Had a storage unit here for about a year or so. The facility was always clean and well kept, and the staff was great. Never had any concerns with my stuff not being totally secure.

I called to get a unit and they had a large unit ready and available. Then last second needed another unit as large and that was no problem. Easy access in and out with great security. If you need climate controlled this is the place.

When I moved into town over the weekend I needed climate control storage. Although they were closed on Saturday when I called, Steve still answered the phone, asked exactly what my needs were going to be, and had me set up to meet him first thing Monday morning. I needed a short term rental until I found housing and I was provided with a clean Secure Storage unit with easy access that very Monday. I was unable to finish unloading on Monday and Steve allowed me to keep the truck in the parking lot until I finished on Tuesday. A no cost courtesy not normally offered by most businesses. Although I moved out during the month I rented the unit, I noticed security is intense. Surveillance on every square inch of their facility. In Texas climate controlled storage is a must for anything heat sensitive and this facility has everything you need including karts to move your merchandise from the loading area to your unit. Huge Freight style elevator is also available for second floor storage units. Should I ever need storage in the future, Steve will be my go-to guy for those needs. Highly recommended.

I love these guys! Im not sure how they train folks but theyre doing it right. The employees are friendly upon greeting but extremely helpful. As much as I can boast about the locations, rates, and the features of my storage unit, I must say that the folks who work here make all the difference. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work! Not a bad place to do business with. They always have more than enough room when I need to store my vehicles. However, the only thing Im not fond of that may affect future business with them is the fact that if you pull out even just a few days into a new month, they dont prorate and still charge you for the entire month.

Aarons was my very first storage unit experience! I am a student and only needed a unt for a short amount of time until I could find an apartment. The staff is incredible and very helpful. Unit was clean. Rates were reasonable! When it came time for me to move into my apartment Aarons Self Storage made that process easier! I had a huge, bulky vanity that I no longer wanted but had no means to moving it out of my unit or disposing of it. Aarons hired a team to move and dispose of the things I no longer wanted FREE OF CHARGE!

I have been a customer of AARONS for many years now and will remain one as long as storage is needed. Ive used climate control and have been very saitisfied with inventory remainig insect and rodent free. Have used outdoor storage as well for RV and have had no problems. I would highly recomend to anyone needing short term or longterm storage. The staff are very friendly and professional.
