced before and it took about forty minutes. Four hours is excessive. Poor communication and service.

Best price in town for window replacement, did a great job in a very timely manner. I will recommend this place for anyone needing a window replaced or tinting done on your vehicle. If I ever need either of these services done to one of my vehicles again, I guarantee you they will be the first place I check with.

All good if I could have waited I would. With a great reputation like he & his crew has its worth it. But I had to get an ER smashed window and tint done elsewhere. But Ill be back.

I called for a glass replacement for my car, they were very nice over the phone saying I can come by the very next day. I woke up early and drove out to their shop, gave them my name and they acted like I never even made an appointment. Very upsetting. They forgot to write me down, forgot all about my appointment and said You can wait another 3 hours and hope your part is on the next delivery truck. So I left.To conclude this message, I do NOT recommend this place that acts so busy all the time for their own customers and luckily I found another place closer to my home to fix it for 150 bucks cheaper.

The office staff are friendly, the price was fair, and the work was fast. Judging by the amount of cars in the line, they are a busy company! If you are waiting for the doors to open in the morning, keep your place in line at the door. 3 costumers cut in front of me because I didnt know the protocol.

Great service and very friendly to work with. My windsheild go cracked while I was at college and they helped work around my class schedule to get it fixed. Great quality of work and no problems with it. Brandy was very helpful setting up a time to get my car in and was flexible about me coming in or having someone come to campus to fix it. This is the second time I have troubles with these folks. The first time I went in there because my passenger side window tent was peeling. Even with the receipt they were still giving me a hard time about replacing it. Last week my son had his windshield replaced. Within a week there was a stress crack in the middle and they did not want to warranty it. He paid $160. They said they wouldn’t replace it again if paid $140 again. Had better luck with Safelite. Heck they even vacuumed my car out for free.

Affiliated is the BEST place to service your auto glass needs. They have the best prices and they are honest and efficient. They repaired two cracks on my windshield and they looked at the leak that boyfriend had. They checked his car before servicing and to our surprise no more leak. Most places are dishonest and replace it anyway. We are definitely going to replace my boyfriends windshield in the future by them. I would recommend them to anybody. we drive over an hour because they are truly the BEST!

Affiliated Auto Glass is a great efficient establishment. Made an appointment for my older car, they didnt have the glass, but they were right on it to order the part and have it replaced asap. It took them roughly 35-40 minutes to replace a window on my vehicle. Great service!

I am a female college student so I sometimes get nervous meeting mechanics or other auto workers w/o my parents but I had such a great experience with affiliate auto glass. The receptionist was very nice and explained the quotes and how the whole process would work.The people who installed glass came to my campus exactly when I expected them ( I was waiting for a call ahead of time to let me know where but it still worked out well) and they were very quick. The people who installed my windows seemed very knowledgable and were very kind. I would definitely recommend them!!

Great quote. Significantly cheaper than others and comes to your house. In quarantine, that was the best! When technician arrived, he determined he was out of the proper molding. He came back after hours and took care of it, same day. Good work. I’m happy. Pricing very fair. Good company.

They were rude, left me waiting additional time, hung up on me when I called them, and did not replace my stickers causing me to be towed. The owner, Henry, was loud and very close-minded. He asked me why I did not complain the day after I picked up the car, and as I was trying to explain how I was in the ER that day, he hung up on me.

I have used them many times in the past. They are the ONLY people I allow to tint my windows. The Ceramic window film is FANTASTIC at reducing heat. Much better than standard film. ASK FOR IT! Worth every penny! Just allow some time for them to do it right!

While they are most likely the cheapest, they are definitely not the best. I have used them a few times for chip repairs (All still visible), a windshield replacement (Gorilla Glass), & a rear window - all on my Jeep. The Gorilla Glass took a rock and was bigger than a quarter damage. They did not honor the lifetime warranty, as stated by the manufacturer, and wouldn’t tell me where they bought it from, so I could chase it down myself. Then I had the rear window done, after breaking it myself. The guy couldn’t have replaced it without me being there to offer tools and assistance. Then he broke the defrost wire clip, but I said I get it from the dealer myself. Apparently not a dealer item and was told I had to get it from the glass shop. The shop said they don’t carry it, and to get it from Autozone. Grrr! Not to mention, none of the hardware was replaced and is all scratched up from improper techniques. Be careful, you get what you pay for.

My friend used this business and they BROKE her sound system as well as they DID NOT RETURN the stickers on her front windshield like they’re supposed to which resulted in her car getting TOWED.

Over the many years I have gone to the place i have not ever had a bad experience. I appreciate the home feel even if the seating in not the best, lol. I would not even know another place to go for a windshield repair.

This is the place to go for a rock chip or a new windshield. I had 2 cars with one if each and took them in earlier this week. There was no waiting on the rock chip, and it only took about 10 minutes. I left my truck to get s new windshield and they said the would need to get the windshield in so it would be ready in about 2 hours. Got a call 1 hour later and it was ready! Great service and the windshield looked great. They even transferred all the stickers from the old windshield to the new one. The amazing thing is that a new windshield installed on a 2012 Tacoma truck was $155!!! That is $100 less than the glass deductible on my insurance. This is way, way cheaper than other options out there.So 5 stars and a high recommendation to take your car there when you need glass work.

I ordered a windshield for the next day, then showed up and waited for 2 hours for them to tell me that the windshield never came in. This information should have been communicated to me before sitting me down and taking my keys. Very disappointed with the organization of the front desk staff. If you go to these guys, make sure you inspect what you expect.

Had Affiliated Auto Glass replace my windshield over a year ago. They had the best price for my 2013 CW CC windshield but that came at the cost of quality work. The windshield is good but I have a problem with everything else that they did, the replacement tint on the brow of my windshield has bubbles, my rear view mirror mount fell off the new windshield, my auto rain sensor wasn’t working and they didn’t replace the gel pad for the sensor. They came out to my job to replace my windshield which was great but it took 3 trips to their shop in Waco to try and get my rear view mirror mount installed correctly. Ended up taking it to Freddy’s Glass and they installed the mount with no problem. I ordered a new gel pad for my windshield wiper sensor and while removing the old gel pad I found that they broke my rain sensor! That’s a $190 part!I may have got my windshield replaced for under $200 but that also came with poor quality and hassle to try and fix the problems afterwards. Next time I will pay more to have a better professional company do the work right the first time.

I bought a new truck and noticed at the dealership there was a ding in the windshield so the dealership paid to replace the windshield. I began to hear air coming in thru the bottom of windshield. I call they come replace it again,then the next windshield leaked from the top when it rained so they replaced it again. Maybe third Times a charm. We shall see! Maybe your people should be trained a little better.

VERY pleased with the pricing. 2006 Ford Mustang windshield replacement with logo, BEST price I could have expected. (I did call around and James Auto Glass was almost double!) Affiliated pricing was very reasonable. When I called to make the appointment, Brandy was very professional and applied the coupon that I was not aware existed. Appointment was made for a three hour time block, 1-3 PM, the next day at our home. Michael was very professional and personable. He called as a courtesy to fit us in earlier that day but it did not work for our schedule so we agreed to keep the 1-3 time block. He was able to make it by 3:45 and was done by 4:15 PM (recommendation: for service calls to your home try not to be pressed for time, in a hurry or have an appointment/engagement scheduled immediately after. Have some flexibility in your schedule)! Fast, professional, and courteous! I am a fan! We will definitely use their service again.

Upon my first review my tints bubbles came out naturally and it looks really good. No problems whatsoever. Really good service and good work. 10/10 would use again. They do not however do illegal limo in the front. So if you want that you may look elsewhere

Knocked the back window out on my Cadillac and they had me one here the same day! I was in and out about a hour and it was sleeting.. if your looking for a good place to get your windows replaced give them a call!! No this isn’t a paid review nor do I know them. Just a good business that did me right and left me with nothing bad to say.

Do NOT get your windows tinted here. Save you time and money and go elsewhere . They used a permanent marker on both sides of the window to cover up mistakes. Also trash under the passenger side window. What a waste of time and money.

Called ahead and made an appointment, got there 30 minutes early but they ordered the wrong windshield, was told to come back at 2 pm. Got there 30 minutes early, waited till 3:15. Finally left without service. Another lady said she had been there all day also.And a couple others said the same.Its so sad to be treated so poorly.

I am editing my review due to the fact that after a month of replacing my windshield. The upper rubber gasket came off while driving. They didnt even put the adhesive on it, the service people just shoved it in. I am not happy about this. I had to go to an auto parts store and get the adhesive and put it back myself. 😡

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle almost 4 years ago, which has been great except for the tinted windows. The front windows were a bit milky and I could barely see out the back glass because of all the bubbles. I was told by numerous businesses that there was nothing they could do since the rear glass had a defroster. Affiliated not only carefully removed all the tint as to not damage the defroster, but installed great new tint at a great price. Its wonderful to be able to see out the back after nearly 4 years of not being able to! Thanks, guys, youre the greatest!!!

Cheapest in waco. Good people working there. Only problem is that they put back on the rain sensor and Im haveing trubble with it but im pretty sure it is because it is old.
