Great staff. Very patient and professional. I would not hesitate to use their services again. A great credit to the H-Haul name.

We stopped here to do quick diaper change, there was no restroom available for the customers to use so we had to make do in the car trunk, my grandbaby was changed and this was my priority. Keep my child clean and dry. Did not go back in to purchase drinks or snacks. Place looked in need of a good cleaning.

Terrible experience moving to waco. What they said on the phone did not make it to the registration, even after calling multiple times.took several hours to fix issue. Service staff seemed untrained.

Let me start by saying that I feel they are way to expensive for the size storage units. I pay $73.00 ea. month for a 4x8 (small closet) unit, upstairs with no light inside the actual unit it self. Extremely, extremely HOT due to the poor ventilation it has, one exhaust fan for over 100 different units. Im in my unit for not two minutes and already feels 💯 plus degrees in the hallway and my unit itself is even hotter. Security is good, only if the other tennants dont leave the electronic door propped open after they leave. Gotta be some way to keep that from happening again; although theres a $7.00 property insurance applied to your rent each month, andif you want 24hr access... It will cost you another $10.00 . Something they lack to tell you until you try to get in your storage unit after 6pm.

This is a nice storage facility and they have U-Haul here. The trucks are nice and always clean. The storages are always clean. The people are always friendly.

This is my go-to location whenever I need to move stuff or borrow a truck for the day. The staff is very friendly and professional at this location. The trucks are clean and the equipment as well maintained
